The difference analysis method of the CI-based automation demand schedule provided by the embodiment of the present application will be specifically described below with reference to fig. 1 and 2.
Please refer to fig. 2, which is a flowchart illustrating a CI-based automated demand progress difference analysis method according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. The method flow shown in fig. 2 may be applied to the application scenario shown in fig. 1, that is, the execution subject of the method flow shown in fig. 2 may be the management server 100 shown in fig. 1. As shown in fig. 2, the method flow may include the following steps:
s201, receiving planning information sent by first terminal equipment of a service staff.
In some embodiments, the business requirement list may further include: priorities corresponding to a plurality of service requirements. The priority corresponding to any business requirement in the multiple business requirements is used for representing the development sequence of any business requirement. In a specific implementation process, a service person may set priorities corresponding to a plurality of service requirements through a service requirement planning management platform in the first terminal device, and bring the priorities corresponding to the plurality of service requirements into a service requirement list, so as to prioritize an important or urgent research and development task of the service requirements, and facilitate management and control of delivery progress and delivery time of a service version.
In some embodiments, after the business personnel finishes planning the service version, the planning information may be sent to the management server through the first terminal device, and accordingly, the management server may receive the planning information sent from the first terminal device, so as to facilitate the arrangement of the research and development task of the service version and the management and control of the delivery schedule and delivery time of the service version.
S202, configuring the identification information into a CI assembly line in the management server, and sending the service requirement list to second terminal equipment of research and development personnel.
In the embodiment of the application, the identification information of the service version is configured in the CI pipeline, so that the subsequent management server can conveniently acquire the developed service requirement list in the plurality of service requirements of the service version according to the identification information through the CI pipeline, and can conveniently control the delivery progress and the delivery time of the service version.
In the embodiment of the application, the business requirement list is sent to the second terminal device of the research and development personnel by planning the requirements of the business version, so that the research and development tasks of the business version can be conveniently arranged.
S203, receiving the submission information sent by the second terminal equipment.
In some embodiments, the submission information may further include code information corresponding to any business requirement of the at least one business requirement. In a specific implementation process, before the research and development staff sends the submission information to the management server through the second terminal device, the code information corresponding to any one of the at least one service requirement may be associated with the ID information corresponding to the any one service requirement in an agreed format, so as to establish an association relationship between the code information corresponding to the any one service requirement and the any one service requirement, which may facilitate the management server to track respective research and development conditions of a plurality of service requirements.
In some embodiments, the submission information that the second terminal device may send via webhook is received. Accordingly, the management server can receive submission information sent by the second terminal device through webhook, so that the CI pipeline can be triggered to run conveniently.
And S204, triggering the CI pipeline to operate based on the submitted information, and acquiring a service requirement list which finishes code information research and development in at least one service requirement based on the ID information corresponding to at least one service requirement.
In some embodiments, the management server may receive the commit message, i.e., may trigger the CI pipeline to run. In the CI pipeline operation process, the management server may obtain a service requirement list of at least one service requirement, where the development is completed, based on ID information corresponding to each of the at least one service requirement. For example, the management server may match and compare ID information corresponding to the at least one service requirement with ID information corresponding to service requirements that have been developed in the CI pipeline, and find a list of service requirements that have been developed in the at least one service requirement.
In the embodiment of the application, the management server can track respective research and development conditions of a plurality of business requirements through the ID information corresponding to at least one business requirement, so that a business requirement list which is developed in at least one business requirement can be obtained conveniently.
S205, analyzing based on the service requirement list and the service requirement list to obtain a development progress difference analysis report corresponding to at least one service requirement.
In some embodiments, the business requirement list may further include: and planning development progress corresponding to a plurality of business requirements. The planning development progress corresponding to each of the plurality of business requirements may be planned according to the delivery time of the business version.
In some embodiments, the management server may match the service requirement list with the service requirement list, and calculate an actual development progress of each of the at least one service requirement. For example, the management server may match the service requirement list with the service requirement list to determine a current research and development condition of at least one service requirement. The management server can calculate the actual development progress corresponding to each of the at least one business requirement based on the current research and development condition of the at least one business requirement.
In some embodiments, the management server may perform analysis based on the planned development progress and the actual development progress of each of the at least one business demand, and obtain the development progress difference analysis report. For example, the management server may perform analysis based on a planned development progress and an actual development progress of each of the at least one business requirement, determine which business requirements have not been developed yet, which business requirements have been developed on time, and which business requirements have been developed in advance, and obtain the development progress difference analysis report.
In a specific implementation process, if the development of other service requirements besides the multiple service requirements of the service version is implemented, that is, the other service requirements are the service requirements except the multiple service requirements, the management server analyzes based on the service requirement list and the service requirement list, and may further analyze the research and development conditions (including the actual research and development progress) of the other service requirements, that is, the research and development condition difference analysis report may include the research and development conditions of the other service requirements.
In the embodiment of the application, the management server can automatically analyze the development progress difference and the service demand difference between the service demand planned by the service version and the actually developed service demand through the CI production line, can track the completion condition of the service demand in time in the research and development process, and determines whether the progress between the demand planning of the service department and the development and delivery of the IT department has deviation.
In an implementable scenario provided by the embodiment of the application, the management server can send the development progress difference analysis report to the third terminal device of the business tie person, so that the business tie person can find the business requirement with progress deviation and the business requirement exceeding the planning in advance through the development progress difference analysis report, can find the delivery deviation of the business version more quickly, can ensure the business delivery on time, can ensure the delivery rate of the business requirement, and can continuously improve the competitiveness of an enterprise.
In an implementable scenario provided in the application embodiment, as the developer sends the submission information to the management server through the second terminal device every time the developer completes the code compilation of at least one service requirement, the management server may circularly execute steps S203 to S205, that is, after executing step S205, the management server may return to execute step S203 again until the development progress difference analysis of all service requirements in the plurality of service requirements is completed.
In another practical scenario provided in the application embodiment, the management server may execute step S203 to step S205 after receiving each piece of submitted information sent by the second terminal device, that is, each piece of submitted information may correspond to one flow branch step S203 to step S205. It can be understood that the management server may execute a plurality of flow branching steps S203 to S205 in parallel, and complete the development progress difference analysis of all the business requirements in the plurality of business requirements.
In the two implementation scenarios of performing steps S203 to S205 for multiple times, the management server may determine whether ID information corresponding to each of all service demands in the service demand list is received. When it is determined that the ID information corresponding to all the service requirements in the service requirement list is not received, the management server may perform receiving the submitted information sent by the second terminal device again, and combine the development progress difference analysis report obtained in the current round with the development progress difference analysis report obtained in the previous round to generate a new development progress difference analysis report. In the process, the management server may send the development progress difference analysis report obtained in the current round to the third terminal device, or may send a new development progress difference analysis report to the third terminal device, so that the service affiliate can find the development progress deviation of the currently developed service requirement in time.
Or, when it is determined that the ID information corresponding to each of all the service requirements in the service requirement list is received, the management server may use the development progress report generated in this round as a final development progress difference analysis report. Thereafter, the management server may transmit the final development progress report to the third terminal device. It is to be understood that, after the last round of performing steps S203 to S205, the development progress difference analysis report obtained in the last round may not be sent to the third terminal device, but a new development progress difference analysis report generated in the last round may be sent to the third terminal device.
In an implementable scenario provided by the embodiment of the application, after the management server sends the development progress difference analysis report to the third terminal device of the business affiliate, if an unqualified business demand exists in the plurality of business demands, the management server may receive indication information sent by the third terminal device, and based on the indication information, the CI pipeline is suspended. Wherein the indication information can be used to indicate that the CI pipeline is suspended from running. In a specific implementation process, the development progress difference analysis report can be used as a function check list before the business version is on-line, and when a business affiliate discovers that an unconventional business requirement exists through the development progress difference analysis report, the business affiliate can send indication information to the management server through the third terminal device, so that the CI production line is suspended from running, the business requirement is rectified and modified, and uncontrollable influence on the business version can be avoided.
As can be seen from the above description, in the technical solution provided in the embodiment of the present application, planning information sent by a first terminal device of a service person is received, the planning information includes a service requirement list of a service version and identification information, and the service requirement list includes a plurality of service requirements; further, configuring the identification information into a CI assembly line in the management server, and sending the service requirement list to a second terminal device of the research and development personnel; further, receiving submission information sent by the second terminal device, wherein the submission information includes ID information corresponding to at least one service requirement, and the at least one service requirement is a service requirement for which code writing has been completed in a service requirement list; further, triggering the CI pipeline to operate based on the submission information, and acquiring a service requirement list which is developed in at least one service requirement based on the ID information corresponding to the at least one service requirement; further, analysis is performed based on the service requirement list and the service requirement list, and a development progress difference analysis report corresponding to at least one service requirement is obtained. By the method, development progress difference can be judged without waiting for intervention of a tester, so that labor cost can be reduced, the completion condition of business requirements can be tracked in time in the research and development process, whether the progress between the demand planning of a business department and the development and delivery of an IT department has deviation or not can be determined, the delivery deviation of a business version can be found more quickly, the business can be guaranteed to be delivered on time, the delivery rate of the business requirements can be guaranteed, and the competitiveness of enterprises can be continuously improved.
Based on the same inventive concept, an embodiment of the present application further provides a management server, as shown in fig. 3, the management server 300 may include:
a receiving unit 301, configured to receive planning information sent by a first terminal device of a service worker, where the planning information includes a service requirement list of a service version and identification information, and the service requirement list includes multiple service requirements;
