the insulation probe is electrically contacted with or separated from the ammeter input end and the load end, the insulation probe is driven to be contacted with the ammeter input end and/or the load end through the elastic ejector pin when in contact, the initial speed of the inductor in the Lorentz force coil is formed, and the Lorentz force resistor is generated when the inductor moves in the Lorentz force coil, so that the ammeter input end and the load end are insulated.
