The knocking module 113 further comprises a control unit electrically connected with the knocking sensor, the control unit can be directly arranged on a main control panel in the household appliance door body or independently arranged to receive vibration information transmitted by the knocking sensor and judge whether the vibration information is preset knocking vibration, and if the vibration information is preset knocking vibration, an instruction is sent to enable the household appliance door body to respond; if the vibration is not the preset knocking vibration, the household appliance door body does not respond.
As shown in fig. 10, the door further includes a first side molding strip 150 and a second side molding strip 160 for forming two side frame structures of the door frame. The lower end cap body 130, the bracket body 210, the first side decoration strip 150 and the second side decoration strip 160 are flush with the outer surface away from the door liner 140. That is, the outer surface of the glass panel 230 of the door frame abutting the display panel assembly 200 is flush with the outer surface of the bracket body 210 to form a flat outer surface, so that the subsequent installation of the glass panel 230 can be facilitated, and the glass panel 230 can be firmly fixed.
As shown in fig. 10 and 11, the peripheral edge of the door frame extends toward the glass panel 230 to form an extending portion 190, and after the glass panel 230 abuts against the outer surface of the door frame, the extending portion 190 is attached to the peripheral side wall of the glass panel 230 to seal the assembly gap at the abutting position of the door frame and the glass panel 230, so as to prevent dust accumulation and improve the waterproof property.
As shown in fig. 9, the lower cap body 130 includes a bottom plate 131 and four sidewalls vertically disposed on the bottom plate 131, respectively, and a fixing plate 1313 is convexly disposed on a surface of the bottom plate 131 opposite to the bracket body 210; the second contact portion 1311 is provided to protrude from the bottom plate 131. Both ends of the door panel body 120 are respectively connected to a sidewall of the cover 111 and a fixing plate 1313 provided on the lower end cover body 130.
As shown in fig. 2 and 15, the thin plate structure 121 of the door panel body 120 is a sheet metal part; the sheet structure 121 is rectangular. In one embodiment, the thin plate structure 121 is a flat plate structure.
As shown in fig. 2, 3 and 14, the fixing base 122 includes a limiting portion 1221 and a mounting base 1222, and the limiting portion 1221 is protruded on the mounting base 1222. The fixing base 122 is provided with a limiting portion 1221, and the limiting portion 1221 is located on one side of the door panel body 120 away from the door core 140.
The limiting portion 1221 is of a bending structure, the bending direction of the limiting portion 1221 faces the mounting position of the bracket body 210, and the bending directions of the limiting portions 1221 of the two fixing bases 122 forming relative abutting force are opposite to each other so as to clamp two opposite outer sides of the bracket body 210. One side wall of the bracket body 210 extends into the cavity formed by the bending structure of the limiting portion 1221 and the surface of the mounting seat 1222, and limits three surfaces of one side of the bracket body 210, that is, the limiting portions 1221 of the two fixing seats 122 forming relative abutting force respectively clamp two opposite side walls of the bracket body 210, so as to limit the movement of the bracket body 21 in the direction away from the thin plate structure 121.
Furthermore, the inner wall of the bending structure of the limiting portion 1221 abuts against the outer wall of the bracket body 210 far away from the thin plate structure, that is, the inner wall of the cavity formed by the bending structure of the limiting portion 1221 and the surface of the mounting seat 1222 completely clings to the outer wall of the bracket body 210 far away from the thin plate structure, so as to firmly limit the movement of the bracket body 210 along the direction far away from the thin plate structure 121.
An assembly gap is formed between the inner wall of the bending structure of the limiting portion 1221 and the outer wall of the bracket body, the bracket body 210 can slightly move between the two oppositely arranged fixing seats 122 along the direction towards or away from the fixing seat 122, after the bracket body 210 is clamped into the bending structure of the fixing seat 122, a small distance is left between the inner wall of one side of the fixing seat 122, which is opposite to the bracket body 210, and the bracket body 210, so that the fixing seat 122 is prevented from being attached to the bracket body 210 to increase the clamping difficulty, and the bracket can be clamped conveniently. Due to the bending structure of the fixing seat 122, the two sides of the bracket body 210 are limited in the bending structure of the fixing seat 122, and only slight left-right movement exists, so that the positioning preassembly is not influenced.
As shown in fig. 2 and 4, the thin plate structure 121 has a hole 1211; the position-limiting portion 1221 extends into the hole 1211, and the mounting seat 1222 is connected to an outer wall of the thin plate structure 121. The mounting seat 1222 completely covers the hole 1211 to seal the hole 1211 for facilitating subsequent foaming, so as to prevent foaming overflow, and further, the size of the inner contour of the hole 1211 is larger than the size of the outer contour of the limiting portion 1221, so that the limiting portion 1221 can smoothly extend into the hole 1211. The mounting seat 1222 has a plurality of third through holes 12222, the thin plate structure 121 has a second through hole 1215 corresponding to the position of the third through hole 12222, and in one embodiment, the fixing seat 122 is connected to the thin plate structure 121 by rivets passing through the second through hole 1215 and the third through hole 12222 in sequence. In yet another embodiment, the fixing base 122 is detachably connected to the thin plate structure 121 by screws sequentially passing through the second through hole 1215 and the third through hole 12222.
The fixing seat 122 is a plastic member, has certain elasticity, is convenient for fixing and pre-installing the bracket body 210, and is not easy to damage.
As shown in fig. 2, 10 and 12, the plurality of fixing bases 122 are arranged in two rows; the bending directions of the limiting portions 1221 of the fixing bases 122 in the same row are the same, and the bending directions of the limiting portions 1221 of the fixing bases 122 in different rows are opposite. In an embodiment, the plurality of fixing bases 122 are arranged in two rows and a plurality of columns, two oppositely arranged fixing bases 122 in different rows are on the same horizontal line, and the plurality of fixing bases 122 are arranged regularly to abut against two sides of the bracket body 210. In another embodiment, the two oppositely disposed fixing bases 122 in different rows are not located on the same horizontal line, and are disposed in a staggered manner in the longitudinal direction, so that the positioning and pre-installation of the bracket body 210 can be realized, but the installation of the fixing bases 122 is slightly inconvenient because the arrangement of the plurality of fixing bases 122 is irregular.
In one embodiment, the plurality of holders 122 are disposed in pairs. The number of the fixing bases 122 is three, two pairs of the fixing bases are oppositely arranged at the top end, the bottom end, the top end and the bottom end of one surface of the thin plate structure 121, and two opposite fixing bases 122 in different rows are positioned on the same horizontal line to respectively position and pre-install a plurality of parts of the bracket body 210.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 14, the direction of the rows of the plurality of fixing bases 122 is parallel to the longitudinal direction of the thin plate structure 121; the limiting portion 1221 is bent in an L shape and includes a first bending edge 12211 and a second bending edge 12212, the first bending edge 12211 is fixed on the mounting seat 1222, the first bending edge 12211 is perpendicular to the second bending edge 12212, and the first bending edge 12211 is parallel to the longitudinal direction of the thin plate structure 121, so that the limiting portion 1221 of the fixing seat 122 disposed opposite to each other limits the longitudinal movement of the bracket body 210 and the movement in the direction away from the thin plate structure 121.
As shown in fig. 14, the mounting seat 1222 has positioning posts 12221, as shown in fig. 4, the thin plate structure 121 has positioning holes 1212 corresponding to the positioning posts 12221, and when the fixing seat 122 is mounted, the positioning posts 12221 are aligned and extended into the corresponding positioning holes 1212, so as to achieve positioning and preassembling of the fixing seat 122 and the thin plate structure 121, and facilitate mounting.
As shown in fig. 2, the first side extrusion bar 170 and the second side extrusion bar 180 are respectively fixed on two sides of the thin plate structure 121. The outer sides of the first side extrusion strip 170 and the second side extrusion strip 180 are respectively connected with the first side decorative strip 150 and the second side decorative strip 160. As shown in fig. 2, 5 and 6, the first side extrusion bar 170 is provided with a first locking groove 171, and the second side extrusion bar 180 is provided with a second locking groove 181; the first engaging groove 171 and the second engaging groove 181 face to each other to engage with two ends of the thin plate structure 121.
As shown in fig. 3, the thin plate structure 121 is provided with second bending portions 1214 for increasing the thickness on two sides. In an embodiment, the thin plate structure 121 is a sheet metal part, which is easy to bend, and two sides of the thin plate structure 121 are bent respectively and then the bent edges are attached to a surface of the thin plate structure 121 away from the bracket body 210. Thicken sheet structure 121 both sides to have certain thickness, be convenient for carry out the joint with first draw-in groove 171, second draw-in groove 181, in order to avoid because sheet structure 121 both sides thickness is not enough, first draw-in groove 171, second draw-in groove 181 width are too narrow because of the thickness that needs cooperation sheet structure 121 both sides, have increased the joint and have aimed at the degree of difficulty.
As shown in fig. 3, 15, and 16, since the first side extrusion bar 170 and the second side extrusion bar 180 are respectively installed at two sides of the thin plate structure 121 subjected to bending thickening, if the fixed connection between the first side extrusion bar 170 or the second side extrusion bar 180 and the thin plate structure 121 is located at the bent edge of the thin plate structure 121, the second bent portion 1214 at the side needs to be provided with a notch 12141 for abdicating installation; if the fixed connection points of the first side extrusion bar 170 and the second side extrusion bar 180 on the two sides and the thin plate structure 121 are located at the corresponding bending edges of the thin plate structure 121, the second bending portions 1214 on the two sides are required to be provided with notches 12141 for abdicating installation. That is, the second bending part 1214 on at least one side is provided with a notch 12141 for abdicating installation. In an embodiment, the first side extrusion bar 170 and/or the second side extrusion bar 180 are connected to the thin plate structure 121 by rivets, the rivets extend into the corresponding through holes from the side where the bracket body 210 is located and then are fixed, the diameter of one end of the rivet far away from the bracket body 210 is increased, and in order to avoid that the bent edges at the two sides of the thin plate structure 121 block the increase of the diameter after the rivet is fixed, the size of the notch 12141 is determined by the diameter increase of a local part when the rivet is fixed without being affected.
As shown in fig. 2, the first side molding strip 150 is provided with a third locking groove 151 for locking two ends of the first side extrusion strip 170, and the first side extrusion strip 170 is tightly attached to three inner walls of the third locking groove 151 to limit the forward and backward movement of the first side extrusion strip 170. The second side molding strip 160 is provided with a fourth locking groove 161 for locking two ends of the second side extrusion strip 180, and the second side extrusion strip 180 is tightly attached to the inner wall of three sides of the fourth locking groove 161 to limit the forward and backward movement of the second side extrusion strip 180.
As shown in fig. 2, 5 and 6, the first side extrusion strip 170 and the second side extrusion strip 180 are asymmetric structures for preventing fool so that an installer can confirm which side of the door panel body 120 is installed.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the thin plate structure 121 is provided with a first fool-proof portion 1213 for indicating the mounting direction, so as to distinguish the top or bottom direction of the thin plate structure 121 and/or to distinguish the front or back of the thin plate structure 121. In one embodiment, the first fool-proof portion 1213 is a triangle, the sharp corner of the triangle indicates the top or bottom direction of the thin plate structure 121, and the surface of the triangle indicates the front or back surface of the thin plate structure 121. In one embodiment, the first fool-proof portion 1213 is a triangular hole, and the sharp corner of the triangle is used to indicate the top or bottom direction of the thin plate structure 121, but does not have the function of indicating the front or back of the thin plate structure 121.
As shown in fig. 2 and 4, the hole 1211 is provided with a second fool-proof portion 12111 for indicating the installation direction of the fixing base 122. In an embodiment, the limiting portion 1221 is a bent structure, and the second fool-proof portion 12111 is used to indicate the bending direction of the limiting portion 1221 when the fixing base 122 is installed, so as to facilitate assembly and improve assembly efficiency. In one embodiment, the second fool-proof portion 12111 is a corner structure in the hole 1211, and the positions of the corner structures in the two holes 1211 corresponding to the two oppositely disposed fixing bases 122 are opposite to each other, so as to indicate the bending directions of the two oppositely disposed fixing bases 122 are opposite. Further, the limiting portion 1221 is provided with a third fool-proof portion 12213 corresponding to the second fool-proof portion 12111, the shape result of the third fool-proof portion 12213 is the same as that of the second fool-proof portion 12111, i.e. the corner structure on the limiting portion 1221, and the corner structure on the limiting portion 1221 matches with the corner structure on the hole 1211 to indicate the installation direction of the fixing base 122 relative to the corresponding hole 1211.
As shown in fig. 17, a convex portion 141 is provided on one side of the door liner 140 close to the household appliance housing; the protruding portion 141 extends into the household appliance cabinet, and the peripheral side of the protruding portion 141 is tightly attached to the outer contour of the household appliance cabinet, so as to increase the sealing performance of the connection part of the foaming door body assembly 100 and the household appliance cabinet.
The convex portion 141 is concave towards the direction far away from the household appliance box to form a cavity 1411, and the cavity 1411 is provided with a mounting structure 14111 of a shelf to provide a storage space.
A door seal (not shown) is disposed outside the circumferential side of the protruding portion 141, and the door seal is used to seal the door liner 140 and the household appliance cabinet, so as to increase the sealing performance of the connection between the foamed door assembly 100 and the household appliance cabinet.
The upper end cover body 110 and the lower end cover body 130 are injection-molded plastic parts, have good structural mechanical properties and certain elasticity, are easy to assemble and are not easy to damage. The upper end cap body 110 and the lower end cap body 130 are respectively provided with four side walls so as to be connected with the door panel door body 120, the door liner 140, the first side decorative strip 150 and the second side decorative strip 160.
Example 3
As shown in fig. 10 and 17, the invention provides a refrigerator door, which comprises a refrigerator door body 10, wherein the refrigerator door body 10 comprises a display screen assembly 200 and the foaming door body assembly 100; the display screen assembly 200 is fixed on one side of the foam door body assembly 100, and the pressing cover body 112 presses one end of the bracket body 210. At least two fixing seats 122 forming opposite abutting force on the door panel body 120 of the foam door body assembly 100 limit the bracket body 210 of the display screen assembly 200 to swing in the direction of the plane of the sheet structure 121, so that the positioning and preassembling of the bracket body 210 are realized.
In an embodiment, the display panel assembly 200 includes a bracket body 210, a display panel 220, and a glass panel 230, which are sequentially disposed, the bracket body 210 is a frame structure, and the display panel 220 is installed in the frame of the bracket body 210. The left and right sides of the bracket body 210 are positioned by at least one pair of fixing seats 122 oppositely arranged on the door panel body 120, and the upper and lower ends of the bracket body 210 are respectively abutted by the first abutting part 1125 of the pressing cover body 112 of the upper end cover body 110 and the second abutting part 1311 of the lower end cover body 130, so as to realize primary fixation. The assembling operation of the bracket body 210 is simple and fast.
The bracket body 210 may be an integral bracket structure or a structure formed by splicing a plurality of brackets. As shown in fig. 10, the holder body 210 includes a first expansion holder 211, a fixing holder 212, and a second expansion holder 213 that are snap-coupled in this order; the fixing bracket 212 is a frame structure, the display screen 210 is mounted in the frame of the fixing bracket 212, and the first expanding bracket 211 and the second expanding bracket 213 are used for expanding the length of the bracket body 210; the first abutting portion 1125 of the upper end cap body 110 abuts against the third abutting portion at the top end of the first expanding bracket 211, and the second abutting portion 1311 of the lower end cap body 130 abuts against the fourth abutting portion at the bottom end of the second expanding bracket 213, so as to press the top end and the bottom end of the bracket body 210.

The invention provides a refrigerator, which comprises a refrigerator body and the refrigerator door body 10, wherein the refrigerator door body 10 is pivoted on the refrigerator body through a hinge structure.
Example 5
The invention provides an assembling method of a foaming door body for fixing a display screen assembly, which comprises the following steps as shown in figures 18 and 19:
s101, mounting a plurality of fixed seats 122 on the door panel body 120 to form relative abutting force;
s102, installing an upper door body frame on the periphery of the door panel body 120;
s103, injecting a foaming agent into one surface of the door panel body 120 facing the door liner 140, installing the door liner 140 to form a sealing area, and foaming to form a foaming layer;
s104, two sides of the bracket body 210 of the display screen assembly 200 are abutted against the fixing seats 122 on two sides of the door panel body 120, and after positioning and preassembling are completed, the pressing cover body 112 is installed on the top surface of the cover body 111 to press the top end of the bracket body 210.
In an embodiment, the step S102 further includes sequentially connecting the cover 111 of the upper end cover body 110 for forming the door frame, the first side decoration strip 150, the lower end cover body 130, and the second side decoration strip 160 to form the door frame.
In one embodiment, the foam door body assembly 100 further includes a first side extrusion bar 170 and a second side extrusion bar 180. The door panel body 120 further includes a thin plate structure 121, and the fixing seat 122 is fixed on the thin plate structure 121 through a hole 1211 on the thin plate structure 121; the number of the fixing bases 122 is six, and the fixing bases are arranged in two rows and arranged in pairs. Furthermore, in order to reduce the number of rivets or screws and reduce the probability of foam flash generated at the connection between the thin plate structure 121 and the fixing seat 122 during foaming, the mounting seats 1222 of the fixing seat 122 are fixed on the thin plate structure 121 by a rivet or a screw, and then a rivet or a screw is sequentially passed through the first side extrusion strip 170 or the second side extrusion strip 180, the thin plate structure 121, and the mounting seat 1222 to fix the mounting seats 1222 to the thin plate structure 121 while the first side extrusion strip 170 and the second side extrusion strip 180 are respectively fixed on both sides of the thin plate structure 121 of the door panel body 120.
Further, the corresponding assembling method specifically comprises the following steps:
s201, two pairs of oppositely arranged fixing seats 122 are arranged on the door panel body 120 in four holes 1211 close to the upper end cover body 110, and each fixing seat 122 is fixed through a rivet or a screw;
s202, fixing a side wall of the cover body 111 of the upper end cover body 110, the door panel body 120 and two oppositely arranged fixing seats 122 close to the upper end cover body 110 by a rivet or a screw respectively;
s203, respectively clamping the two sides of the door panel body 120 into the first clamping groove 171 and the second clamping groove 181, so as to pre-install the first side extrusion strip 170 and the second side extrusion strip 180 on the two sides of the door panel body 120;

The invention provides a pressing cover for a household appliance door body, which is provided with a first abutting part for pressing one end of a support body fixed with a display screen, and the assembly of the support body is assisted, so that the support body is stably installed.

the first abutting portion (1125) abuts against one end of the support body (210) fixed with the display screen (220) to press one end of the support body (210).

The pressing cover for the household appliance door body as claimed in claim 1, wherein two sides of the side wall of the pressing cover body (112) provided with the first abutting portion (1125) are respectively attached to the inner side of the glass panel (230) of the display screen assembly (200) and one side of the door body door frame of the foaming door body assembly (100) facing the glass panel (230) so as to close an assembly gap between the glass panel (230) and the door body door frame.

The pressing cover for the household appliance door body as claimed in claim 1, wherein the pressing cover body (112) comprises a cover plate, and one end of the cover plate is provided with a first bending part (1123); the cover plate is fixed on the outer surface of a cover body (111) used for forming a side end structure of the foaming door body assembly (100); the first contact portion (1125) is disposed at one end of the first bent portion (1123).
4. The compressing cover for the household appliance door body as claimed in claim 1, wherein the first abutting portion (1125) abuts against the positioning groove through a positioning protrusion at one end of the bracket body (210).
5. The hold down cover for a home appliance door body as claimed in claim 4, wherein the positioning protrusion is tapered in an extending direction thereof.
6. The hold-down cover for a household appliance door body as claimed in claim 1, wherein the number of the first abutting portions (1125) is two, and the first abutting portions are arranged on an outer wall of the hold-down cover body (112) at intervals.
7. The hold down cover for a door of an appliance according to claim 3, wherein the cover plate has a sidewall configuration extending in a direction toward the first abutment portion (1125).

The pressing cover for the household appliance door body as claimed in claim 1, wherein the two ends of the pressing cover body (112) are provided with second clamping protrusions (1124) respectively connected with the two side decorative strips of the household appliance door body in a clamping manner.
9. The compressing cover for the household appliance door body as claimed in claim 3, wherein the cover plate is provided with a plurality of fourth through holes (1122) to be fixedly connected with the cover body (111) through screws.
10. A foamed door body for fixing a display screen assembly, comprising a foamed door body assembly (100) fixed to a cabinet body of a household appliance, wherein the foamed door body assembly (100) comprises a door panel body (120), a door liner (140), a door body door frame, and a pressing cover body (112) according to any one of claims 1 to 9; the door panel body (120) is arranged opposite to the door liner (140) and forms a sealed space with a foaming layer together with the door frame of the door body; wherein the content of the first and second substances,
the pressing cover body (112) is fixed at one end of the door body door frame; the support body (210) of the display screen assembly (200) is detachably connected with a plurality of fixing seats (122) arranged on one side, far away from the door liner (140), of the door panel body (120).

The foamed door body for securing a display screen assembly according to claim 10, further comprising a lower end cap body (130) to form a bottom end cap structure of the door frame; the lower end cover body (130) is provided with a plurality of second abutting parts (1311) which are used for abutting against the bottom end of the support body (210) so as to compress the bottom end of the support body (210).
12. The foamed door body for securing a display screen assembly according to claim 10, wherein the door frame is configured to abut an outer surface of a glass panel (230) of the display screen assembly (200) flush with an outer surface of a bracket body (210) of the display screen assembly (200).
13. The foamed door body for securing a display screen assembly according to claim 12, wherein the door frame peripheral side extends in a direction toward the glass panel (230) to form an extension (190) to seal an assembly gap where the door frame abuts the glass panel (230).

The foamed door body for securing a display screen assembly according to claim 11, further comprising an upper end cap body (110) for forming a top end cap structure of the door frame, the upper end cap body (110) comprising a cover (111); two ends of the door panel body (120) are respectively connected with one side wall of the cover body (111) and a fixing plate (1313) arranged on the lower end cover body (130).
15. The foamed door body for securing a display screen assembly according to claim 10, wherein the door panel body (120) further comprises an integrally formed sheet structure (121), the sheet structure (121) being a sheet metal part; the support body (210) is fixed on one side of the thin plate structure (121).

The foam door body for fixing a display screen assembly according to claim 17, wherein the first side molding (150) is provided with a third locking groove (151) for locking both ends of the first side extrusion bar (170), and the second side molding (160) is provided with a fourth locking groove (161) for locking both ends of the second side extrusion bar (180).
