The invention discloses a clutch, which comprises a driving shaft, a driven wheel and a clutch sleeve, wherein the clutch sleeve is provided with an excircle key slot, the excircle key slot is positioned at the right side surface of the driven wheel, a first spring, a clutch section, a second spring at the right side of the clutch section, a first rotary pusher at the right side of the second spring, a second rotary pusher at the right side of the first rotary pusher, the first rotary pusher and the second rotary pusher are provided with pusher key slots, a long pin is arranged between the first rotary pusher and the second rotary pusher, when the first rotary pusher and the second rotary pusher are meshed, the long pin is inserted into the pusher key slots of the first rotary pusher and the second rotary pusher, when the first rotary pusher and the second rotary pusher are separated, the right section of the long pin is inserted into the pusher key slot of the second rotary pusher, and the top end of the left section of the long pin is propped against the top surface at the right side of the first rotary pusher; the clutch can complete the combination and disconnection of the clutch when the handle moves towards the same direction.

Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of inspection robots, and particularly relates to a clutch for an inspection robot track.
Background
The clutch is typically mounted between the engine and the transmission and is the component of the drive train that is directly associated with the engine. The clutch is usually mounted with the flywheel set of the engine crankshaft and is the component that cuts off and transmits power between the engine and the drive train. The clutch is similar to a switch, and the power transmission action is engaged or disengaged, the driving part and the driven part of the clutch mechanism can be temporarily separated and can be gradually engaged, and relative rotation is possible in the transmission process. The driving part and the driven part of the clutch can not adopt rigid connection.
When the traditional mechanical clutch is switched between an engaged state and a disengaged state, two opposite actions (such as pushing and pulling) are required to be realized. In some applications, only one same action is allowed to control the engagement and disengagement, such as pressing the engagement and then pressing the disengagement, so that a new clutch structure is needed to be designed to adapt to the operation of the same direction movement to realize the clutch switching function.

According to an embodiment of the invention, the spring constant of the first spring 4 is smaller than the spring constant of the second spring 6. The different spring constants ensure that the second spring 6 can push the clutch section 5 to move towards the first spring 4 side during the operation of the handle 11.
According to some embodiments of the invention, the handle 11 is T-shaped, the transverse section of the T-shape being mounted on the sleeve 10 and the vertical section of the T-shape being a long handle to be held.

A clutch, comprising: the clutch comprises a driving shaft penetrating through the whole clutch, a driven wheel rotatably mounted on the driving shaft, and a clutch sleeve mounted on the driven wheel through a coupling key, wherein the clutch sleeve is provided with an excircle key slot, the excircle key slot is positioned at the right side surface of the driven wheel, a first spring sleeved on the driving shaft is mounted at the right side of the excircle key slot, a clutch section mounted on the driving shaft through key coupling is arranged at the right side of the first spring, a second spring mounted on the driving shaft is arranged at the right side of the clutch section, a first rotary pusher mounted on the driving shaft is arranged at the right side of the second spring, a second rotary pusher mounted on the driving shaft is arranged at the right side of the first rotary pusher, the first rotary pusher and the second rotary pusher are provided with pusher key slots, and a long pin fixedly mounted on the driving shaft is arranged between the first rotary pusher and the second rotary pusher, the right section of the long pin is arranged in the clipper key groove of the second rotary clipper, when the first rotary clipper is meshed with the second rotary clipper, the long pin is inserted into the clipper key grooves of the first rotary clipper and the second rotary clipper, when the first rotary clipper is disengaged from the second rotary clipper, the right section of the long pin is inserted into the clipper key groove of the second rotary clipper, and the top end of the left section of the long pin is abutted against the top surface of the right side of the first rotary clipper; the right side of the second rotary clipper is provided with a sleeve rotatably mounted on the driving shaft and a handle fixed on the sleeve, and the sleeve and the handle are fixed relative to the outside.

The clutch of claim 3, wherein the clutch section includes a clutch section inner circular hole having a clutch section key slot therein, the clutch section being mounted in a side-to-side sliding fit by the clutch section key slot and a key coupling mounted on the drive shaft, and an end surface of the clutch section facing the clutch sleeve having a mating portion that mates with the clutch sleeve key slot or the missing outer circular tooth.

The clutch of claim 1, wherein the clutch section includes a clutch section inner circular hole having a clutch section key groove therein, the clutch section is installed by sliding left and right engagement of the clutch section key groove and a key joint installed on the driving shaft, and an end surface of the clutch section facing the clutch sleeve has an engagement portion engaged with the clutch sleeve key groove.
7. The clutch of any one of claims 1, wherein a spring constant of the first spring is less than a spring constant of the second spring.
8. The clutch of claim 1, wherein the handle is T-shaped, a transverse section of the T-shape is mounted on the sleeve, and a vertical section of the T-shape is a long handle that is held by hand.
