Abstract
The invention provides a shield machine which comprises a first heavy truck, a second heavy truck, a third heavy truck, a fourth heavy truck and a fifth heavy truck, wherein the first heavy truck is provided with a reaction frame and a host system, and the reaction frame is connected with the host system and can drive the host system to move; the second heavy truck is provided with a control system; a hydraulic system is arranged on the third heavy truck; an injection system is arranged on the fourth heavy truck; a power supply system is arranged on the fifth heavy truck; the power supply system can be electrically connected with the control system, the control system can be electrically connected with the hydraulic system and the injection system, and the control system can control the actions of the hydraulic system and the injection system. The shield machine provided by the invention occupies a small area, is convenient to produce, manufacture and assemble, does not need to be provided with a production and manufacturing workshop with complex functions, can start tunneling at any time, enhances the flexible maneuverability of the shield machine, and effectively reduces the processing and manufacturing cost and the assembling and debugging time.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of tunnel construction control, in particular to a shield machine.
Background
In the current tunnel construction, the shield machine is gradually and widely applied due to the advantages of high automation degree, high construction safety degree, small pollution and the like. However, the conventional shield tunneling machine at home and abroad is a huge and complicated tunneling and lining complete equipment in terms of the whole machine length (host machine + rear matching system) and the whole machine weight, the whole machine length is hundreds of meters, the whole machine weight is hundreds of tons, and the manufacturing cost is thousands of RMB, and these factors finally cause that a series of work such as design, manufacture, assembly, debugging, originating, tunneling and the like of the shield tunneling machine are difficult to be smoothly completed in a short time, usually the whole tunnel is completed and needs a construction period requirement of at least more than one year, and the applicability and flexibility of the shield tunneling machine are limited to a certain extent.
For tunnel engineering with strict external conditions, such as a short construction period, difficult whole machine starting, strict cost control and the like, the shield machine in a conventional form is difficult to smoothly complete tasks, and for the situation, a shield machine with flexible maneuverability needs to be designed.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a shield machine which can be quickly manufactured and can start tunneling at any time.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a shield tunneling machine, comprising:
the system comprises a first heavy truck, a second heavy truck and a control system, wherein a reaction frame and a host system are arranged on the first heavy truck, and the reaction frame is connected with the host system and can drive the host system to move;
a second heavy truck having a control system thereon;
a third heavy truck having a hydraulic system thereon;
a fourth heavy truck having an injection system disposed thereon;
the fifth heavy truck is provided with a power supply system;
wherein the power supply system can be electrically connected with the control system, the control system can be electrically connected with the hydraulic system and the injection system, and the control system can control the actions of the hydraulic system and the injection system.
The shield machine as described above, wherein the shield machine further includes a material transportation system, and the material transportation system includes at least one self-driving type pipe transportation vehicle and at least one self-driving type muck transportation vehicle.
The shield tunneling machine as described above, wherein the host system includes a cutter head, a shield body, a main drive, an erector, and a screw conveyor.
The shield tunneling machine as described above, wherein the control system includes a control cabinet electrically connected to the hydraulic system and the injection system.
The shield machine as described above, wherein the control system further includes a main control room, and the main control room is electrically connected to the control cabinet and can control the operation of the control cabinet.
The shield machine as described above, wherein the hydraulic system includes a hydraulic pump station and a water circulation device, and the hydraulic pump station can be communicated with the water circulation device through a transformer.
The shield tunneling machine comprises a gravel pile pump and a gravel pile tank body, wherein the gravel pile pump can be communicated with the gravel pile tank body.
The shield tunneling machine as described above, wherein a grouting device and a lubricating device are further provided on the second heavy truck.
The shield tunneling machine according to the above, wherein the power supply system includes at least one generator.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages:
according to the shield machine, all the systems are respectively arranged on different heavy trucks in a parallel connection mode, so that the bad phenomenon that the whole design period is delayed due to problems in some links in the original manufacturing mode can be successfully avoided; the occupied area is small, the production, the manufacture and the assembly are convenient, a production and manufacture workshop with complex functions is not required to be configured, the tunneling can be started at any time, and the flexible maneuverability of the shield tunneling machine is enhanced; meanwhile, a rear matched main structure adopted in the prior art is eliminated, so that the processing and manufacturing cost and the assembling and debugging time are effectively reduced;
the shield machine, the self-driven pipe piece transport vehicle and the self-driven muck transport vehicle can realize free vehicle passing in the tunnel, and can meet the requirement of rapid construction.

as shown in fig. 2 and 7, a reaction frame 107 and a host system 109 are arranged on the first heavy truck 101, the reaction frame 107 is connected with the host system 109 and can drive the host system 109 to move, and specifically, the host system 109 can move forward under the combined action of a propulsion cylinder and the reaction frame 107 thereof so as to perform tunneling operation;
as shown in fig. 3, a control system is arranged on the second heavy truck 201, and the control system can control the relevant electrical components of the shield machine, so that the operation of the shield machine becomes simple and convenient;
as shown in fig. 4, a hydraulic system is arranged on the third heavy truck 301, and the hydraulic system can provide relevant hydraulic components for the shield machine and provide power for the hydraulic components;
as shown in fig. 5, an injection system is arranged on the fourth heavy truck 401, and the injection system can fill and fix a gap between a duct piece and an excavated hole wall;
as shown in fig. 6, a power supply system is arranged on the fifth heavy truck 501, and the power supply system can provide power for a control system and various electrical components of the shield machine;

Further, as shown in fig. 2 and 7, a guide table support 108 is detachably connected to the first heavy truck 101, the host system 109 is connected to the guide table support 108, the guide table support 108 enables the host system 109 to be moved easily and conveniently, and specifically, a plurality of groups of guide table supports 108 may be connected to the first heavy truck 101 to facilitate installation of the components of the host system 109.
Further, as shown in fig. 10, the shield tunneling machine further includes a material transportation system, the material transportation system includes at least one self-driving type pipe transportation vehicle 601 and at least one self-driving type muck transportation vehicle 602, the number of the self-driving type pipe transportation vehicles 601 and the number of the self-driving type muck transportation vehicles 602 can be flexibly configured according to actual conditions, and the self-driving type pipe transportation vehicles 601 and the self-driving type muck transportation vehicles 602 can realize free vehicle-crossing in the tunnel to meet the requirement of rapid construction.
