Referring to fig. 4 and 5, in order to improve the structural strength of the formwork 4, a reinforcing rod 19 is disposed on the lower end surface of the formwork 4, and a through hole 20 for the split bolt 7 to pass through is formed in the middle of the reinforcing rod 19.
