传统的电热织物类应用的导电纤维主要是金属、金属化合物纤维、碳纤维、有机导电纤维等,金属、金属化合物纤维、碳纤维等普遍存在纤维本身较硬,无弹性、舒适性较差等缺点,而有机导电纤维相对柔软、有较高的弹性、但导电性能、电阻均一性和稳定性能相对较差、耐揉搓性能差。同时传统的电热织物,不具有阻燃性能,在制备导电发热体时往往需要覆绝缘膜,且通过外界的控制来调整发热的功率温度,存在因故障或极端使用情况而产生过度加热的危险。因此需要提供一种具有阻燃功能的高弹性导电纤维,同时兼顾纤维的柔韧、弹性、舒适性和使用安全性。
目前制备高弹导电纤维常见方法有两种,一是直接通过导电物质与高弹性聚合物切片混合纺丝,但制备的导电纤维电阻均一性较差,工艺复杂,成本相对较高。
二是通过涂层法制备刚性导电纤维,后通过复合编织的方式将刚性的导电高性能纤维与柔性的橡胶等结合起来,工艺相对复杂,导电性能受限。
CNIO838537OA中,将聚氨酯通过碳纳米管分散液浸渍等工艺、将导电物质掺杂到化学合成纤维的表面,得到碳纳米管聚氨酯弹性导电纤维,虽然导电性能和强度有一定的提高,但已经基本失去纤维本身的弹性,无法保证导电性以及形变下的电阻稳定性。
CN107904734B中,首先以涂覆-溶胀-还原的方式制备纤维材料,随后,通过复合编织的方式将刚性的导电高性能纤维与柔性的橡胶结合起来,编织成结构均匀,稳定性高的复合编织物,但工艺相对复杂,制备纤维较粗,应用受限。
CN111287003ACN111287003A,采用简单的染色工艺,通过加入PTC功能组份提高纤维在应用中的安全性,并没有从根本上解决纤维本身导电以及电阻均一性问题,且制备的导电纤维没有弹性,应用受限。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的缺陷,提供一种高弹阻燃导电纤维及其制备方法。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用了如下技术方案:
一种高弹阻燃导电纤维及其制备方法,包括以下质量份数的各组分:
5%水性石墨烯分散液5-20份;5%水性碳纳米管分散液40-60份;水性柔性树脂胶黏剂10-30份;阻燃剂1-5份;消泡剂0.01-1份;分散剂1-5份;润湿剂0.1-1.5份;增稠剂0.1-5份。
优选的,所述复合阻燃浆料,包括以下质量份数的各组分:
5%水性石墨烯分散液17份;5%水性碳纳米管分散液50份;水性柔性树脂胶黏剂25份;阻燃剂2.5份;消泡剂0.5份;分散剂2份;润湿剂0.5份;增稠剂3份。
优选的,所述5%水性石墨烯分散液为单层或3-5层石墨烯溶液。
优选的,所述5%水性碳纳米管分散液为单壁碳纳米管,所述润湿剂为聚醚改性有机硅类润湿剂。
优选的,所述水性树脂胶黏剂为水性丙烯酸树脂、水性聚氨酯或两者复配。
优选的,所述阻燃剂包括甲基膦酸二甲酯、阻燃剂PN-1、阻燃剂PN-2和超细三氧化二锑至少一种。
优选的,所述增稠剂为纤维素类、疏水改性聚氨酯类增稠剂,所述消泡剂901W,BYK019、BYK025中的至少一种。
优选的,所述分散剂包括丙烯酸嵌段聚合物、阴离子聚丙烯酰胺、BYK025和BYK9076中的至少一种。
一种高弹阻燃导电纤维制备方法,包括以下步骤:
浆料的制备:将各组分原料加入到搅拌研磨机中,按照800rpm-1500rpm搅拌速度进行预分散,加入氧化锆珠进行研磨,制备平均粒径控制在500nm水性CNTs-石墨烯复合阻燃浆料备用,其中,所述氧化锆珠体积比65-80%,直径为1.0mm或2.0mm,研磨速度为750rpm-1000rpm,研磨时间为25min-45min;
导电纤维的制备:对基材纤维进行电晕处理,使其表面产生自由基或离子基团,设定好染线机参数,调整张力,将纤维先拉伸到50%-150%的长度,通过上浆进行一次染线,将纤维拉伸到200%-300%的长度,进行二次上浆染线,制备所述碳纳米管/石墨烯导电纤维;其中,第一次上浆染线,拉伸长度为120%,;第二次上浆染线,拉伸长度为300%,所述电晕处理是在电压3000—12000伏,功率为10~500瓦的电晕放电的电场中处理。
优选的,所述基材纤维选自高弹丝涤纶、锦纶、芳纶、腈纶中的其中一种,规格为150D/48F、300D/96F、300D/144F的其中一种。
综上所述,由于采用了上述技术方案,本发明的有益效果是:
1、本发明利用简易传统的浸涂、印染技术等在单根纤维的表面形成导电涂层,工艺简单;
2、本发明采用柔性树脂胶黏剂复配相较于使用单一树脂胶黏剂提高了附着力、保持原有纤维的轻柔性;
3、本发明通过电晕处理,提高了纤维的相亲水性能,从而提高了导电纤维的附着力和耐磨性能;
4、本发明通过调整不同张力,进行2次上浆,通过上述导电纤维制备工艺,大大提高了高弹导电纤维在拉伸情况下的电阻均一稳定性,同时提高了导电纤维的导电性能,制备出系列具有高弹性,电阻均一稳定、附着力高的碳纳米管/石墨烯复合导电纤维;
5、本发明通过加入阻燃剂,大大提高了纤维的阻燃性能,从而提高导电织物的使用安全性能;本方法制备的高弹导电纤维电阻可达到100-900Ω/cm,且单根纤维电阻范围差可控制在50Ω/cm以内,电阻稳定性高,拉伸回弹电阻变化率小于5%,干摩擦附着力达到标GB/T3920-2008等级评价3级;本方法制备导电纤维具有环境友好、操作简易、价格低廉、产品质量稳定可控的优点,产品将在电热、防静电、电磁屏蔽以及生物传感器、电池电极等方面有更好的应用价值。

以下结合附图1,进一步说明本发明一种高弹阻燃导电纤维及其制备方法的具体实施方式。本发明一种高弹阻燃导电纤维及其制备方法不限于以下实施例的描述。
实施例1:
本实施例给出一种高弹阻燃导电纤维的具体结构,如图1所示,包括以下质量份数的各组分:
5%水性石墨烯分散液5-20份;5%水性碳纳米管分散液40-60份;水性柔性树脂胶黏剂10-30份;阻燃剂1-5份;消泡剂0.01-1份;分散剂1-5份;润湿剂0.1-1.5份;增稠剂0.1-5份。
进一步的,复合阻燃浆料,包括以下质量份数的各组分:
5%水性石墨烯分散液17份;5%水性碳纳米管分散液50份;水性柔性树脂胶黏剂25份;阻燃剂2.5份;消泡剂0.5份;分散剂2份;润湿剂0.5份;增稠剂3份。
5%水性石墨烯分散液为单层或3-5层石墨烯溶液。
5%水性碳纳米管分散液为单壁碳纳米管,润湿剂为聚醚改性有机硅类润湿剂。
水性树脂胶黏剂为水性丙烯酸树脂、水性聚氨酯或两者复配。
进一步的,阻燃剂包括甲基膦酸二甲酯、阻燃剂PN-1、阻燃剂PN-2和超细三氧化二锑至少一种。

实施例2:
本实施例给出一种高弹阻燃导电纤维制备方法的具体结构,如图1所示,包括以下步骤:
浆料的制备:将各组分原料加入到搅拌研磨机中,按照800rpm-1500rpm搅拌速度进行预分散,加入氧化锆珠进行研磨,制备平均粒径控制在500nm水性CNTs-石墨烯复合阻燃浆料备用,其中,氧化锆珠体积比65-80%,直径为1.0mm或2.0mm,研磨速度为750rpm-1000rpm,研磨时间为25min-45min;

工作原理:如图1所示,1为原料纤维,2为料液槽,3为烘箱,4为功能纤维;
首先,将各组分原料加入到搅拌研磨机中,按照800rpm-1500rpm搅拌速度进行预分散,加入氧化锆珠进行研磨,制备平均粒径控制在500nm水性CNTs-石墨烯复合阻燃浆料备用;
然后,对基材纤维进行电晕处理,使其表面产生自由基或离子基团,设定好染线机参数,调整张力,将纤维先拉伸到50%-150%的长度,通过上浆进行一次染线,将纤维拉伸到200%-300%的长度,进行二次上浆染线,制备碳纳米管/石墨烯导电纤维;其中,第一次上浆染线,拉伸长度为120%,;第二次上浆染线,拉伸长度为300%;
本发明利用简易传统的浸涂、印染技术等在单根纤维的表面形成导电涂层,工艺简单;
本发明采用柔性树脂胶黏剂复配相较于使用单一树脂胶黏剂提高了附着力、保持原有纤维的轻柔性;
本发明通过电晕处理,提高了纤维的相亲水性能,从而提高了导电纤维的附着力和耐磨性能;
本发明通过调整不同张力,进行2次上浆,通过上述导电纤维制备工艺,大大提高了高弹导电纤维在拉伸情况下的电阻均一稳定性,同时提高了导电纤维的导电性能,制备出系列具有高弹性,电阻均一稳定、附着力高的碳纳米管/石墨烯复合导电纤维;
本发明通过加入阻燃剂,大大提高了纤维的阻燃性能,从而提高导电织物的使用安全性能;本方法制备的高弹导电纤维电阻可达到100-900Ω/cm,且单根纤维电阻范围差可控制在50Ω/cm以内,电阻稳定性高,拉伸回弹电阻变化率小于5%,干摩擦附着力达到标GB/T3920-2008等级评价3级;本方法制备导电纤维具有环境友好、操作简易、价格低廉、产品质量稳定可控的优点,产品将在电热、防静电、电磁屏蔽以及生物传感器、电池电极等方面有更好的应用价值

Claims (10)
1.一种高弹阻燃导电纤维,其特征在于,由复合阻燃浆料制备,所述复合阻燃浆料,包括以下质量份数的各组分:
5%水性石墨烯分散液5-20份;5%水性碳纳米管分散液40-60份;水性柔性树脂胶黏剂10-30份;阻燃剂1-5份;消泡剂0.01-1份;分散剂1-5份;润湿剂0.1-1.5份;增稠剂0.1-5份。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种高弹阻燃导电纤维,其特征在于:所述复合阻燃浆料,包括以下质量份数的各组分:
5%水性石墨烯分散液17份;5%水性碳纳米管分散液50份;水性柔性树脂胶黏剂25份;阻燃剂2.5份;消泡剂0.5份;分散剂2份;润湿剂0.5份;增稠剂3份。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种高弹阻燃导电纤维,其特征在于:所述5%水性石墨烯分散液为单层或3-5层石墨烯溶液。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种高弹阻燃导电纤维,其特征在于:所述5%水性碳纳米管分散液为单壁碳纳米管,所述润湿剂为聚醚改性有机硅类润湿剂。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种高弹阻燃导电纤维,其特征在于:所述水性树脂胶黏剂为水性丙烯酸树脂、水性聚氨酯或两者复配。
6.如权利要求1所述的一种高弹阻燃导电纤维,其特征在于:所述阻燃剂包括甲基膦酸二甲酯、阻燃剂PN-1、阻燃剂PN-2和超细三氧化二锑至少一种。
7.如权利要求1所述的一种高弹阻燃导电纤维,其特征在于:所述增稠剂为纤维素类、疏水改性聚氨酯类增稠剂,所述消泡剂901W,BYK019、BYK025中的至少一种。
8.如权利要求1所述的一种高弹阻燃导电纤维,其特征在于:所述分散剂包括丙烯酸嵌段聚合物、阴离子聚丙烯酰胺、BYK025和BYK9076中的至少一种。
9.一种高弹阻燃导电纤维制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
浆料的制备:将各组分原料加入到搅拌研磨机中,按照800rpm-1500rpm搅拌速度进行预分散,加入氧化锆珠进行研磨,制备平均粒径控制在500nm水性CNTs-石墨烯复合阻燃浆料备用,其中,所述氧化锆珠体积比65-80%,直径为1.0mm或2.0mm,研磨速度为750rpm-1000rpm,研磨时间为25min-45min;
导电纤维的制备:对基材纤维进行电晕处理,使其表面产生自由基或离子基团,设定好染线机参数,调整张力,将纤维先拉伸到50%-150%的长度,通过上浆进行一次染线,将纤维拉伸到200%-300%的长度,进行二次上浆染线,制备所述碳纳米管/石墨烯导电纤维;其中,第一次上浆染线,拉伸长度为120%,;第二次上浆染线,拉伸长度为300%,所述电晕处理是在电压3000—12000伏,功率为10~500瓦的电晕放电的电场中处理。
