Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a preparation method of breathable and comfortable flax/tencel wet-spun blended yarn, and belongs to the technical field of spinning.
Background
With the development of society, the living standard of people is increasingly improved, and people pay more attention to comfort, functions and environmental protection of clothes. Flax is a natural cellulose fiber, and the product of the flax has cool, stiff and smooth feeling, clean feeling, good air permeability and moisture permeability, bacteriostasis and other excellent performances, so the flax is widely applied to summer clothing fabrics. The hemicellulose contained in the flax also has the function of absorbing ultraviolet rays and prevents the ultraviolet rays from irradiating human bodies, thereby playing the roles of protecting the skin, preventing magnetism and resisting radiation. Flax has many advantages, so it is very popular. However, the flax fabrics have hard hand feeling and poor drapability, and can generate a certain itching feeling on human skin when being worn, and the problems also restrict the further development of flax clothes in the textile industry. Therefore, the key point of linen yarn research is to improve the serviceability of linen fabrics.
The tencel fiber is a regenerated cellulose fiber, has the characteristics of high strength, comfort, good hand feeling, natural luster and the like of natural fiber cotton, and has the advantage of environmental protection which is not possessed by the traditional viscose fiber. The tencel fiber also has good spinnability and blending property, and can improve certain defects of natural fibers when being blended with the natural fibers. And the tencel fiber can be split into fibrils along the axial direction of the fiber under the action of mechanical friction in a wet state, so that the blended yarn generates a fluff effect, and the hand feeling of the yarn fabric is improved. Therefore, the tencel and the flax can play the role of the tencel to the maximum extent by adopting a wet spinning mode, improve the hand feeling of the flax fabric, reduce the itching feeling and enhance the comfort and the taking performance.
The water-soluble vinylon is also called water-soluble polyvinyl alcohol, can be dissolved in water at a certain temperature, is tasteless and nontoxic after being dissolved in the water, can be naturally decomposed in a short time, and has no pollution to the environment. The characteristics of solubility of the water-soluble vinylon are utilized, the vinylon can be added into the flax blended yarn and then removed, the yarn structure is fluffy, and the yarn comfort is improved.
At present, the main production mode of the flax wet blended yarn is siro wet spinning, namely, flax roving and blended fiber are mixed on a spinning machine, the yarn style is that two strands of fiber are in a spiral twisted shape, and the appearance style of the yarn is single.
Disclosure of Invention
The technical problem to be solved by the invention is as follows: the preparation method of the air-permeable comfortable flax/tencel wet-spun blended yarn overcomes the defects of the prior art, the design is scientific and reasonable, the yarn forming index of the prepared product is good, and the yarn is fluffy and comfortable in hand feeling and good in air permeability.
The invention relates to a preparation method of breathable and comfortable flax/tencel wet-spun blended yarn, which is characterized in that tencel and water-soluble vinylon are blended into roving; boiling and bleaching flax roving, feeding the flax roving and tencel/water-soluble vinylon mixed roving together on a wet spinning frame for mixing again to obtain flax/tencel/water-soluble vinylon blended yarn; and finally, boiling and dissolving in an aqueous solution to obtain the breathable comfortable flax/tencel wet-spun blended yarn.
Preferably, the method specifically comprises the following steps:
(1) And (3) hackling: putting flax into a hackling machine to prepare flax strips;
(2) Drawing: 4-6 ramie stripes in the step (1) are combined and drafted into a coarse ramie stripe through a drawing frame, and 2-4 times of drawing are carried out;
(3) Roving: preparing the coarse ramie stripes obtained in the step (2) into flax roves through a roving frame;
(4) Blend of tencel/water soluble vinylon: mixing, opening and carding the tencel and the water-soluble vinylon through a cotton mixer, an opening scutcher and a carding machine to prepare tencel/water-soluble vinylon mixed thick strips;
(5) Drawing: 4-6 tencel/water-soluble vinylon mixed thick strips in the step (4) are drafted into a mixed thick strip through a drawing frame, and drawing is carried out for 2-4 times;
(6) Roving: preparing the mixed roving in the step (5) into tencel/water-soluble vinylon mixed roving through a roving frame;
(7) Wet spinning of spun yarn: feeding the linen roving in the step (3) and the tencel/water-soluble vinylon blended roving in the step (6) into a wet spinning frame together, wherein the linen roving passes through a water tank, the tencel/water-soluble vinylon blended roving does not pass through the water tank, and the two rovings are drafted and twisted by the spinning frame to form linen/tencel/water-soluble vinylon blended yarn;
(8) And boiling the flax/tencel/water-soluble vinylon blended yarn in an aqueous solution, removing vinylon, and drying to obtain the flax/tencel blended yarn.
Preferably, the flax is long fibrilia with the length of 400-600mm.
Preferably, the tencel length is 30-90mm.
Preferably, the water-soluble vinylon has a length of 4-38mm.
Preferably, the tencel accounts for 10% -30% of the mass of the flax raw material.
Preferably, the water-soluble vinylon accounts for 10-30% of the mass of the flax raw material.
Preferably, in the step (7), the space between the flax roving and the tencel/water-soluble vinylon blended roving during drafting is 1-4mm.
Preferably, in the step (7), the single yarn twist coefficient of the flax in the blended yarn is 450-600, and the longitudinal direction is S twist.
Preferably, in the step (8), the temperature of the aqueous solution is 80-100 ℃ and the time for removing vinylon is 1-4 hours.
The pure linen yarn has the defects of hard hand feeling and strong scratchiness of clothes. The siro wet spinning method adopted in the prior art uses a method of blending tencel with tencel, which can improve the hand feeling and comfort of flax fabrics, but causes poor air permeability of the fabrics. The invention utilizes the characteristic that water-soluble fiber is dissolved in water to obtain tencel/water-soluble vinylon/flax blended yarn after the water-soluble vinylon and the tencel are blended into the roving and then are blended with the flax roving. The yarn spun by the method not only has the advantages of flax and tencel, but also has bulked yarn structure and increased fabric air permeability after the water-soluble vinylon is removed. The invention has the innovation point that blended raw materials and water-soluble fibers are mixed and spun into roving, and then the roving and the flax roving are mixed and spun and are withdrawn.
Compared with the prior art, the invention achieves the following beneficial effects:
the invention has scientific and reasonable design, and the prepared product has good yarn forming index, fluffy and comfortable yarn hand feeling and good air permeability.
