Abstract

The invention relates to the field of completely biodegradable materials, and discloses an organic and inorganic filled PBAT completely biodegradable material composition and particles and a film prepared from the same. The composition comprises the following components in parts by weight: PBAT50-80 parts by weight, PVA3-8 parts by weight, talcum powder 2-8 parts by weight, starch 10-30 parts by weight, plasticizer 1-5 parts by weight, lubricant 0.1-1 part by weight, compatilizer 0.1-0.5 part by weight, and chain extender 0.1-1 part by weight. The PBAT complete biodegradable material composition filled by mixing the organic material and the inorganic material can realize continuous granulation and blow molding, and the film has good performance.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of fully degradable materials, in particular to an organic and inorganic filled PBAT fully biodegradable material composition and particles and a film prepared from the same.
Background
Along with the development of society, the living standard of people is improved, plastic bags can be used everywhere, so that the life of people can be facilitated, and convenience is brought to the life of people; meanwhile, the use of the plastic bag also threatens the survival of marine and land animals; because of this, the use of degradable plastic products is imminent.
PBAT has excellent flexibility and thermal stability, but the strength of PBAT is low, and the requirements of production and life cannot be met.
It is therefore desirable to provide a film that can take full advantage of the PBAT material while meeting production requirements.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the problems that a PBAT material is low in strength and cannot meet requirements and the like, and provides an organic and inorganic filled PBAT completely biodegradable material composition and particles and a film prepared from the same. The PBAT complete biodegradable material composition filled by mixing the organic material and the inorganic material can realize continuous granulation and blow molding, and the prepared film has high strength and good color.
In order to achieve the above objects, in a first aspect, the present invention provides an organic and inorganic hybrid-filled PBAT complete biodegradable material composition comprising, in parts by weight: 50-80 parts of PBAT, 3-8 parts of PVA, 2-8 parts of talcum powder, 10-30 parts of starch, 1-5 parts of plasticizer, 0.1-1 part of lubricant, 0.1-0.5 part of compatilizer and 0.1-1 part of chain extender.
In a second aspect, the invention provides a method for preparing organic and inorganic mixed filled PBAT complete biodegradable particles, which adopts the composition of the invention and is prepared according to the following method:

In a third aspect, the present invention provides organic and inorganic hybrid filled PBAT fully biodegradable particles made by the method of the invention.

The following describes in detail specific embodiments of the present invention. It should be understood that the detailed description and specific examples, while indicating the present invention, are given by way of illustration and explanation only, not limitation.
The present invention will be described in detail below by way of examples. In the following examples, each material used was commercially available unless otherwise specified, and the method used was a conventional method in the art unless otherwise specified.
The endpoints of the ranges and any values disclosed herein are not limited to the precise range or value, and such ranges or values should be understood to encompass values close to those ranges or values. For ranges of values, between the endpoints of each of the ranges and the individual points, and between the individual points may be combined with each other to give one or more new ranges of values, and these ranges of values should be considered as specifically disclosed herein.
In a first aspect, the present invention provides an organic and inorganic hybrid filled PBAT complete biodegradable material composition comprising, in parts by weight: 50-80 parts of PBAT, 2-8 parts of PVA3, 2-8 parts of talcum powder, 10-30 parts of starch, 1-5 parts of plasticizer, 0.1-1 part of lubricant, 0.1-0.5 part of compatilizer and 0.1-1 part of chain extender.
In the present invention, preferably, the composition comprises, in parts by weight: 65-80 parts of PBAT, 5-78 parts of PVA3, 2-5 parts of talcum powder, 10-20 parts of starch, 2-4 parts of plasticizer, 0.1-0.6 part of lubricant, 0.1-0.3 part of compatilizer and 0.1-0.5 part of chain extender.
In the present invention, preferably, the melt flow rate of the PBAT is 2.99g/10 min.
In the present invention, the PVA is a partially alcoholysis type PVA, and preferably, the PVA has a polymerization degree of 2400-. For example, it may be one or more of the designations 0388, 0588, 1788, 2088, 2288, 2488.
In the present invention, preferably, the particle size of the talc powder is 500-800 mesh.
In the present invention, preferably, the starch is one or more of corn starch, tapioca starch, sweet potato starch, wheat starch, water chestnut starch, lotus root starch and corn starch.
In the present invention, preferably, the plasticizer is one or more of ethylene glycol, glycerin, sorbitol, mannitol, neopentyl glycol, trimethylolpropane, tetramethylolpropane, diethylene glycol, polyethylene glycol 200, polyethylene glycol 400, diethanolamine, triethanolamine, diglycerin, triglycerol, pentaglycerol, decaglycerol, and diethylene glycol.
In the present invention, preferably, the lubricant is one or more of paraffin wax, polyethylene wax, oxidized polyethylene wax, hardened oil, triglycerol monostearate, pentaerythritol stearate, stearic acid, and calcium stearate.
In the invention, preferably, the compatilizer is one or two of aluminate coupling agent, titanate coupling agent, SEBS-g-GMA, SEBS-g-MAH, olefin-GMA, POE-g-GMA, St-AN-GMA, anhydrous citric acid, E-MA-GMA and E-BA-GMA.
In the present invention, preferably, the chain extender is a polyurethane chain extender. For example, it may be ADR4368 or ADR 4370.
In a second aspect, the invention provides a method for preparing organic and inorganic mixed filled PBAT completely biodegradable particles, which is characterized in that the composition is prepared according to the following method:
adding starch and plasticizer into a stirrer, mixing and stirring at 300r/min at 200-.
In a specific embodiment of the invention, the preparation is carried out according to the following steps:
(1) adding starch and plasticizer into a stirrer, and mixing and stirring at 200-300r/min until the starch is completely plasticized;
(2) then adding PBAT, PVA, talcum powder and other auxiliary agents, and blending and stirring the mixture;
(3) extruding and granulating the uniformly stirred mixture by using a parallel double-screw granulator unit;
setting the temperature of each zone of the double-screw extruder to be 75-165 ℃: first zone at 75 deg.C, second zone at 95 deg.C, third zone at 110 deg.C, fourth zone at 125 deg.C, fifth zone at 135 deg.C, sixth zone at 140 deg.C, seventh zone at 145 deg.C, eighth zone at 145 deg.C, ninth zone at 150 deg.C, tenth zone at 150 deg.C, eleventh zone at 155 deg.C, twelfth zone at 160 deg.C, thirteenth zone at 165 deg.C, and head at 160 deg.C; the screw rotation speed is 350-400 r/min.
In a third aspect, the present invention provides organic and inorganic hybrid filled PBAT fully biodegradable particles prepared by the above method.
In a fourth aspect, the present invention provides a PBAT fully biodegradable film filled with a mixture of organic and inorganic materials prepared by blow molding of the above particles.
In a specific embodiment of the invention, the particles are subjected to blow molding to prepare an organic and inorganic mixed filled PBAT complete biodegradable film; setting each temperature zone of the blow molding machine: the first zone is 135 ℃, the second zone is 138 ℃, the third zone is 145 ℃, the fourth zone is 148 ℃, the fifth zone is 155 ℃, the temperature of the upper die head is 160 ℃, and the temperature of the lower die head is 160 ℃.

69 parts of PBAT, 3 parts of PVA 05885 parts of talcum powder, 20 parts of corn starch, 3 parts of glycerol, 0.4 part of pentaerythritol stearate, 0.2 part of anhydrous citric acid and 43680.3 parts of chain extender ADR.
Example 2
An organic and inorganic filled PBAT complete biodegradable material composition comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight:
69 parts of PBAT, 05885 parts of PVA, 3 parts of talcum powder, 20 parts of corn starch, 3 parts of glycerol, 0.4 part of stearic acid, 0.2 part of anhydrous citric acid and 43680.3 parts of chain extender ADR.
Example 3
An organic and inorganic filled PBAT complete biodegradable material composition comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight:
69 parts of PBAT, 05885 parts of PVA, 3 parts of talcum powder, 20 parts of corn starch, 3 parts of glycerol, 0.2 part of stearic acid and pentaerythritol stearate, 0.2 part of anhydrous citric acid and 43680.3 parts of a chain extender ADR.
Comparative example 1
An organic and inorganic filled PBAT complete biodegradable material composition comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight:
69 parts of PBAT, 3 parts of PVA 05885 parts of talcum powder, 20 parts of corn starch, 3 parts of glycerol, 0.4 part of aluminate coupling agent, 0.2 part of anhydrous citric acid and 43680.3 parts of chain extender ADR.
Comparative example 2
An organic and inorganic filled PBAT complete biodegradable material composition comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight:
69 parts of PBAT, 3 parts of PVA 05885 parts of talcum powder, 20 parts of corn starch, 3 parts of glycerol, 0.4 part of titanate coupling agent, 0.2 part of anhydrous citric acid and 43680.3 parts of chain extender ADR.
Preparation example
(1) Adding starch and a plasticizer into a stirrer, and mixing and stirring at 250r/min until the starch is completely plasticized;
(2) then adding PBAT, PVA, talcum powder and other auxiliary agents, and blending and stirring the mixture;
(3) extruding and granulating the uniformly stirred mixture by using a parallel double-screw granulator unit, and then performing blow molding on the obtained product by using a blow molding machine to prepare a film;
setting the temperature of each zone of the double-screw extruder to be 75-165 ℃: first zone 35 deg.C, second zone 45 deg.C, third zone 75 deg.C, fourth zone 125 deg.C, fifth zone 135 deg.C, sixth zone 140 deg.C, seventh zone 145 deg.C, eighth zone 145 deg.C, ninth zone 150 deg.C, tenth zone 150 deg.C, eleventh zone 155 deg.C, twelfth zone 160 deg.C, thirteenth zone 165 deg.C, and head 160 deg.C; setting the rotating speed of the screw rod to 380 r/min;
setting each temperature zone of the blow molding machine: the first zone is 135 ℃, the second zone is 138 ℃, the third zone is 145 ℃, the fourth zone is 148 ℃, the fifth zone is 155 ℃, the temperature of the upper die head is 160 ℃, and the temperature of the lower die head is 160 ℃.
