It is understood that the interlocking structure 30 may have different connecting portions 31 and mating portions 32 as long as the corresponding functions thereof are achieved.
For example, the connecting portion may have a first through hole and a second through hole spaced apart in a direction from the first hanger plate 11 to the second hanger plate 12, the mating portion may have a third through hole and a fourth through hole, the first through hole may correspond to the third through hole, and the connecting portion and the mating portion may be rotatably connected through the first through hole and the third through hole while the first hanger plate 11 and the second hanger plate 12 are in a free state; when the connecting portion and the matching portion rotate to the second through hole and are suitable for corresponding to the fourth through hole, the positioning member can penetrate through the second through hole and the fourth through hole to limit the relative rotation of the connecting portion and the matching portion, so that the rotation of the first hanging plate 11 or the second hanging plate 12 is limited, and at the moment, the first hanging plate 11 or the second hanging plate 12 is in a constraint state.

In some embodiments of the invention, the track beam spreader 100 further comprises a catenary assembly 40, the catenary assembly 40 comprising a first catenary set 41 and a second catenary set 42, the first catenary set 41 adapted to be detachably connected to the first hanger plate 11, and the second catenary set 42 adapted to be detachably connected to the second hanger plate 12.

In some embodiments of the present invention, the sling chain 411 and the lifting lug 17 may be rotatably connected by a pin, so that the flexibility of connection between the sling chain 411 and the lifting lug 17 may be improved, and the stability and reliability of the hoisting of the track beam 200 may be further improved.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the shackle assembly 40 further comprises a shackle assembly 43 and a main shackle 432, the shackle assembly 43 comprising: the suspension buckle comprises a suspension buckle body 431, wherein the suspension buckle body 431 is provided with a main suspension hole 4311 and two side suspension holes 4312, the two side suspension holes 4312 are respectively arranged at two sides of the main suspension hole 4311, and the first suspension chain group 41 and the second suspension chain group 42 are respectively detachably connected with the suspension buckle body 431 through the two side suspension holes 4312; the main clasp 432 is detachably connected to the main clasp hole 4311 through a pin 433, and the clasp body 4311 can rotate around the pin 433.
It can be understood that the main suspension clasp 432 is connected to the main suspension hole 4311 through a pin 433, the suspension clasp main body 4311 can rotate around the pin 433, two side suspension holes 4312 are respectively formed on two sides of the main suspension hole 4311, the first suspension chain group 41 and the second suspension chain group 42 are respectively connected to the two side suspension holes 4312, and the hook of the crane is suitable for being connected to the main suspension clasp 432, so that the main suspension hole 4311 and the two side suspension holes 4312 are stressed in opposite directions on the same plane, a shoulder-pole type lever static force system is formed, the suspension chain assembly 40 can automatically balance the stress of the first suspension chain group 41 and the second suspension chain group 42, and further, the effect of balancing the suspension is achieved, and the stable reliability of the rail beam 200 in the suspension is improved.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the two suspension chains 411 of the first suspension chain group 41 are connected at the upper ends and rotatably connected to one of the side suspension holes 4312 by a pin, and the two suspension chains 411 of the second suspension chain group 42 are connected at the upper ends and rotatably connected to the other side suspension hole 4312 by a pin, so that the flexibility of connection between the first suspension chain group 41 and the second suspension chain group 42 and the suspension clasp main body is improved, and the stability and reliability of the rail beam 200 suspension are further improved.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the center of the main hanging hole 4311 is adapted to be higher than the center of the side hanging hole 4312.
As shown in fig. 11, the height of the center of the main hanging hole 4311 in the z direction is greater than the height of the center of the side hanging hole 4312 in the z direction, so that the lever balance of the stress of the rail beam hanger 100 is more easily achieved, and the problems of damage to the rail beam, personnel safety and the like caused by the rollover phenomenon are avoided.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the two side hanging holes 4312 are symmetrically disposed about a center line of the main hanging hole 4311. In other words, the center heights of the two side hanging holes 4312 are the same, and the distances between the two side hanging holes 4312 and the main hanging hole 4311 are the same, so that the balance stability of the stress applied to the rail beam hanger 100 is further improved, and the safety reliability of the rail beam hanger 100 is further improved.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the portion of the hanger plate engaged with the rail beam 200 is provided with a slip prevention member 14, and the slip prevention member 14 is detachably connected with the cantilever 13.
As shown in fig. 2 and 7, the anti-skid members 14 are disposed at the portions where the hanging plates are engaged with the track beam 200, so as to increase the friction between the hanging plates of the track beam hanger 100 and the track beam 200, prevent the track beam 200 from slipping off during the hoisting process, and the anti-skid members 14 are detachably connected with the hanging plates, so that on one hand, the appropriate anti-skid members 14 can be selected according to the actual conditions of construction, and on the other hand, the replacement of the anti-skid members 14 is facilitated. The anti-skidding piece 14 can be the anti-skidding gluey piece to avoid the in-process hanger plate of hoist and mount to the damage of track roof beam 200, the anti-skidding gluey piece can be provided with the counter bore, and the hanger plate is equipped with screw hole 131, passes the anti-skidding gluey piece through the bolt and screws up the cooperation with screw hole 131 and fix simple structure, convenient operation in order to realize that the connection of anti-skidding piece 14 on the hanger plate is fixed.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the upper portion of the lifting lug 17 is provided with a drop-preventing stopper 16, the drop-preventing stopper 16 and the lifting plate are adapted to be spaced in the z-direction, and when the lifting plate assembly 10 is located at a position where the lifting plate assembly 10 is engaged with the track beam 200, the drop-preventing stopper 16 can prevent the lifting plate assembly 10 from dropping when the lifting plate assembly 10 is not held, which is more convenient to use.
It can be understood that, when the anti-falling stopper 16 is arranged on the upper portion of the lifting lug 17, the distance between the anti-slip member 14 and the anti-falling stopper 16 can be adjusted by adjusting the thickness of the anti-slip member 14, in other words, when the thickness of the anti-slip member 14 is small, the distance between the anti-slip member 14 and the anti-falling stopper 16 is large, the thickness of the portion of the track beam 200 engaged with the engaging portion 13 is large, when the thickness of the anti-slip member 14 is large, the distance between the anti-slip member 14 and the anti-falling stopper 16 is small, and the thickness of the portion of the track beam 200 engaged with the engaging portion 13 is small, so that stable lifting of different track beams 200 is satisfied.

Claims (10)

1. A rail beam hanger comprising first and second spaced apart parallel side beams each having an inner flange extending towards each other, the rail beam hanger comprising:
the lifting plate assembly comprises a lifting plate, the length of the lifting plate is greater than the spacing distance between the two inner flanges, lifting lugs are arranged on two sides of the lifting plate in the length direction, and the lifting lugs and the end parts of the lifting plates on the corresponding sides form clamping parts;
the lifting plate assembly is provided with an unlocking state and a locking state, and when the lifting plate assembly is in the locking state, the clamping part of the lifting plate assembly is suitable for being clamped and matched with the inner flange; when the hanger plate assembly is in the unlocked state, the length of the projection of the hanger plate assembly on the horizontal plane is smaller than the spacing distance of the two inner flanges, so that the hanger plate assembly can enter and exit a space formed by the first side beam and the second side beam.
2. The track beam hanger of claim 1, wherein the hanger plates comprise a first hanger plate and a second hanger plate arranged in parallel, the first hanger plate and the second hanger plate are connected by a connecting rod, and both ends of the connecting rod are fixedly connected with the first hanger plate and the second hanger plate.
3. The track beam hanger of claim 1, wherein the hanger plates comprise a first hanger plate and a second hanger plate arranged in parallel, the first hanger plate and the second hanger plate are connected by a connecting rod, and both ends of the connecting rod are movably connected with the first hanger plate and the second hanger plate by a linkage structure, so that the first hanger plate and the second hanger plate have a restrained state and a free state;
when the first and second hanger plates are in a free state, the first and second hanger plates can rotate to transition the hanger plate assembly between the locked state and the unlocked state;
when the first hanger plate and the second hanger plate are in the restrained state, the interlocking structure is used for limiting the rotation of the first hanger plate and the second hanger plate so as to stabilize the hanger plate assembly in the locked state.

The rail beam hanger according to claim 3, wherein the interlocking structure includes a connecting portion and a mating portion which are fitted to each other, the first hanger plate and the second hanger plate are each provided with one of the connecting portion and the mating portion, and both ends of the connecting rod are each provided with the other of the connecting portion and the mating portion;
the connecting part is provided with a locking stop block and an elongated hole extending along a first direction, and the first direction is the direction from the first hanging plate to the second hanging plate;
the matching part is movably connected in the elongated hole through a connecting piece, so that the matching part and the connecting part can move relatively, and the first hanging plate and the second hanging plate can be switched between a free state and a constraint state;
when the first hanging plate and the second hanging plate are in a restraining state, the matching part is stopped against the locking stop block so as to limit the rotation of the first hanging plate and the second hanging plate relative to the connecting rod;
when the first hanging plate and the second hanging plate are in a free state, the matching part and the locking baffle are arranged at intervals, so that the first hanging plate and the second hanging plate can rotate relative to the connecting rod.
5. The track beam spreader of claim 1 wherein the first or second suspension plate is provided with an operating handle by which the suspension plate assembly can be switched between an unlocked state and a locked state.
6. The track beam hanger of claim 1, further comprising a catenary assembly including a first catenary set and a second catenary set, the first catenary set adapted to be removably coupled to the first hanger plate, the second catenary set adapted to be removably coupled to the second hanger plate.
7. The track beam spreader of claim 6, wherein the catenary assembly further comprises a shackle assembly, the shackle assembly comprising:
the first lifting chain group and the second lifting chain group are respectively detachably connected with the lifting buckle body through the two side lifting holes;
the main lifting buckle is detachably connected to the main lifting hole through a pin shaft, and the lifting buckle body can rotate around the pin shaft.
8. A rail beam spreader as claimed in claim 7, wherein the centre of the main lifting hole is adapted to be higher than the centre of the side lifting holes.
9. The track beam hanger of claim 8, wherein the two side hanging holes are symmetrically arranged about a center line of the main hanging hole.
10. The track beam hanger of claim 1, wherein the portion of the hanger plate engaged with the track beam is provided with an anti-slip member, and the anti-slip member is detachably connected with the hanger plate.
