Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to an elevator technology, in particular to an elevator pit protection device.
Background
The elevator pit protection device is arranged in a hoistway pit and used for protecting a counterweight operation area and preventing personnel from entering the area. The national standard requires that the apparatus be rigid, have a height extending from no more than 0.3m above the pit floor up to at least 2.5m, and a width at least equal to 0.1m on each side of the counterweight width. In order to meet the requirements, the conventional pit protection device generally adopts a structure of combining an upper protection plate, a middle protection plate and a lower protection plate, the length and the width of each protection plate are close to 1m, the transportation and the installation are inconvenient, and the protection device is also easy to deform under pressure in the transportation process due to a thin plate. Meanwhile, in order to avoid other elevator components arranged in the pit, the protection plate needs to be provided with a notch, so that the notch needs to be cut in advance in a factory, and the manufacturing efficiency is low.
