Referring to fig. 1 to 9, the present invention provides a canopy top cover structure for a passenger car, including a canopy frame and a canopy glass 10; the backdrop frame comprises a front cross beam outer plate 1, a left reinforcing beam outer plate 2, a top cover outer plate rear section 3 and a right reinforcing beam outer plate 4 which are sequentially connected in a rectangular shape, and the upper surface of the backdrop frame is provided with a continuous gluing surface. When the method is implemented, all parts of the canopy frame are connected through welding, and the gluing surface mainly has the effects of connecting the canopy glass 10 and improving the connection strength of the canopy frame.
