The pencil sharpener feeding device of claim 1, wherein: the transmission disc has a plurality of tooth slots around the circumference thereof, and a plurality of protruding pins corresponding to the tooth slots are disposed on one side of the rotation disc and inserted into the corresponding tooth slots respectively, so that when the transmission disc is driven by the hobbing device of the pencil sharpener to rotate, the rotation disc is driven to rotate by the engagement between the tooth slots and the protruding pins.

6. The pencil sharpener feeding device of claim 1, wherein: the positioning frame has several combining parts which can be correspondingly clamped and combined with the combining holes of the support seat by the elastic hooks.

The pencil sharpener feeding device of claim 1, wherein: the positioning shaft is provided with a positioning plate, the positioning plate is provided with a cut-off side surface, one side of the positioning plate is provided with a bearing seat for arranging the rotating shaft, and the positioning frame is provided with a flange, so that when the positioning shaft rotates inwards for an angle relatively, the cut-off side surface of the positioning plate is stopped by the flange to achieve angle positioning.

The pencil sharpener feeding device of claim 1, wherein: the positioning frame has a plurality of L-shaped protruding limiting plates for stopping the friction wheel from excessive axial movement on the rotating shaft, and when the positioning shaft rotates outwards for an angle, the surface of the friction wheel is stopped by the limiting plates to achieve angular positioning.
