A method of producing a plastic article comprising the steps of:
s1: and (3) drying: adding plastic particles (POM, PPH, PC, PA and ABS) as raw materials into a conveying integrated dehumidifying dryer, and drying the water on the surfaces of the plastic particles by adopting electric heating at the drying temperature of 70-120 ℃ for 2-3 hours. Principle of drying: and (3) the dried hot air enters a hopper to be dried, the hot air absorbs moisture in the plastic particles to become damp hot air, the damp hot air is dehumidified by 2-3 times of heat exchange, and the hot air is heated and dried again and then enters the drying hopper for recycling.
Before a new product is put into production, a small amount of trial production needs to be carried out, and the used plastic particles are dried by a box type dryer at the drying temperature of 70-120 ℃ for 2-3 hours.
S2: injection molding: the dried plastic particles are added into a hopper at the upper part of an injection molding machine through a conveyor, and the temperature is controlled between 200 ℃ and 300 ℃ through electric heating. The raw materials are melted into uniform resin and then are introduced into an injection mould by a nozzle. According to the needs of products, a metal piece is embedded into a part of the products during injection molding, and the metal piece is provided by a customer and is not purchased. And naturally cooling the injection molding part, and taking the injection molding part out of the equipment by a manipulator. Scrap is produced during the injection molding process and sold as waste plastic.
The injection molding equipment employs cooling water for condensation. This process produces organic waste gas, cooling waste water and waste plastics.
S3: trimming: and manually trimming a small part of injection molded parts by using a trimming knife to remove burrs. Waste plastics are produced in the process, burrs produced on the road cone are trimmed, and the manual mode is not favorable for production convenience.
S4: and (4) checking: and (3) manually inspecting the product, visually inspecting the appearance of the product, measuring the size by using a measuring tool, producing unqualified products in the process, and obtaining the qualified products after inspection. The unqualified product is partially recycled for production, and the non-recyclable part is used as waste plastics for sale.

the supporting table (1) is provided with a connecting knife (7), an annular pushing piece (8) is arranged between the connecting knife (7) and the supporting table (1), the annular pushing piece (8) drives the connecting knife (7) to move along the bottom contour of the road cone, and the connecting knife (7) is in seamless contact with the outer wall of the bottom of the road cone;
a fixing piece (9) is arranged between the annular pushing piece (8) and the supporting table (1), the fixing piece (9) fixes the position of the road cone, and the fixing piece (9) is matched with the annular pushing piece (8) and the moving piece (5) to remove burrs on the surface of the road cone.
