s4, driving the push plate 53 to push the pen core to advance by using the fourth hydraulic cylinder 52 in the pushing assembly 5, and measuring the pushing distance by using an infrared distance meter;
s5, starting a fifth hydraulic cylinder 63 in the notch 61 to drive the swing arm 62 to rotate, and starting a second servo motor 64 to drive the cutting blade 66 to cut off the eyebrow pencil lead;
and S6, starting the air pump 71, blowing air flow out through the first air pipe 72, the second air pipe 73, the third air pipe and the spray head 77, and pushing the eyebrow pencil lead into the receiving box 13 through the diversion groove 76.

The distance core cutter for producing eyebrow pencils as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the first power assembly (2) comprises a first servo motor (21), a screw rod (22), a sliding seat (23), a guide block (24), a guide groove (25) and a first hydraulic cylinder (26), the first servo motor (21) is fixed on the frame (1), the screw rod (22) is fixed at the end part of a motor shaft of the first servo motor (21), two ends of the screw rod (22) are rotationally connected to the frame (1), the sliding seat (23) is in threaded connection with the screw rod (22), the guide block (24) is fixed at the bottom of the sliding seat (23), the guide groove (25) is arranged in the rack (1) for the guide block (24) to horizontally slide, the cylinder body of the first hydraulic cylinder (26) is fixed on the top of the sliding seat (23), the end part of the piston rod of the first hydraulic cylinder (26) is fixedly connected with the supporting part (11).
