Existing razors are generally used only for shaving beards, while hair cutting requires others to use other tools for operation. Detailed Description
Specific embodiments of the present invention will be described in further detail below based on the drawings. It should be understood that the description herein of embodiments of the invention is not intended to limit the scope of the invention.
Referring to fig. 1 to 4, the self-service type reciprocating razor provided by the present invention includes a razor body 100 and a guard cover 200.
The razor body 100 includes a power portion 10, a connecting portion 20 connected to a bottom surface of the power portion 10, a cutter head 30 disposed at an end of the connecting portion 20 away from the power portion 10, and a movable cap assembly 40 engaged with the cutter head 30.
The power unit 10 is provided therein with a lithium battery and a drive motor connected to the lithium battery.
The inside of the connecting portion 20 is provided with a transmission mechanism connected with a driving motor.
The cutter head 30 is provided with a reciprocating blade connected to a transmission mechanism.
A mesh enclosure bracket 41 is arranged on the outer side of the reciprocating blade on the movable cover assembly 40, and a metal mesh enclosure 42 is mounted on the mesh enclosure bracket 41. The tool bit 30 may be cleaned after removal of the removable cap assembly 40.
The bottom surface of the power portion 10 is provided with a first concave portion 11 at the middle portion in the length direction in a concave manner, and the top end of the connecting portion 20 is located at the middle portion of the first concave portion 11. Both ends of the first recess 11 in the length direction of the power unit 10 are arc-shaped curved surfaces.
The power portion 10 is provided with a second concave portion 12 on at least two opposite sides, preferably two long sides, and the second concave portion 12 is an arc-shaped concave surface.
The longitudinal direction of the cutter head 30 is perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the power unit 10. The length of the cutter head 30 is larger than the width of the power part 10, and the width of the cutter head 30 is larger than the width of the connecting part 20.
The outer side of the top surface of the cutting head 30 on the connecting portion 20 is an arc-shaped curved surface, the top surface of the cutting head 30 is concavely provided with third concave portions 31 on two sides of the length direction of the cutting head 30, and the third concave portions 31 are arc-shaped concave surfaces. The third recessed portion 31 is used for positioning and limiting the fingers of the user.
The tool bit 30 is provided with the avoiding grooves 32 at two ends in the length direction in a recessed manner, and the top surface of the movable cover assembly 40 and two ends in the length direction are respectively provided with the operation protrusions 43 in a protruding manner, so that the operation protrusions 43 can be conveniently operated by the fingers of a user, and the movable cover assembly 40 can be detached from the tool bit 30.
The power unit 10 is further provided with a power interface 13, an operation button 14, and an operation indicator lamp 15. In the present embodiment, the power source interface 13 is provided at one end of the power unit 10 in the longitudinal direction, and the operation button 14 and the operation indicator lamp 15 are provided at both ends of the top surface of the power unit 10 in the longitudinal direction, respectively.
When the self-service reciprocating razor provided by the invention normally works, the working indicator lamp 15 is turned on by green light, and when the lithium battery is not sufficiently turned on, the working indicator lamp 15 is turned on by red light; when the self-service type reciprocating shaver is out of order, the operation indicator lamp 15 flashes red light at a certain frequency.
Referring to fig. 8, when the user operates the self-service reciprocating razor of the present invention, different fingers of the hand 400 are respectively located at two sides of the connecting portion 20, the top of the finger is located in the first recess 11, and the bottom of the finger abuts against the third recess 31; or the second recess 12 at both sides of the power unit 10 is held by the hand 400. Thereby moving the shaver body 100 over the head 300 so that the shaver body 100 oscillates in the length direction of the power portion 10, as indicated by the arrow a in fig. 1 and 8.
Referring to fig. 5 and 6, the mesh enclosure support 41 includes a rectangular bottom frame 411 and supporting blocks 412 respectively protruding from two ends of the bottom frame 41 along the length direction, the top of two sides of the bottom frame 411 along the length direction is recessed to form mounting steps 413, and a plurality of positioning bumps 415 are protruding from the mounting steps 413. The supporting blocks 412 are arcuate in shape, and supporting steps 414 are protrudingly provided on opposite side edges of the two supporting blocks 412.
The two sides of the metal mesh enclosure 42 are curved into an arc shape, the two sides of the metal mesh enclosure 42 are provided with a plurality of positioning holes corresponding to the positioning bumps 415, the two sides of the metal mesh enclosure 42 are located on the mounting step 413, and the two ends are located on the supporting step 414 respectively. The positioning lug 415 passes through the positioning hole.
The reciprocating blade is movably located between the mesh enclosure support 41 and the metal mesh enclosure 42. The cross-sectional shape of the top of the reciprocating blade matches the shape of the sides of the support block 412. The arched supporting block 412, the reciprocating blade and the metal mesh enclosure 42 ensure that the self-service reciprocating razor of the invention has larger contact area with the skin of the human body, large shaving area and improved working efficiency.
The reciprocating blade and the metal mesh enclosure 42 work in a matching way, so that the hair can be left white, and the length of the shaved hair is less than or equal to 0.06 mm.
Referring to fig. 7, clamping protruding legs 210 are respectively protruded from two sides of the protective cover 200 along the length direction for clamping with the movable cover assembly 40 or the cutter head 30.
Both ends of the guard cover 200 in the length direction are respectively protrusively provided with an operation flange 220 to facilitate the user to remove the guard cover 200 from the razor body 100.
Compared with the prior art, the self-service reciprocating razor comprises a razor body 100, wherein the razor body 100 comprises a power part 10, a connecting part 20 connected with the bottom surface of the power part 10, a cutter head 30 arranged at one end of the connecting part 20 far away from the power part 10 and a movable cover component 40 clamped with the cutter head 30; a lithium battery and a driving motor connected with the lithium battery are arranged in the power part 10, a transmission mechanism connected with the driving motor is arranged in the connecting part 20, and a reciprocating blade connected with the transmission mechanism is arranged on the cutter head 30; the length direction of the cutter head 30 is vertical to the length direction of the power part 10, the length of the cutter head 30 is larger than the width of the power part 10, and the width of the cutter head 30 is larger than the width of the connecting part 20; the bottom surface of the power portion 10 is provided with a first concave portion 11 at the middle portion in the length direction in a concave manner, and the top end of the connecting portion 20 is located at the middle portion of the first concave portion 11. So convenient to use person's operation, can shave the head and shave cleanly by oneself.

A self-service reciprocating razor characterized by: the shaver comprises a shaver main body (100), wherein the shaver main body (100) comprises a power part (10), a connecting part (20) connected with the bottom surface of the power part (10), a cutter head (30) arranged at one end of the connecting part (20) far away from the power part (10) and a movable cover component (40) clamped with the cutter head (30); a lithium battery and a driving motor connected with the lithium battery are arranged in the power part (10), a transmission mechanism connected with the driving motor is arranged in the connecting part (20), and a reciprocating type blade connected with the transmission mechanism is arranged on the cutter head (30); the length direction of the cutter head (30) is vertical to the length direction of the power part (10), the length of the cutter head (30) is larger than the width of the power part (10), and the width of the cutter head (30) is larger than the width of the connecting part (20); the bottom surface of the power part (10) is provided with a first sunken part (11) in a sunken mode in the middle of the length direction, and the top end of the connecting part (20) is located in the middle of the first sunken part (11).
2. The self-service reciprocating razor of claim 1, wherein: the two ends of the first concave part (11) along the length direction of the power part (10) are both arc-shaped curved surfaces.

The self-service reciprocating razor of claim 1, wherein: the cutter head (30) is provided with avoidance grooves (32) at two ends in the length direction in a concave mode respectively, and operation convex blocks (43) are arranged on the top face of the movable cover component (40) and at two ends in the length direction in a protruding mode respectively.
