The rotary jet flow type pipeline cleaning device can effectively clean the pipeline, can reduce the occurrence and the harm of slug flow, can automatically remove blockage after blockage, improves the reliability of pipeline cleaning operation, and saves the maintenance cost of the pipeline.

In the working process of the rotary jet flow pipe cleaner, fluid enters the rotary jet flow part after passing through the control valve 14 of the pipe cleaning part, is ejected from the cylindrical nozzle 202 through the arc-shaped flow channel 201 to disturb the condensate ahead, and simultaneously impacts the scales on the pipe wall belt, the reaction force brought by the fluid drives the jet flow disc to rotate, the washing brush 1 is utilized to further treat the scales, the foaming agent flowing out of the liquid tank 501 through the liquid guide hole 502 enters the washing brush 1 and is finally mixed into the condensate at the front end of the pipe cleaner to generate bubbles, and the harm of slug flow generated by condensate accumulation is reduced; the pipe cleaning part collects and transports cleaned scales by using the leather cup 10, and if blockage occurs in the operation process, the control valve 14 moves forwards to close the jet flow channel and increase the forward thrust of the pipe cleaner to realize blockage removal.
