With reference to fig. 5 and 6, the first drive mechanism comprises a first pin 15, a first connecting rod 16, a first crankshaft 17, a first crank 18, a first rocker 19 and an operating compound rod 20. The operating composite rod 20 is rotated downwards, the first rocker 19 swings upwards along with the operating composite rod, the first crank 18 is driven to swing upwards, under the linkage action of the first crank 17 and the first connecting rod 16, the hydraulic rod 82 moves upwards, and the disinfection spray is sprayed out from the first spray head to disinfect the bottom surface of the carton.
Referring to fig. 4, the second driving mechanism includes a second pin 22, a second connecting rod 23, a second crankshaft 24, a second crank 25, and a second rocker 26, a guide sleeve 27 is fixedly disposed on the partition board 2, a slide rod 28 is sleeved in the guide sleeve 27 along the vertical direction, a limiting block 29 is fixedly disposed on the lower portion of the slide rod 28, and the limiting block 29 limits the moving stroke of the slide rod 28 sliding up and down in the guide sleeve 27. An L-shaped plate 30 is fixedly arranged at the top of the sliding rod 28, a guide plate 31 is fixedly arranged at the top end of the atomizing injection pump 8, and a vertical section of the L-shaped plate 30 penetrates through the guide plate 31 and is in sliding connection with the guide plate 31. A gear 32 is fixedly arranged at one end of the connecting shaft 85 close to the guide sleeve 27, and a rack 33 meshed with the gear 32 is fixedly arranged at the vertical section of the L-shaped plate 30. The second connecting rod 23 is arranged at the bottom of the sliding rod 28 through the second pin 22 in a swinging manner, and a waist-shaped hole is formed in the joint of the second connecting rod 23 and the second pin 22. One end of the second crankshaft 24 is connected with the second connecting rod 23, and the other end penetrates through the side wall of the machine base 1 and is connected with the second crank 25. The second rocker 26 is connected at its bottom to a second crank 25 and at its top to a cross bar 202 which operates the compound bar 20.
The compound rod 20 is operated by rotation, the second rocker 26 swings along with the compound rod, under the linkage action of the second crank 25, the second crank shaft 24 and the second connecting rod 23, the slide rod 28 slides up and down along the guide sleeve 27, and the connecting shaft 85 is driven to rotate through the transmission action of the gear 32 and the rack 33, so that the two first spray heads rotate in the vertical plane, and the spraying range of the disinfection spray is expanded.
Referring to fig. 5, the cross bar 202 has a plurality of limiting holes 34, and the top of the second rocker 26 is rotatably connected to one of the limiting holes 34. By adjusting the connection position of the second rocker 26 on the cross rod 202, the rotation angle of the connection shaft 85 can be adjusted, so that the spraying range of the first sprayer can be adjusted, and the practicability and the flexibility are stronger.
The side wall of disinfection chamber 3 is equipped with discharge switch 35 in its bottom, and discharge switch 35 is solenoid valve such as ball valve, butterfly valve of known kind, and when disinfection spraying accumulated to certain liquid level height in disinfection chamber 3, can discharge the antiseptic solution that mixes dust and impurity through discharge switch 35.
The operation method of the disinfection equipment comprises the following steps:

The disinfection spray is sprayed out from the first spray head to disinfect the bottom surface of the carton. Meanwhile, the second rocker 26 swings along with the operation of the composite rod 20, under the linkage action of the second crank 25, the second crank shaft 24 and the second connecting rod 23, the sliding rod 28 slides up and down along the guide sleeve 27, and the connecting shaft 85 is driven to rotate through the transmission action of the gear 32 and the rack 33, so that the two first nozzles rotate in the vertical plane, and the spraying range of the disinfection spray is expanded.
S300, the second nozzle 10 uniformly sprays the sand blasting and the spraying of the disinfection spray to the top surface and the four side surfaces of the carton under the action of an external water pump.
S400, after the carton is disinfected, the air cylinder 11 controls the clamping block 12 to return to the initial position, the carton is taken out, and then the next disinfection cycle is carried out.
Compared with the prior art, the invention can improve the disinfection efficiency and the disinfection effectiveness, reduces the waste, is suitable for logistics packaging boxes with different sizes, and has the advantages of small volume, small occupied area and high flexibility.
