Abstract
The invention discloses a matte eyeliner and a preparation method thereof, wherein the eyeliner mainly comprises the following components in percentage by mass: powder filler: 1-10%, preservative: 0.1-1%, film-forming agent: 5-40% of a humectant: 1-10%, color paste: 10-50%, chelating agent: 0.01-0.2% and distilled water to 100%. The invention has the advantages that a novel matte eyeliner is developed, the added powder raw materials can be uniformly distributed in the material body, the pen point is not blocked, and the liquid outlet is smooth. The powder raw materials and the film-forming agent are mixed according to a specific proportion, so that the eyeliner has good matte effect and strong persistence. The invention belongs to the technical field of cosmetics.

Patent CN202011388816.8 discloses an eyeliner based on hectorite lipophilic thickener and a preparation method thereof. The eyeliner comprises a lipophilic thickening agent, and the eyeliner comprises, by weight, 0.2-1% of hectorite lipophilic thickening agent, 5-10% of polyethylene, 0-0.8% of mica, 1-5% of VP/hexadecene copolymer, 11.5-15% of adhesive, 23.4-26% of colorant, 0.5-2% of phenyl dimethyl siloxy silicate, 1-3% of lauroyl lysine, 0.5-3% of polyhydroxystearic acid, 18-20% of humectant, 25-35% of film forming agent and 0.1% of antioxidant. The oily thickener composition has excellent dispersing performance in oily environment, so that the micro particles of the toner are uniformly distributed, and the color of the product is improved. The eyeliner liquid disclosed by the invention adopts the acrylate copolymer, so that the addition amount of a surfactant which has irritation to the skin is reduced, the prepared eyeliner liquid has texture after being smeared, the line feeling is quite clear, the makeup is lasting, the makeup is not easy to be blurry, the brightness is high, and the water resistance and the oil resistance are good. It belongs to bright eyeliner.
Patent CN202010825975.3 discloses a pearlescent eyeliner and a preparation method thereof. The raw materials of the invention comprise the following components in parts by weight: the pearlescent eyeliner provided by the invention has good centrifugal stability and high-temperature storage stability, can uniformly and continuously discharge water in a liquid pen, and is saturated and uniform in color. The patent also uses a plurality of powder raw materials and adds a plurality of thickening suspending agents to stabilize the system, but the influence on the viscosity is great, so the material body is thick, the viscosity is great, and the formula can achieve stable and continuous liquid output without adding or adding a few thickening agents.
The invention relates to an aqueous matte eyeliner and a preparation method thereof, the raw materials of the eyeliner are simple, easy to obtain, safe and nontoxic, the predispersed aqueous color paste is selected to be perfectly matched with a system, and the film forming agent and the powder of the eyeliner are screened and prepared by multiple particle sizes and proportions and are tightly attached to the skin, so that the makeup holding effect is improved. The matte effect of the formula is mainly provided by silica which is matched by selecting various particle sizes, the matte effect is good and easy to disperse, the silica is suspended in a material body under the combined action of the thickening agent and the film forming agent and is uniformly distributed on the film forming agent after being coated, so that each stroke has an extremely high matte effect.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention mainly aims to provide an innovative matte eyeliner pen which has better durability and is not easy to be tinged compared with an eyeliner pen.
The invention provides a matte eyeliner which is characterized in that the raw materials in percentage by mass of the composition are as follows: powder filler: 1-10%, preservative: 0.1-1%, film-forming agent: 10-40% of a humectant: 1-10%, color paste: 10-50%, chelating agent: 0.01-0.2% and distilled water to 100%.
The matte eyeliner provided by the invention has the characteristics that the powder filler is silica. When light irradiates an object and is directly reflected back to generate mirror reflection, because the selected silica is porous spherical silicon dioxide, when the light irradiates the surface of the silicon powder, the light propagation direction at the interface is diffused towards the periphery to generate diffuse reflection so as to achieve the matte effect. The selected silica particle size is 10-12000nm, the refractive indexes of different forms of silica with different particle sizes are different, the suspension stability is different, and the optimal diffuse reflection and the optimal suspension stability are achieved by matching silica with different sizes and blending according to a specific proportion. The specific surface area of the silica selected here is 180-300m2/g, 2 kinds of silica are selected, which are respectively gas phase method silica of 10-20nm and mesoporous spherical silica of 1-6 microns, the specific surface areas of the two kinds of silica are very large, the optimum is 200-260 m2/g, and the optimum is 1-10% of silica dosage, 2-6%. The silica can be used in matte eyeliner, oil-in-water emulsion, foundation make-up, and oil control cosmetic water to achieve good matte effect.
The matte eyeliner provided by the invention can also have the characteristic that the film-forming agent can be one or a mixture of more than two of aqueous film-forming agents, polyvinylpyrrolidone, polyvinyl alcohol, acrylate/octylacrylamide copolymer, acrylic acid (ester)/acrylamide copolymer, adipic acid/diethylene glycol/glycerol cross-linked polymer, styrene/acrylic acid (ester) copolymer, polyacrylate, methyl methacrylate/acrylonitrile copolymer, acrylic acid (ester) copolymer and aqueous polyurethane. Different film forming agents have different film forming effects, the same type of film forming agents with different molecular weights have different durability and friction resistance, and the film forming effect is good and durable without influencing the matte effect by screening different types of film forming agents with different molecular weights. The film forming agent is an acrylic acid (ester) copolymer with different molecular weights and a styrene/acrylic acid (ester) copolymer are the preferable scheme.
The matte eyeliner provided by the invention can also be characterized in that the humectant is one or a mixture of more than two of glycerin, butanediol, propylene glycol, polyethylene glycol, hexanediol, xylitol, polypropylene glycol, sorbitol, pyrrolidone carboxylic acid, sodium lactate, urea, hydroxyethyl urea, methyl glucose polyether, trehalose, tremella polysaccharide, sodium hyaluronate, panthenol, ceramide and natural plant extracts.
The matte eyeliner provided by the invention can also have the characteristic that the color paste is one or a mixture of more than two of water-based organic color pastes and water-based inorganic color pastes. Wherein the organic color paste comprises organic toner lake water dispersion paste such as CI 74160/CI 124905/CI 75470/CI19140/CI42090/CI 16035 and the like; the inorganic color paste comprises inorganic toner water dispersion paste such as CI 77266/CI77891/CI 77491/CI 77492/CI 77510/CI77007/CI77288 and the like.
The matte eyeliner provided by the invention can also have the characteristic that the prepared material can be used in ball brush heads, ball cotton heads and cotton core cotton head wrapping materials.
The preparation method of the matte eyeliner comprises the following steps.
(1) According to the mass fraction, 10-20% of water and the chelating agent are stirred by a stirrer at the rotating speed of 150rpm, the mixture is stirred to be completely dissolved uniformly to obtain a mixture 1, and the mixture is heated to 85-90 ℃ by a water bath kettle.
(2) Dispersing and mixing the powder in a specific proportion uniformly by an airflow crushing and dispersing machine, stirring 5-20% of water and the dispersed powder by a stirrer at the rotating speed of 150rpm according to the mass fraction, stirring to completely and uniformly disperse the water and the powder to obtain a mixture 2, homogenizing the mixture for 5min at the rotating speed of 10000rpm by a homogenizing and emulsifying machine, and heating the mixture to 85-90 ℃ by a water bath kettle.
(3) Uniformly mixing the preservative, the film forming agent and the humectant according to mass fraction, stirring with a stirrer at the rotating speed of 200rpm to obtain a mixture 3, homogenizing with a homogenizing emulsifier at the rotating speed of 10000rpm for 6-10min, and heating to 85-90 ℃ with a water bath kettle.
(4) Adding mixture 1 and mixture 2 into mixture 3 in sequence, stirring with a stirrer at 200rpm, stirring to mix completely, and homogenizing with a homogenizing emulsifier at 10000rpm for 2min to obtain mixture 4.
(5) And stirring the mixture 4 by a stirrer at the rotating speed of 200rpm and cooling to 45-50 ℃.
(6) Adding the color paste into the mixture 4 slowly under stirring to completely mix uniformly, and homogenizing for 5-10min at 10000rpm by using a homogenizing emulsifying machine.
(7) Filtering with 200 mesh filter cloth to obtain matte eyeliner, and packaging.
According to the matte eyeliner, silica with different particle sizes is selected, so that the matte effect of the material body is good; the used water-based color paste has high dispersibility, so that the color is more saturated and uniform; different film forming agents are selected and matched, so that the film forming effect is firm and durable, the matte light sensation cannot be weakened, and finally the eye liner liquid body is moderate in viscosity, smooth in water outlet, good in matte effect and strong in durability.

The operation steps are as follows.

(2) Dispersing and mixing the powder in a specific proportion for 5 minutes by using an airflow crushing and dispersing machine, stirring 5-20% of water and the dispersed powder for 5 minutes by using a stirrer at the rotating speed of 150rpm according to the mass fraction to obtain a mixture 2, homogenizing for 5 minutes by using a homogenizing and emulsifying machine at the rotating speed of 10000rpm, and heating to 90 ℃ by using a water bath kettle.
(3) Uniformly mixing the preservative and the film-forming agent according to mass fraction, stirring for 5 minutes by using a stirrer at the rotating speed of 200rpm to obtain a mixture 3, homogenizing for 8 minutes by using a homogenizing emulsifying machine at the rotating speed of 10000rpm, and heating to 90 ℃ by using a water bath kettle.
(4) The mixture 1 and the mixture 2 were sequentially added to the mixture 3, stirred with a stirrer at 200rpm for 8 minutes, and then homogenized with a homogenizer at 10000rpm for 2 minutes to obtain a mixture 4.
(5) The mixture 4 was stirred with a stirrer at 200rpm until the temperature had dropped to 50 ℃.
(6) And adding the color paste into the mixture 4 at a low speed during stirring to ensure that the color paste is completely and uniformly mixed, and homogenizing for 8 minutes by using a homogenizing and emulsifying machine at the rotating speed of 10000 rpm.
(7) Filtering with 200 mesh filter cloth to obtain matte eyeliner, and packaging.
Comparative test 1: and (5) testing water resistance.
The eyeliner of examples 1-13 was applied to the skin of the back of the human hand with a film 3mm wide and 100mm long, a small amount of the applied film was dipped with finger pad, the number of application was recorded when the film began to fall off, each group of samples was tested 10 times, the maximum and minimum values of each group were discarded, and the remaining average value was taken. The test results are shown in Table 1.

As can be seen from Table 1, examples 1 to 4 show that silica 3022 together with acrylic and styrene/acrylic copolymers has excellent water repellency at 20:10, the amount of silica slightly affects the water repellency, examples 5 to 7 show that ordinary silica alone affects the water repellency, and the water repellency is the best without adding silica at all, and examples 8 to 13 show that styrene/acrylic has superior water repellency to acrylic copolymers.
Comparative test 2: and (5) testing the matte effect.
The samples 1 to 13 were uniformly applied to materials of consistent gloss, and the gloss meter was used to perform the test, the meter was placed on the material to be tested, the test data was immediately displayed, the power key was pressed, the current test data was recorded, and the maximum, minimum, average, and mean square deviation values were automatically calculated. A smaller mean square error value indicates a more uniform gloss of the surface of the measured material. The test results are shown in Table 2.

The test results show that the gloss is matte below 20GU, semi-matte between 20GU and 40GU, and bright above 40 GU.
As can be seen from Table 2, example 7 shows that the gloss is obtained without adding silica, examples 2, 5 and 6 show that the matte effect of silica 3022 is better than that of hydrated silica or ordinary silica alone, examples 1 to 4 show that the optimum matte effect is obtained when the amount of silica 3022 is 5 points, examples 8 to 13 show that the brightness of styrene/acrylic acid (ester) is slightly higher than that of acrylic acid (ester) copolymer, and that ordinary silica is not uniform in variance.
Comparative test 3: the eye liner liquid has cold resistance and heat resistance.
An electric heating constant temperature incubator and a refrigerator are adopted.
And (3) experimental operation: adjusting an electric heating constant temperature incubator to 48 ℃ in advance, adjusting a refrigerator to-18 ℃, taking 10ml of a sample to be detected into a 15ml inspection bottle, vertically putting the bottle into the constant temperature incubator or the refrigerator, and taking out the bottle for observation within a specified time (judging the stable condition according to the conditions of sedimentation and water outlet). The results are shown in Table 3.

As can be seen from Table 3, examples 1 to 4 show that the heat and cold resistance stability is worse at a powder content of 8% or more, examples 5 and 6 show that the heat and cold resistance stability is worse with ordinary silica or hydrated silica alone, and example 8 to 13 show that the cold resistance stability is affected by an excessive styrene/acrylic acid (ester) ratio.
Comparative test 4: and (4) centrifugal testing.
Samples of samples to be detected in examples 1 to 13 are respectively filled with samples with the same weight in a centrifuge tube, and the samples are taken out for observation of sedimentation after being centrifuged for 30min by a centrifuge at the rotating speed of 2500 rpm. The results are shown in Table 4.

As can be seen from Table 4, example 6 illustrates that the settling cannot be recovered by using ordinary silica alone, and examples 8 and 13 illustrate that too high a styrene/acrylic acid (ester) content also affects the recovery.

1. The matte eyeliner is characterized by comprising the following components in percentage by mass: powder filler: 1-10%, preservative: 0.1-1%, film-forming agent: 5-40% of a humectant: 1-10%, color paste: 10-50%, chelating agent: 0.01-0.2%, and the balance of distilled water.
2. The matte eyeliner of claim 1, wherein: the powder filler is one or more of silica, hydrated silica and magnesium aluminum silicate.
3. The matte eyeliner of claim 1, wherein: the mass percentage of the powder filler is 1-10% of silica.
4. The matte eyeliner of claim 1, wherein: the mass percentage of the powder filler is 2-6% of silica.
5. A matte eyeliner according to claims 1-4, wherein: the powder filler is silica with the particle size of 10nm-12000 nm.

The matte eyeliner of claim 1, wherein: the film forming agent is one or a mixture of more than two of polyvinylpyrrolidone, polyvinyl alcohol, acrylate/octylacrylamide copolymer, acrylic acid (ester)/acrylamide copolymer, styrene/acrylic acid (ester) copolymer, methyl methacrylate/acrylonitrile copolymer, adipic acid/diethylene glycol/glycerol cross-linked polymer, polyacrylate, acrylic acid (ester) copolymer and waterborne polyurethane.
7. The matte eyeliner of claim 1, wherein: the film forming agent is a mixture of styrene/acrylic acid (ester) copolymer and acrylic acid (ester) copolymer.

The matte eyeliner of claim 1, wherein: the humectant is one or more of glycerol, butanediol, propylene glycol, polyethylene glycol, hexanediol, xylitol, polypropylene glycol, sorbitol, pyrrolidone carboxylic acid, sodium lactate, urea, hydroxyethyl urea, methyl glucose polyether, trehalose, Tremella polysaccharide, sodium hyaluronate, panthenol, ceramide, and natural plant extract.
9. The matte eyeliner of claim 1, wherein: the color paste is one or a mixture of more than two of water-based organic color pastes and water-based inorganic color pastes.
10. The method for preparing matte eyeliner according to claim 1, wherein the method comprises the following steps:
(1) mixing 10-20% of water and a chelating agent according to the mass fraction, stirring to completely dissolve the water and the chelating agent uniformly to obtain a mixture 1, and heating to 85-90 ℃;
(2) mixing 5-20% of water and the pre-dispersed powder according to the mass fraction, stirring to uniformly disperse the water and the pre-dispersed powder to obtain a mixture 2, homogenizing for 3-8min, and heating to 85-90 ℃;
(3) uniformly mixing the preservative, the film-forming agent and the humectant according to the mass fraction to obtain a mixture 3, homogenizing for 6-10min, and heating to 85-90 ℃;
(4) sequentially adding the mixture 1 and the mixture 2 into the mixture 3, stirring to completely and uniformly mix the mixture, and homogenizing for 1-5min to obtain a mixture 4;
(5) stirring the mixture 4 and cooling to 45-50 ℃;
(6) adding the color paste into the mixture 4 slowly under stirring to completely mix uniformly, and homogenizing for 5-10 min;
(7) filtering with 200 mesh filter cloth to obtain matte eyeliner, and packaging.
