Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and specific embodiments.
As shown in fig. 1-3, the invention relates to a continuous thread burial gun, which comprises a shell, a magazine 3 and a plurality of bullet-shaped thread burial devices 4 arranged in the magazine 3, wherein the shell comprises a right side shell 1 and a left side shell 14, and the right side shell 1 and the left side shell 14 are buckled and connected through screws. The shell is internally provided with a bullet filling unit, a firing unit and a positioning unit.
The bullet-shaped catgut embedding device 4 is a disposable catgut embedding needle with a specially customized bullet shape, a biological line 18 which can be absorbed by a human body is arranged in the bullet-shaped catgut embedding needle, the biological line can be pushed into the human body through a firing unit, and the use infection is prevented through aseptic operation and disinfection in advance. The magazine 3 is used for installing a plurality of bullet-shaped catgut embedding devices 4, so that the continuous needle embedding of one patient is facilitated, the efficiency is improved, and the treatment time of the patient is shortened. The bullet filling unit is used for filling the current bullet-shaped thread burial device 4 into the position corresponding to the muzzle of the thread burial gun, thread burial is achieved under the action of the firing unit, and meanwhile, the other bullet-shaped thread burial device is shifted to enter the position corresponding to the muzzle, and continuous work is achieved. The entire catgut embedding gun works in a manner similar to an automatic bullet-filling pneumatic pistol, wherein the bullet-shaped catgut embedding device 4 is similar to a bullet and can be filled with 20 or so at a time. When the bullet is filled, the magazine is shifted under the action of the bullet filling unit, and the new bullet-shaped thread burier 4 is shifted to a position where the muzzle is opposite to the firing unit; meanwhile, the firing component moves backwards and is in a stretching and tightening state, then the trigger is pulled, the firing unit restores the original position, and the bullet-shaped thread burial device 4 which is currently positioned at the muzzle is fired, so that the biological thread is buried in the acupuncture points of the human body; and repeating the previous steps, and loading the cartridge again until all the bullet-shaped catgut implantors 4 are fired.
As shown in fig. 3, 4, 5, 6a, 6b, the charger unit comprises a right-hand cocking housing 2, a left-hand cocking housing 15 and a charger part 8. The right-side loading shell 2 is buckled with the left-side loading shell 15 and fastened by screws, the right-side loading shell 2 is connected with a reset rod 2-2 through a reset spring 16 and matched with the right-side shell 1, and a connecting rod 2-1 on the right-side loading shell 2 can move back and forth in a long hole a 1-1 on the right-side shell 1 to limit loading parts, so that loading action is realized. Fig. 6a is a state diagram of components before being loaded, fig. 6b is a state diagram of components after being loaded, the loaded shell 2 on the right side moves backwards along the long hole a 1-1 after being loaded, the return spring 16 is in a stretching state, and the purpose of the return spring 16 is mainly to reset the loaded shell 2 on the right side and the related components.
In order to realize continuous firing, namely after the firing is finished, a new bullet-shaped thread burying device 4 in the magazine automatically shifts to a muzzle, the invention is provided with a complex bullet filling structure.
As shown in fig. 6b and 7, the bullet filling part 8 consists of a bullet filling connecting rod 8-1, a bullet filling member 8-2 and a second spring 12, wherein one end of the bullet filling connecting rod 8-1 is provided with a latch 8-3, and when in use, the latch 8-3 is tightly attached to a ramp 7-7 on a sleeve 7-2 in the firing unit; the inclined table 7-7 drives the latch 8-3 to move backwards, so that loading is realized. The other end of the filling connecting rod 8-1 is provided with a positioning piece 8-4 for limiting the rotation angle of the filling member 8-2. The bottom of the spring filling connecting rod 8-1 is provided with a spring hanging boss 8-9, one end of a second spring 12 is fixed on the spring hanging boss 8-9, the other end of the second spring is fixed on the right side shell 1, the spring is stretched when the spring is filled, and the spring contracts after being fired to reset the spring filling connecting rod 8-1.
As shown in fig. 8, the bullet-filling member 8-2 is of a fish-shaped structure, and the purpose of the fish-shaped structure is to realize horizontal movement of the magazine under the cooperation of the bullet-filling member 8-2, so that the new bullet-shaped thread burying device 4 is automatically shifted to a position where the muzzle position faces the firing member, thereby realizing firing. The filling elastic piece 8-2 comprises a long edge 8-6 positioned on the back of the fish and a positioning edge 8-5 positioned on the belly of the fish, and the filling elastic piece 8-2 is movably connected to the filling elastic connecting rod 8-1 through a rivet and can rotate at a certain angle; the semi-circular arc of the fish-shaped head part is 8-7, the other end is a pointed tail 8-8, and the positioning edge 8-5 of the fish belly part is in contact positioning with the positioning piece 8-4 of the bullet filling connecting rod 8-1 during rotation.
As shown in fig. 9, the bullet changing boss 3-3 at the bottom of the magazine is divided into a left convex edge 3-6 and a right convex edge 3-7, and the long edge and the positioning edge of the bullet filling member 8-2 are matched with the left side and the right side of the bullet changing boss 3-3 through the rotation of the bullet filling member 8-2 at a certain angle to complete the loading and bullet filling actions. The loading, i.e. sleeve 7-2, is in the rearward position and the cartridge is moved by the magazine 3 to align the bullet-shaped thread burier 4 with the firing member 7-3. When the magazine is loaded, the right loading shell 2 and the left loading shell 15 are pulled backwards by hands, the latch 8-3 of the bullet filling component 8 moves backwards under the action of the inclined table 7-7 of the sleeve 7-2, as shown in fig. 10a, at the moment, the bullet filling component 8 moves backwards, the long edge 8-6 of the back of a fish is in contact with the left convex edge 3-6 at the bottom of the magazine 3, and the magazine is shifted to move upwards in fig. 10a, so that bullet changing is realized; when the bullet is fired, the sleeve 7-2 returns under the action of the spring 4-5 in the sleeve without the restraint of the inclined table 7-7, the bullet filling connecting rod 8-2 returns to the position under the restoring force of the second spring 12, and in the process, the positioning edge 8-5 of the fish belly is in contact fit with the right convex edge 3-7 at the bottom of the magazine 3 (as shown in figure 10 b); after the firing is finished, the positioning edge 8-5 of the fish belly is in contact with the positioning piece 8-4.
As shown in fig. 3 and 5, the firing unit comprises an eject button 5, a firing part 7, a trigger 9 and a catch 10, wherein the lower end of the eject button 5 is contacted with a locking pin 4-3, fixed by a positioning hole on the right side housing 1 and restored to the position by a third spring 13. Wherein the locking pin 4-3 is provided on the bullet-shaped thread burial 4.
As shown in figures 11, 12a, 12b, 12c and 12d, the firing component 7 is composed of a firing cylinder 7-1, a sleeve 7-2, a firing part 7-3, a sleeve spring 7-4 and a firing spring 7-5, the firing cylinder 7-1 is of a cylindrical structure, the front part of the firing cylinder 7-1 is provided with a lug and supported on a buried line gun shell, the rear part of the firing cylinder 7-1 is fixed on the right side shell 1 through a hoop, the front part of the firing cylinder 7-1 is provided with a groove 7-8 and internally provided with the sleeve spring 7-4, the front part of the sleeve spring 7-4 is fixed on a boss 7-9 at the front end of the sleeve 7-2, and the rear part of the firing cylinder is limited by a rear hoop.
The boss 7-9 at the front end of the sleeve 7-2 is sleeved in the firing cylinder 7-1, and the tail of the sleeve 7-2 is provided with a long hole b7-7 which is matched with the connecting rod 2-1 on the right upper chamber shell. When the piston rod is loaded, the connecting rod 2-1 is positioned at the tail end of the long hole b7-7, the connecting rod 2-1 moves backwards to drive the sleeve 7-2 to move backwards, and the sleeve spring 7-4 is compressed to form elastic force during percussion. The bottom end of the middle part of the sleeve 7-2 is provided with an inclined platform 7-7 which drives the latch 8-3 at the bottom of the bullet filling connecting rod 8-1 to move backwards, and the side edge of the middle part of the sleeve 7-2 is provided with a first inclined boss 7-10 which is matched with a second inclined boss 10-1 on the buckle 10 to realize the front and back direction positioning of the sleeve. As shown in fig. 12c and 12d, the front end of the firing member 7-3 is a firing plate 7-11, the rear end is a circular disc 7-12, the tail of the circular disc 7-12 is provided with a firing spring 7-5, the firing spring 7-5 is arranged at the front part of the sleeve 7-2, one end of the firing spring 7-5 is connected with the firing member 7-3, and the other end is fixed in the groove 7-8 of the firing cylinder 7-1, so that the reset action of the firing member 7-3 is realized. The firing plate 7-11 is normally supported at the tail part of the bullet-shaped thread burying device 4, when the magazine moves left and right in the bullet changing process, the shell of the magazine moves transversely to cause the firing plate 7-11 to move backwards, and the firing spring 7-5 contracts, so that the magazine moves left and right conveniently, and smooth bullet changing is realized. When the bullet-shaped thread burial device is fired, the sleeve spring 7-4 is changed from a compressed state to an extended state, so that the boss 7-9 at the front end of the sleeve 7-2 impacts the tail of the disk 7-12 of the firing sheet 7-11 to generate large impact force, and the firing sheet 7-11 impacts the tail of the bullet-shaped thread burial device 4 to realize thread burial.
As shown in fig. 5 and fig. 13, 14a, 14b and 14c, the trigger 9 is placed at a designated position by a positioning part on the right housing 1, and an inclined surface thereof is matched with the buckle 10 to carry out a firing action, and the reset after firing is realized by a trigger spring 17; the buckle 10 is placed at a specific position by a positioning part on the right side housing 1 and is restored to the position by a first spring 11, and the trigger is composed of a striking unit 9-1, a positioning piece 9-2 and a first bevel edge 9-3; the filling connecting rod 8-1 is supported on a positioning sheet 9-2 on the trigger 9 to move back and forth, and a first inclined edge 9-3 is matched with a second inclined edge 10-2 at the bottom of the buckle 10.
In fig. 14a, 14b and 14c, the buckle 10 is positioned on the right side housing and can only move up and down, and the upper part is provided with a first spring 11 which moves up and down under the action of the first spring 11; the middle part is a second inclined boss 10-1, and the front and back positioning of the sleeve is realized by arranging a first inclined boss 7-10 on the side edge of the sleeve; the bottom is a second bevel edge 10-2 which is matched with a first bevel edge 9-3 on the trigger, when the trigger is pulled, the trigger moves backwards, the first bevel edge 9-3 on the trigger is matched with a second bevel edge 10-2 on the buckle, so that the buckle moves upwards, the first inclined boss 7-10 is separated from the second inclined boss 10-1 on the buckle 10, and the front and back limiting of the sleeve is released.
As shown in fig. 3 and 15, the positioning unit 6 is composed of a positioning plate 6-1 and a fixing plate 6-2, the fixing plate 6-2 is fixed on the left casing 14 by a boss at the upper part, and the positioning plate 6-1 is installed on the fixing plate 6-2 downward; the lower part of the positioning plate 6-1 is provided with 4 positioning bulges 6-3, and the upper part of each positioning bulge 6-3 is provided with a spring, so that the positioning bulges 6-3 can stretch up and down; wherein the spring is hidden on the positioning plate 6-1 and is not shown in the figure. The arrangement intervals of the positioning bulges 6-3 and the positioning holes 3-1 arranged at the top of the magazine 3 are equal, and the positioning bulges 6-3 are embedded into the positioning holes 3-1 when in use, so that the magazine 3 is positioned, and the firing sheet 7-11 is ensured to be over against the tail position of the bullet-shaped thread burial device 4 when in firing.
As shown in fig. 3, 9, 16, 17 and 18, the magazine 3 is placed at the cartridge changing position on the right casing 1, the magazine 3 is of a disc-shaped structure and comprises a plurality of through holes 3-4 in the front and back directions, the front end is provided with an opening, the rear end is provided with a limiting window 3-2, the bullet-shaped thread burier 4 is filled in the through holes 3-4, the side part of the bullet-shaped thread burier 4 is provided with a positioning groove 4-10, a positioning convex strip 3-5 is arranged in the through hole 3-4, and the limiting assembly is used for ensuring that the locking pin 4-3 is aligned with the position when the ejection button 5 is pressed down; a positioning bulge 6-3 at the lower part of the positioning plate 6-1 is elastically embedded into a positioning hole 3-1 at the top of the magazine 3 to realize the horizontal positioning of the magazine; the bullet changing boss 3-3 at the bottom is in contact fit with the bullet filling piece 8-2 to realize the transverse movement of the magazine 3; when in percussion, the percussion sheet 7-11 passes through the limit window 3-2 under the action of elasticity to quickly push the tail part of the bullet-shaped thread embedding device 4, so as to realize the embedding of the biological thread 18.
As shown in fig. 19, 20, 21, 22a, 22b, 22c and 23, the bullet-shaped thread burial 4 includes a front case 4-4, a rear case 4-6, a spring 4-5, a hollow needle 4-9, a thread pushing cylinder 4-7 and a protective sheath 4-2.
The front shell 4-4 is of a cylindrical structure, a first boss 4-13, a second boss 4-12 and a third boss 4-11 are sequentially arranged outside the front shell from front to back, and positioning grooves 4-10 are machined in the outer parts of the first boss 4-13, the second boss 4-12 and the third boss 4-11 and are in limit fit with positioning convex strips 3-5 of the magazine. A plurality of longitudinal grooves 4-14 are arranged in the front shell 4-4, second circumferential grooves 4-15 and third circumferential grooves 4-19 are respectively arranged at positions corresponding to the second bosses 4-12 and the third bosses 4-11, and the longitudinal grooves 4-14 are communicated with the grooves of the second circumferential grooves 4-15.
The rear shell 4-6 is of a circular groove structure, the groove body is sleeved outside the front shell 4-4, pin holes are formed in corresponding positions on the front shell 4-4 and the rear shell 4-6, the locking pin 4-3 is installed in the pin holes, and the front shell 4-4 and the rear shell 4-6 are locked through the locking pin 4-3; one end of the spring 4-5 is connected with the front shell 4-4, the other end is connected with the rear shell 4-6, once the locking pin 4-3 falls off, the spring 4-5 is ejected, and the front shell 4-4 and the rear shell 4-6 are quickly separated. The bottom of the groove is provided with guide through holes 4-18.
The hollow needle 4-9 comprises a disc at the rear end and a needle head at the front end; the needle head is a metal hollow needle and is fixed with the disc into a whole, and the disc is clamped and fixed in a third circumferential groove 4-19 in the front shell 4-4, so that the position of the front shell 4-4 and the hollow needle 4-9 is fixed. The front part of the metal hollow needle is in a slant tip shape, and a biological thread 18 is pre-installed inside the needle head of the metal hollow needle.
The wire pushing cylinder 4-7 comprises a cylinder at the rear end and a solid needle at the front end, and the solid needle is of a metal structure and is fixed with the cylinder into a whole; the rear part of the cylinder is provided with a groove. The outer diameter of the solid needle is smaller than the inner diameter of the metal hollow needle, and the solid needle is arranged in the metal hollow needle and can move back and forth; the outer diameter of the cylinder is slightly smaller than the inner diameter of the guide through hole 4-18 of the rear case 4-6, and is initially positioned by means of friction therebetween.
The protective sleeve 4-2 comprises a hollow cone 4-16 at the front part and a plurality of extension rods 4-17 at the rear part, a straight hole is arranged inside the hollow cone 4-16, and a needle head at the front end of the hollow needle 4-9 penetrates through the straight hole and can move back and forth; the extension rod 4-17 is welded or bonded with the rear shell 4-6 to realize the position fixation of the protective sleeve 4-2; the outer ring of the hollow cone 4-16 and the longitudinal groove 4-14 of the front shell 4-4 are provided with a plurality of barbs 4-8 at the corresponding positions, the barbs 4-8 are compressed in the longitudinal groove 4-14, when the spring 4-5 is ejected, the front shell 4-4 and the rear shell 4-6 are separated, the needle head at the front end of the hollow needle 4-9 extends out of the hollow cone 4-16, and at the moment, the barbs 4-8 are clamped in the second circumferential groove 4-15 in the front shell 4-4, so that the longitudinal positioning of the extending needle head is realized. The head of the hollow cone 4-16 is covered with a cover 4-1 to ensure the sanitation of the needle head of the hollow needle 4-9, and the cover 4-1 is uncovered when in use. Preferably, the barbs 4-8 and longitudinal grooves 4-14 are 4 in number.
The bullet-shaped thread burying device 4 is normally arranged in a through hole 3-4 on the magazine 3, and the rear shell 4-6 is tightly attached to the limiting window 3-2. Once the locking pin 4-3 is released, the front shell 4-4 is ejected by the spring 4-5, causing the hollow needle 4-9 to extend. When the front shell 4-4 moves forward rapidly under the action of elasticity, the barbs 4-8 can reach the second circumferential grooves 4-15 along the longitudinal grooves 4-14, so that the front shell 4-4 and the hollow needles 4-9 are clamped immovably, and the depth of the front shell 4-4 penetrating into the human body is ensured. By setting the hollow needles 4-9 with different lengths, the requirements of patients with different obesity degrees and the same patient on needle embedding at different acupuncture points can be met.
The working principle and the steps of the continuous thread burial gun are as follows:
firstly, loading:
before the operation, a plurality of bullet-shaped thread buriers 4 are taken, positioning grooves 4-10 on the bullet-shaped thread buriers are aligned to positioning convex strips 3-5 in through holes 3-4 on a magazine 3, so that the bullet-shaped thread buriers 4 are filled in row holes on the magazine 3, then the magazine 3 is arranged at the lower part of a positioning unit 6 on a shell, and positioning bulges 6-3 of the positioning unit 6 are opposite to positioning holes 3-1 on the magazine 3.
Secondly, loading:
an operator holds the gun body with one hand and pulls the barrel casing backwards with the other hand, the connecting rod 2-1 on the right barrel casing 2 moves backwards to drive the sleeve 7-2 to move backwards, (the barrel casing automatically resets after completing the action under the action of the return spring 16), in the process of moving backwards, the first inclined boss 7-10 on the side edge of the sleeve 7-2 is matched with the second inclined boss 10-1 on the buckle 10 to enable the buckle 10 to move upwards, the buckle 10 returns to the position under the action of the first spring 11 after the sleeve 7-2 moves for a certain distance so as to clamp the sleeve 7-2 at a specified position, and meanwhile, the guide piece 7-10 on the lower part of the sleeve 7-2 drives the clamping tooth 8-3 at the bottom of the bullet filling connecting rod 8-1 when the sleeve 7-2 moves backwards so as to enable the bullet filling connecting rod 8-1 to move backwards, the bullet filling connecting rod 8-1 moves backwards along with the movement of the bullet filling part 8-2, the long edge 8-6 of the fish back of the bullet filling part 8-2 and the left convex edge 3-6 at the bottom of the magazine 3 cooperate to move the magazine 3 transversely in the process, so that bullet filling is completed, the positioning protrusion 6-3 at the bottom of the positioning plate 6-1 cooperates with the positioning hole 3-1 at the top of the magazine 3 to position the magazine 3 during movement, and at the moment, the sleeve 7-2 and the bullet filling connecting rod 8 are located at the rear position under the action of the buckle 10, so that loading is completed.
Thirdly, percussion:
uncovering the cover 4-1 of the bullet-shaped thread burial device 4 at the muzzle, holding the gun with the right hand to align the gun head with the thread burial position on the patient, pressing the pop-up button 5 with the left hand to press the locking pin 4-3 (the pop-up button 5 automatically returns to the position under the action of the third spring 13), separating the locking pin 4-3 from the locking state, ejecting the spring 4-5 to separate the front shell 4-4 and the rear shell 4-6 quickly, so that the hollow needle 4-9 of the bullet-shaped catgut embedding device 4 is popped up under the action of the spring 4-5, the barb 4-8 on the protective sleeve 4-2 is clamped in the second circumferential groove 4-15 inside the front shell 4-4 after advancing along the longitudinal groove 4-14, at the moment, the hollow needle 4-9 is inserted into the catgut embedding part of the human body with a set length, and the front shell 4-4 and the protective sleeve 4-2 are blocked outside the skin.
Then the trigger 9 is pulled by the right hand, the trigger 9 moves backwards (the trigger 9 automatically returns to the position under the restoring force of the trigger spring 17), the first inclined edge 9-3 on the trigger 9 is contacted with the second inclined edge 10-2 on the buckle 10, so that the buckle 10 moves upwards (the buckle 10 automatically returns to the position under the action of the first spring 11), the constraint of the second inclined boss 10-1 on the buckle 10 is eliminated, and the sleeve 7-2 returns to the initial compression position of the tension spring under the restoring force of the sleeve spring 7-4.
And along with the return of the sleeve 7-2, the filling link rod 8-1 is not restrained by the inclined table 7-7 at the bottom of the sleeve 7-2, so that the filling member 8-2 moves along with the filling link rod 8-1 under the restoring force of the second spring 12, as shown in fig. 10b, in the process, the filling member 8-2 rotates for a certain angle, so that the positioning edge 8-5 of the fish belly of the filling member 8-2 is contacted with the right convex edge 3-7 at the bottom of the magazine 3 to move, further, the filling member 8 returns to the initial position shown in fig. 5, and the firing action is finished.
Meanwhile, in the recovery process of the sleeve 7-2, the boss 7-9 at the front end of the sleeve 7-2 impacts the tail part of the disc 7-12 of the trigger piece 7-11 to generate larger impact force, so that the trigger piece 7-11 impacts the cylindrical tail part at the rear end of the wire pushing cylinder 4-7, (the trigger piece 7-3 recovers under the action of the trigger spring 7-5), and the solid needle at the front end of the wire pushing cylinder 4-7 pushes the biological wire 18 embedded in the metal hollow needle out of the needle head when moving forwards, so that the biological wire 18 enters the wire embedding position of a human body, and the acupoint wire embedding is realized. The length of the solid needle is matched with that of the hollow needle, so that the solid needle can just push out the biological thread 18 in the hollow needle, and the solid needle can not cause too much stimulation to the human body.
