The working principle of the invention is as follows:

When the fixing device 4 needs to be tightened, after the knob cover 4e is rotated, the knob cover 4e drives the rotation of the rotation disc 4d, the rotation disc 4d drives the rotation of the rotation shaft 4c2, the rotation of the rotation shaft 4c2 drives the rotation of a main gear 4c5 fixedly connected with the rotation disc 4d, the rotation of the main gear 4c5 drives the rotation of two side auxiliary gears 4c6, the rotation of two side auxiliary gears 4c6 drives the rotation of a driven shaft 4c3 fixedly connected with the rotation disc 4c, the rotation of the two driven shafts 4c3 respectively drives the rotation of a connecting belt one 4a1 and a connecting belt two 4a2 sleeved on the two driven shafts 4c3, the connecting belt one 4a1 and the connecting belt two 4a2 penetrate through the belt penetrating hole 4c4 to be bundled on the driven shaft 4c3, the bundling of the connecting belt one 4a1 drives the movement of the connecting belt three 4a3 and two connecting rings 2b2 respectively connected with the connecting belt one 4a1, and therefore the movement of the elastic belts 2b1 on two sides of the shoulder pad 2 is driven, and shoulder pad 2 is better attached to the shoulder pad 2; when the fixing device 4 needs to be dismounted, the knob cover 4e is lifted to the first limiting ring 4c7 outside the cavity 4c1, the rotating disc 4d is far away from the knob cover 4e, the rotating disc 4d rotates in the opposite direction under the power of the reset tension of the elastic band 2b1, so that the rotation shaft 4c2 is driven to rotate reversely, the rotation shaft 4c2 rotates reversely to drive the main gear 4c5 fixedly connected with the rotation shaft 4c2, the rotation of the main gear 4c5 rotates to drive the two side auxiliary gears 4c6, the rotation of the two side auxiliary gears 4c6 drives the rotation of the driven shaft 4c3 fixedly connected with the rotation shaft, and the rotation of the two driven shafts 4c3 enables the connecting belt one 4a1 and the connecting belt two 4a2 to reset on the driven shaft 4c3, so that the fixing device 4 is released.
