s2: a voltage balance electrode is arranged at the lowest end of the sensor;
s3: arranging a detection electrode above the voltage balance electrode, wherein the detection electrode is connected to a control circuit of the sensor through a high resistance state;
s4: the control circuit judges whether the detection electrode is submerged or contacted by water or not by detecting the change of the voltage value on the detection electrode or the change of the current between the detection electrode and the voltage balance electrode;
s5: the water level or the water quantity is obtained through the position of the detection electrode which is determined in advance.
In some embodiments, the sensor is built in the inner side wall of the water tank 4, and specifically includes: a mounting hole 5 is formed in the side wall of the water tank 4; the sensor is hermetically installed inside the water tank 4 through the installation hole 5, and the detection end of the sensor is embedded inside the water tank 4 and used for measuring the height of the liquid level inside the water tank 4. The sensor includes: electrode plate 1 and sensor housing, sensor housing include front panel 3 and back shroud 2 of mutual lock, and it has the installation cavity of inlet opening 7 to open from top to bottom to form behind front panel 3 and the 2 locks of back shroud, electrode plate 1 is installed in the installation cavity, be equipped with the control circuit who is used for control electrode plate 1 in the front panel 3, be equipped with on the front panel 3 with the metal contact that control circuit connects. Mounting hole 6 has been seted up to the lateral wall of water tank 4, be equipped with open circular boss on the front panel 3, be equipped with the metal contact in the circular boss, when front panel 3 installed on water tank 4, circular boss followed mounting hole 6 is worn out. The front panel 3 and the electrode plate 1 are waterproof by sealant, and the rear cover plate 2 and the front panel 3 are fixed by a buckle type structure.
The water level is obtained by detecting the resistance change between the electrodes through a control circuit by utilizing the conductivity of water (except purified water). The change in resistance between the electrodes is converted into a change in current between the electrodes or a change in voltage across the electrodes. A voltage balance electrode with a large area is arranged at the lowest end of the sensor, so that the potential of the whole water is in a relatively stable state. The detection electrodes are uniformly or regularly arranged above the voltage balance electrode and are connected to the control circuit through a high-resistance state.
When the water amount is small, only the voltage balance electrodes are in the water, and the voltages on all the detection electrodes are in an unstable or set value. When the amount of water increases, the detection electrode near the voltage balance electrode is preferentially contacted with the water, and the voltage on the detection electrode is biased toward the voltage of the voltage balance electrode. The control circuit judges whether the detection electrode is submerged or contacted by water by detecting the change of the voltage value on the detection electrode or the change of the current between the detection electrode and the voltage balance electrode. The water level or the water amount can be obtained by determining the position of the detection electrode in advance.
In this embodiment, the sensor adopts an analog signal output scheme of an operational amplifier, the voltage balance electrode is connected with the positive power supply or the negative power supply, the detection electrode is connected with the in-phase end of the operational amplifier, and the inverting end of the operational amplifier is connected with 1/2 power supply voltage or other voltage values as a comparison reference. When the voltage balance electrode is connected with the power supply, the operational amplifier outputs positive voltage of the power supply after the detection pin is contacted with water; when the voltage balance electrode is connected with the power supply and is negative, the operational amplifier outputs the negative voltage of the power supply after the detection pin is contacted with water. Each detection electrode is used as a channel, and the output pins of the operational amplifier of each channel are connected in parallel through the same resistor. Different water levels correspond to different quantities of operational amplifier output power supply voltages, and the output voltages connected in parallel through the same resistor correspond to the height of the water level. The control system calculates the water level height by detecting the output voltage value. The output voltage value is in a linear relation with the water level height.
In some embodiments, the sensor comprises: electrode plate 1 and sensor housing are equipped with protruding and open the installation cavity that has inlet opening 7 from top to bottom on the sensor housing, electrode plate 1 is installed in the installation cavity, be equipped with the control circuit who is used for controlling electrode plate 1 in the sensor housing, the sensor housing be keep away from the installation cavity one side be equipped with the metal contact that control circuit connects. The front panel 3 and the mounting opening 6 and the mounting hole 5 of the water tank 4 are sealed by waterproof rubber rings. In this embodiment, the sensor adopts an ADC digital signal output scheme, the voltage balance electrode is connected to the positive or negative power supply, the detection electrode is connected to the ADC pin of the monolithic computer, and the voltage of the ADC pin is about half of the power supply voltage when the ADC pin is in a high resistance state. When the voltage balance electrode is connected with the power supply, the ADC value is higher than half of the power supply voltage after the detection pin is contacted with water, and the ADC value is close to the power supply voltage; when the voltage balance electrode is connected with the power supply, the ADC value is lower than half of the power supply voltage after the detection pin is contacted with water, and the ADC value is close to the power supply voltage. The singlechip judges the water level by combining the voltage states of all the detection electrodes and outputs a digital signal to the control system through the IO port.
The method for measuring the liquid level in the water tank disclosed by the application can bring the following beneficial effects, including but not limited to:
1. the plate electrode is in the tubular structure installation cavity, and open from top to bottom of installation cavity has the inlet opening, when the water tank rocked, because the business turn over water volume of installation cavity received the restriction, the water level variation volume in the installation cavity can reduce or slow down to reach more stable and accurate water level information.
2. The whole control circuit is sealed in the sensor shell, and only the detection electrode is reserved to be in contact with water in the water tank, so that the aim of preventing water is fulfilled.
3. The sensor is embedded into the water tank, so that the floor sweeping robot can adapt to narrow space, and the requirement for installing the sensor cannot be met outside the water tank.
4. The sensor and the control system of the floor sweeping robot are in contact by metal contacts, so that the use is simplified, and a connector lug is not required to be plugged or pulled out when water is changed in the water tank.
The above description is only for the purpose of illustrating the preferred embodiments of the present invention and is not to be construed as limiting the invention, and any modifications, equivalents and improvements made within the spirit and principle of the present invention are intended to be included within the scope of the present invention.
