The filter element clamp 161 has a clamp body protrusion in the radial direction, the rubber coating 162 has a second protrusion 163 covering the clamp body protrusion, the secondary cyclone cover 151 has a first protrusion 154 in the radial direction, the first protrusion 154 is attached to the second protrusion 163, the cup body 11 is provided with an exposure groove 17, and the first protrusion 154 and the second protrusion 163 penetrate through the exposure groove 17 and protrude outside the cup body 11. The positions of the secondary cyclone cover 151, the filter element clamp 161 and the rubber coating 162 are fixed.
It is worth noting that the dust collector 2 is also provided with a microswitch 25, the microswitch 25 is connected with a motor of the dust collector 2, and can control the on-off of the motor, when the dust cup is arranged on the dust collector 2, the first bulge 154 and the second bulge 163 are protruded outside the cup body 11 and abut against the microswitch 25, the abutted microswitch 25 is closed, and the motor can work normally; when the dust cup is detached from the dust collector 2 or the dust cup is detached from the dust collector 2 due to improper use of a user, the first protrusion 154 and the second protrusion 163 do not abut against the microswitch 25, the microswitch 25 is turned off, the motor is powered off, and the situation that unfiltered airflow directly enters the motor to cause the motor damage is avoided.
In this embodiment, the exposing groove 17, the air inlet hole 13 and the hook 312 portion 31 are located on the same straight line, so that the hook 21, the air inlet channel 23 and the microswitch 25 of the dust collector 2 are located on the same straight line, the structure of the dust collector 2 is more compact, and the whole volume of the dust collector 2 and the dust cup is reduced. It is worth noting that when the bottom cover 12 is fastened on the cup body 11, as shown in fig. 2, the bottom cover 12 is formed with a protruding portion 121 embedded in the cup body 11, the protruding portion 121 is a cross arc rib, the bottom of the dust hopper 153 is provided with a flexible annular soft glue 156, the annular soft glue 156 is used for being attached to the bottom cover 12, the protruding portion 121 enters the annular soft glue, the protruding portion 121 can improve the vacuum degree in the annular soft glue 156, and the annular soft glue 156 is prevented from being deformed due to excessive dust in the annular soft glue 156; meanwhile, when the bottom cover 12 is fastened, the protrusion 121 may play a guiding role. The release switch 5 is close to the hook portion 31, and the release switch 5 can be pressed to unlock the latch, but if the bottom cover 12 is opened, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, the release switch 5 on the bottom cover 12 is located at a certain distance from the hook portion 31, and at this time, the release switch 5 cannot be pressed to unlock the latch. When the user uses the dust collector 2, if the cover opening switch 4 is opened by accident, the bottom cover 12 is opened, at this time, the dust cup can not be detached from the dust collector 2 because the release switch 5 is far away from the clamping hook part 31, and the condition that the dust cup falls off from the dust collector 2 and breaks the components in the dust cup is avoided. Meanwhile, with reference to fig. 7 and 8, since the positions of the secondary cyclone cover 151, the filter element clamp 161 and the rubber coating 162 are fixed in the cup body 11, the secondary cyclone cover 151 is further sleeved with a rubber ring 1521, and the rubber ring 1521 abuts against the inner wall of the cup body 11, the friction force between the secondary cyclone cover 151 and the cup body 11 is increased; the secondary cyclone cover 151 is fixedly clamped with the primary cyclone cover 141 and the secondary cyclone cone 152, the secondary cyclone cone 152 is fixedly clamped with the dust hopper 153, and the primary cyclone cover 141 is fixedly connected with the support frame 142 of the filter screen 143, so that all components in the dust cup are fixed in the dust cup, and no component falls out of the dust cup when the bottom cover 1212 is opened.
It should be noted that a handle 155 is disposed on the secondary cyclone cover 151, the handle 155 is rotatably hidden in the secondary cyclone cover, when the dust cup is cleaned, the filter element assembly 16 can be removed first, and then the handle 155 in the secondary cyclone cover 151 is pulled out, and since the secondary cyclone cover 151, the primary cyclone cover 141, the secondary cyclone cone 152 and the dust hopper 153 are connected and fixed to each other, the filter elements in the dust cup can be pulled out completely for cleaning. When the filter assembly is reinstalled, the protrusions 121 guide the installation of the dirt collection hopper 153 and the entire filter assembly by the curved edges.
As shown in fig. 4, one side of the bottom cover 12 in this embodiment is hinged to the cup body 11, one side of the bottom cover 12 hinged to the cup body 11 is a hinge side 6, and the lid opening switch 4 and the hinge side 6 are respectively located on two sides of the cup body 11. The hinged side 6 of the bottom cover 12 is provided with two hinged points hinged with the cup body 11, the centers of the two hinged points and the center of the cover opening switch 4 are symmetrical relative to the axis of the dust cup, the centers of the two hinged points and the center of the cover opening switch 4 are symmetrical, so that the cup body 11 can be better sealed, and dust in the dust cup is prevented from leaking. The hinge side 6 is provided with a torsion spring, and the bottom cover 12 can be automatically opened when the cover opening switch 4 is opened.
The cover opening switch 4 can be arranged on the cup body 11, the bottom cover 12 is provided with a raised clamping block 122, the cover opening switch 4 can be slidably arranged on the cup body 11, the bottom cover 12 is buckled on the cup body 11, the clamping block 122 enters the cover opening switch 4 and is clamped with a clamping part in the cover opening switch 4 and the clamping block 122 to lock the bottom cover 12, and a user can open the bottom cover 12 by sliding the cover opening switch 4 to contact the clamping part and clamp the clamping block 122; the lid-opening switch 4 may be a push switch or a rotary switch, which is not described in detail in this embodiment. Certainly, the lid opening switch 4 may also be disposed on the bottom cover 12, at this time, the lid opening switch 4 may be a hook-shaped portion (shown in the figure) hinged on the bottom cover 12, a clamping groove is disposed on the cup body 11, when the hook-shaped portion is clamped into the clamping groove, the bottom cover 12 is locked on the cup body 11, and the hook-shaped portion may have elasticity for the user to release the locking of the hook-shaped portion on the cup body 11.
In this embodiment, the dust cup is cylindrical, the end of the dust cup close to the air inlet of the dust collector 2 is the bottom end, part of the dust collector 2 is embedded into the bottom end of the dust cup, one part of the bottom end of the dust cup is embedded into the dust collector 2, and the other part of the bottom end of the dust cup is sealed by the bottom cover 12. The cover opening switch 4 is arranged on the cup body 11, the release switch 5 is arranged on the central axis of the bottom cover 12, and the hook body 21 of the dust collector 2 is also positioned on the central axis of the bottom cover 12, so that the dust collector 2 can be embedded into the dust cup to the maximum extent, and the stability of the dust cup arranged on the dust collector 2 is improved. The hinged side 6 and the cover opening switch 4 are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the release switch 5, and the hinged side 6 and the cover opening switch 4 are symmetrically arranged to enable the rotation center and the locking center of the bottom cover 12 to be positioned on the same straight line, so that the bottom cover 12 is uniformly sealed at the bottom end of the dust cup, and the condition that dust is spilled due to the fact that part of the bottom cover 12 is tilted due to uneven stress is avoided.
In the dust cup in the embodiment, the release switch 5, the lock catch and the cover opening switch 4 are arranged, so that the cover opening of the dust cup on the dust collector 2 and the disassembly of the dust cup can be realized; meanwhile, when the bottom cover 12 is opened by misoperation, the lock catch cannot be released, so that the dust cup is prevented from falling, and components in the dust cup are protected.
One embodiment of the present invention relates to a vacuum cleaner including a dirt cup as in the first embodiment.
The technical features of the embodiments described above may be arbitrarily combined, and for the sake of brevity, all possible combinations of the technical features in the embodiments described above are not described, but should be considered as being within the scope of the present specification as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features.

Claims (10)

1. A dirt cup, comprising:
the cup body is provided with a cup body and a bottom cover which is buckled on the cup body in an openable way, a filter assembly is arranged in the cup body, and the filter assembly is fixed in the cup body;
the lock catch is arranged on the cup body and used for being locked on a dust collector, and the lock catch has a first state of being locked with the dust collector and a second state of releasing the dust collector;
the cover opening switch is arranged on the cup body or the bottom cover, when the lock catch is in the first state, namely the lock catch locks the cup body on the dust collector, the cover opening switch is triggered, the cup body and the bottom cover are released from buckling, and a user can pour ash;
the release switch is arranged on the bottom cover, and when the bottom cover is buckled on the cup body, the release switch is provided with a locking position and a release position, the lock catch is in the first state in the locking position, and the release switch enables the lock catch to be switched from the first state to the second state in the release position.
2. The dirt cup of claim 1, wherein a mounting slot is formed in the cup body on a side thereof adjacent to the bottom cover, and the latch is positioned in the mounting slot, the latch comprising: the cup body comprises a clamping hook part and an elastic part, wherein one end of the elastic part is arranged on the bottom of the mounting groove, the other end of the elastic part is connected with the clamping hook part, and the telescopic direction of the elastic part is parallel to the axial direction of the cup body; the clamping hook part is used for being locked with the dust collector; and when the bottom cover is opened, the lock catch cannot be switched to the second state.
3. The dirt cup of claim 2, wherein a retaining groove is formed in a wall of the mounting groove, and a protrusion is formed on the hook portion to enter the retaining groove.
4. The dirt cup of claim 2, wherein the release switch is a release button disposed on the bottom cover, and when the bottom cover is snapped onto the cup body, the release button pushes the hook portion in a direction to unlock the vacuum cleaner when pressed.
5. The dirt cup of claim 4, wherein the release button is pivotally connected to the bottom lid at one end and is disposed toward the catch portion at the other end, and the release button abuts against the catch portion when the bottom lid is fastened to the cup body.
6. The dirt cup of claim 5, wherein one side of the bottom lid is hinged to the cup body, and the hinged side and the lid opening switch are respectively disposed on two sides of the dirt cup body.
7. The dirt cup of claim 1, wherein the dirt cup comprises: the cup body is provided with a first filtering mechanism, a second filtering mechanism and a filter element assembly which are arranged along the axis of the cup body, and the cup body is provided with an air inlet hole which is opposite to the air inlet side of the first filtering mechanism.
8. The dirt cup of claim 7, wherein the second filter mechanism includes a first protrusion and the filter element assembly includes a second protrusion, and wherein the cup body includes an exposure slot, and wherein the first protrusion and the second protrusion extend through the exposure slot and protrude outside the cup body.
9. A hand-held cleaner comprising the dirt cup of any of claims 1-8, wherein the dirt cup is removable from the hand-held cleaner when the latch is in the second position.
10. The vacuum cleaner of claim 9, wherein a microswitch is disposed on the vacuum cleaner, and when the dirt cup is mounted on the vacuum cleaner, the microswitch corresponds to the exposed groove of the dirt cup, and the first protrusion and the second protrusion of the dirt cup abut against the microswitch.
