Technical Field
The present invention relates to an improved structure of accessories of a mowing device, particularly to a mowing device which can prevent foreign objects from being entangled into a gap between the mowing device and a transmission member when mowing operation is executed and can avoid the operation stop of the mowing device caused by the entanglement and the blockage of the mowing device.
Background
In general, a lawn mower with a mowing tool is designed to have a disc body, and a peripheral edge of the disc body extends outward. The mowing tool is connected to a transmission part of a mowing device, and is used for horizontally rotating according to a power source of a motor or an engine after the motor or the engine rotates, so that the aim of mowing is fulfilled. Generally, the most common grass cutting tool is mainly made of a cutter rope piece made of plastic nylon as a main accessory for cutting grass. Generally, most common lawn mowers are mainly designed to be safe and labor-saving in operation.
However, when the user actually operates the mowing device, the mowing tool cuts grass to a fixed height along with the horizontal rotation of the disc body. The grass thus cut will fly in the air following the direction of the line of force of the mowing tool after losing grip. During the flying, grass may be entangled into the gap between the mowing device and the transmission member, and when excessive foreign objects are accumulated in the gap, the mowing device is entangled and seized, so that the power source of the motor or the engine cannot be effectively transmitted, and the mowing device stops rotating. At this time, the mowing device must be stopped to remove the foreign object winding in the gap, so as to restart the mowing device to perform mowing operation, and the winding jam is relatively increased along with the increase of mowing area and/or mowing frequency.
Therefore, the inventor of the present invention has made a study and improvement on the existing defects, and provides a grass cutter capable of preventing a winding and jamming, which can prevent a foreign object from winding into a gap between the grass cutter and the transmission member, while maintaining a design of safe operation and saving labor, so as to achieve a more practical purpose.
