However, one or more embodiments may be practiced without these details. In other instances, well-known structures and devices may be shown in simplified form in order to simplify the drawing.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, the terminal can be bound with the television, that is, the terminal communicates with the television, so that the television can send the delayed playing request to the bound terminal under the condition that the playing information meets the remote control condition, thereby the terminal remotely controls the operation of the television, the watching time length is not rigidly set, the humanized interaction and communication are realized to realize the remote control of the television, the intellectualization of television monitoring is improved, and the user experience is further improved.
Fig. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of a television remote control system according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. As shown in fig. 1, the system for remotely controlling a terminal by a television includes: a television 110 and a terminal 120. The television 110 may communicate with the terminal 120, for example, via a cloud server, or via a wireless short-range communication.
And, the remote control function of the television 110 is implemented by the terminal 120, i.e. the television 110 turns on the remote control function and can be bound with the terminal for authorization. The method for binding with the terminal authorization includes a plurality of methods, including: the terminal sends binding request information carrying the equipment identification, and after the television receives the binding request information, the television searches the equipment identification of the terminal in the stored authorized equipment identification, and then can send binding authorization information to the terminal, thereby realizing the authorized binding of the terminal and the television.
Or the television presents the identification information on the display screen, and the terminal can acquire the identification information and send the connection confirmation information, so that the television receives the connection confirmation information, the authorized binding of the terminal and the television is realized, or the communication with the terminal is realized after the authentication. That is, in some embodiments, the identification information may be presented on a display screen; and under the condition of receiving the connection confirmation information sent by the terminal after acquiring the identification information, determining the terminal as the bound terminal. For example: as shown in fig. 1, the television 110 may present the two-dimensional code on the display screen, and the terminal 120 may send the connection confirmation information after scanning the two-dimensional code, so that the terminal may be bound with the television, that is, the terminal 120 is a bound terminal.
In this embodiment, the terminal 120 may be a mobile terminal, a palm computer, or other intelligent terminals.
The television is bound with the terminal, and then the remote control of the television can be realized.
Fig. 2 is a schematic flowchart of a television remote control method according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. As shown in fig. 2, the process of television remote control includes:
step 201: and acquiring the current playing information of the television.
After the television is started, the playing information of the television can be acquired, and the playing information can comprise: the starting time and the playing time of the current video. The television can acquire the playing information of the television in real time, or can acquire the playing information of the television regularly, or acquire the playing information of the television when the triggering condition is met, for example: and only when receiving the request instruction for acquiring the information sent by the bound terminal, acquiring the playing information of the television. In any case, the current playing information of the television is obtained each time, and the current playing information includes: the starting time and the current playing time length.
Of course, the current playing information is not limited thereto, and in some embodiments, the current playing information may further include: one or more of format information, source information, and type information of the currently played video.
Step 202: and under the condition that the current playing information meets the remote control condition, sending a delayed playing request to the bound terminal.
The playing time length is included in the playing information, so that whether to send the delayed playing request to the bound terminal can be determined according to the playing time length. In some embodiments, when the current playing time in the current playing information is longer than the preset time, it is determined that the current playing information of the television satisfies the remote control condition, and thus, a delayed playing request may be sent to the bound terminal.
Or, in some embodiments, when the current playing time length is greater than the preset time length and a delayed viewing request sent by a user is received, it is determined that the current playing information of the television satisfies the remote control condition.
In this step, the remote control conditions may be various and may be for different users. For example: for the children of low age, the television may not be operated under the age of 6, so that if the current playing time in the current playing information is longer than the preset time, the television can actively send a delayed playing request to the bound terminal. For children of 6-12 years old, the television can be operated through the remote controller, if the current playing time in the current playing information is longer than the preset time, but the user may want to watch, at the moment, the user can also send a delayed watching request to the television through the remote controller or other equipment, and thus, after receiving the delayed watching request, the television can send the delayed playing request to the bound terminal.
Step 203: and under the condition of receiving feedback information of the delayed playing request sent by the bound terminal, controlling the operation of the television according to the feedback information.
After the bound terminal receives the delayed playing request, the bound terminal can send feedback information of the delayed playing request according to the will of the terminal user, and the feedback information comprises: agreeing to the delayed first feedback information, or disagreeing to the delayed second feedback information.
The terminal user can determine the feedback information sent by the bound terminal according to the actual situation of the television watching user. For example: the television watching user is older than 6 years, and when the delayed playing request is received firstly, the first feedback information which agrees to delay is sent. And when the delayed playing request is received for the second time, sending second feedback information which does not agree with the delay.
And of course, under the condition that the feedback information is the first feedback information which agrees to delay, controlling the television to continue playing. And controlling the television to stop playing under the condition that the feedback information is the second feedback information which does not accord with the time delay.
In some embodiments, if the feedback information of the terminal is not received within the set time, the television may control the operation of the television according to a preset policy. For example: and if the preset strategy is that the feedback information is not received, the television can be controlled to stop playing.
Therefore, in the embodiment, the delayed playing request can be sent to the bound terminal under the condition that the playing information meets the remote control condition, so that the terminal remotely controls the operation of the television, the watching duration is not set rigidly, humanized interaction and communication are achieved, the intellectualization of television monitoring is improved, and the user experience is further improved.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, the terminal can interact with the television not only when the playing time is longer than the preset time, but also can actively acquire the playing content of the television, so as to control the television according to the content.
In some embodiments, in the case of receiving a content acquisition instruction sent by a bound terminal, capturing a current playing picture and sending the current playing picture to the bound terminal; and controlling the television to stop playing under the condition of receiving a playing stop instruction generated by the bound terminal according to the current playing picture.
The bound terminal can send a content acquisition instruction to the television at any time, or send the content acquisition instruction to the television before sending feedback information of the delayed playing request, so that the television receives the content acquisition instruction, intercepts a current playing picture and sends the current playing picture to the bound terminal, and the bound terminal generates a control instruction according to the current playing picture, wherein if the control instruction is a playing stopping instruction, the bound terminal sends the playing stopping instruction to the television, and the television can control the television to stop playing. Or the binding terminal generates feedback information carrying a playing stop instruction according to the current playing picture, so that the television can stop playing under the condition that the feedback information is the second feedback information which does not agree with the delay.
Of course, the bound terminal generates a continuous playing instruction according to the current playing picture, or generates first feedback information agreeing to delay, and the like.
Therefore, the terminal and the television can carry out humanized interaction and communication on playing time, playing contents and the like, the intellectualization of television monitoring is improved, and the user experience is further improved.
In some embodiments, after the current playing information of the television is acquired, the current playing information can be directly sent to the bound terminal, so that synchronization between the television and the terminal is realized. If the current playing information can also include: one or more of format information, source information, type information and the like of the currently played video can also directly control the operation of the television according to the currently played information. For example: the terminal determines that the war game video is played on the television according to the source information and the type information in the acquired current playing information, namely, the terminal can actively send a playing stopping instruction to the television to control the television to stop playing the current video.
Therefore, in the embodiment of the present disclosure, the terminal may control the operation of the television according to one, two, or more of the playing time, the user requirement for watching, the playing picture information, the playing information, and the like, so that the watching time is not set rigidly, and humanized interaction and communication are provided, thereby improving the intelligence of television monitoring and further improving the user experience.
The following operational flow is integrated into a specific embodiment to illustrate a television remote control process provided by the embodiment of the present invention.
In an embodiment of the present disclosure, as shown in fig. 1, the television 110 may present a two-dimensional code on a display screen, and the terminal 120 sends connection confirmation information after scanning the two-dimensional code, so that the terminal and the television may be bound, that is, the terminal 120 is a bound terminal. The television initiates the remote control function.
Fig. 3 is a schematic flowchart of a television remote control method according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. As shown in fig. 3, the process of television remote control includes:
step 301: and acquiring the current playing information of the television and sending the current playing information to the bound terminal.
Step 302: and judging whether the current playing time length in the current playing information is greater than a preset time length. If yes, go to step 303, otherwise, go back to step 301.
Step 303: and judging whether a delayed watching request sent by a watching user is received. If so, go to step 304, otherwise, go to step 307.
Step 304: and sending a delayed play request to the terminal.
Step 305: and receiving feedback information sent by the terminal according to the user input information.
Step 306: and judging whether the feedback information is second feedback information which does not agree with the time delay. If yes, go to step 307, otherwise go to step 308.
Step 307: and controlling the television to stop playing.
Step 308: and controlling the television to continue playing.
It can be seen that, in this embodiment, when the playing duration is longer than the set duration and the watching user needs to watch in a delayed manner, the delayed playing request is sent to the bound terminal, so that the terminal remotely controls the operation of the television, and thus, the watching duration is not set rigidly, and humanized interaction and communication are provided, thereby improving the intelligence of television monitoring and further improving the user experience.
Fig. 4 is a schematic flowchart of a television remote control method according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. As shown in fig. 4, the process of television remote control includes:
step 401: and acquiring the current playing information of the television and sending the current playing information to the bound terminal.
Step 402: and judging whether the current playing time length in the current playing information is greater than a preset time length. If yes, go to step 403, otherwise, go back to step 401.
Step 403: and sending a delayed play request to the terminal.
Step 404: and after receiving a content acquisition instruction sent by the terminal, intercepting the current playing picture and sending the current playing picture to the bound terminal.
Step 405: and receiving feedback information generated by the terminal according to the current playing picture.
The terminal user can agree to continue playing or disagree with continue playing according to the current playing picture, and accordingly corresponding feedback information is generated.
And judging whether the feedback information is second feedback information which does not agree with the time delay. If so, go to step 407, otherwise, go to step 408.
Step 407: and controlling the television to stop playing.
Step 408: and controlling the television to continue playing.
It can be seen that, in this embodiment, when the playing duration is longer than the set duration, the delayed playing request is sent to the bound terminal, and the terminal can acquire the playing picture captured by the television to determine a specific policy for remotely controlling the television, so that the watching duration is not set rigidly, humanized interaction and communication are provided, the intelligence of television monitoring is improved, and the user experience is further improved.
Of course, in some embodiments of the present disclosure, the television may receive a content acquisition instruction sent by the terminal at any time, so as to intercept the current playing picture and send the current playing picture to the bound terminal, and may also receive feedback information generated by the terminal according to the current playing picture, so as to control the operation of the television according to the feedback information, and specific examples are not described in detail.
