Specifically, the local-end service control device may determine the primary-secondary relationship setting state of the local-end service control device by receiving a query instruction of a primary-secondary relationship setting state or a related operation of a primary-secondary relationship setting state query.
In an embodiment, the local service control device receives an inquiry operation of the primary/secondary relationship setting state, and determines the primary/secondary relationship setting state of the local service control device according to an inquiry result in response to the inquiry operation.
Step 504, when the master-slave relationship setting state is that the local service control device is marked as the current service control device, the step of ignoring the first service weight and sending a master-slave relationship notification message to the target service control device is entered.
Specifically, after determining the master-slave relationship setting state of the local service control device, the current video conference marks that the service control device connected to the current video conference is the current service control device, and it can be understood that the current service control device may be a main service control device, the current video conference is connected to the main service control device, and when it is determined that the local service control device is the main service control device, the step 404 is executed.
In this embodiment, by determining the primary-secondary relationship setting state of the local service control device, and when the primary-secondary relationship setting state is that the local service control device is marked as the current service control device, the method enters a step of ignoring the first service weight and sending a primary-secondary relationship notification message to the target service control device, so that the purpose of determining the current service control device corresponding to the current video conference can be achieved, multiple times of switching of the current video conference due to uncertainty of the current service control device are not required, and the stability of the current video conference is ensured.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 6, the video conference resuming method further includes:
step 602, when the master-slave relationship setting state is that the local service control device is not marked as the current service control device, extracting a pre-stored second service weight from the local service control device.
Specifically, when the target service control equipment fails, the current video conference is switched to the local service control equipment; after the fault of the target service control device is resolved, when the setting state of the main-standby relationship of the local service control device is not marked as the current service control device, the main-standby relationship is determined in a service weight mode, and the determination of the main-standby relationship needs to extract a second service weight stored in advance from the local service control device.
Step 604, determining the primary-standby relationship between the target service control device and the local service control device based on the magnitude relationship between the first service weight and the second service weight.
Specifically, after the second service weight stored in advance is extracted from the local service control device, the primary-standby relationship between the target service control device and the local service control device may be determined according to the magnitude relationship between the first service weight and the second service weight received by the local service control device.
In an embodiment, when the first service weight is greater than the second service weight, it is determined that the target service control device corresponding to the first service weight is a main service control device, and the home-end service control device is a standby service control device.
In an embodiment, when the first service weight is smaller than the second service weight, it is determined that the target service control device corresponding to the first service weight is a main service control device, and the home terminal service control device is a standby service control device.
In this embodiment, when the master-slave relationship setting state is that the local service control device is not marked as the current service control device, the pre-stored second service weight is extracted from the local service control device, and the master-slave relationship between the target service control device and the local service control device is determined based on the magnitude relationship between the first service weight and the second service weight, so that the purpose of determining the master-slave relationship between the target service control device and the local service control device through the service weight can be achieved, thereby being capable of copying video conference related data required for video conference recovery and improving the reliability of video conference recovery.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 7, confirming the abnormal state of the service control device based on the state detection information includes:
step 702, determining a time interval between the current time and the sending time of the state detection information.
Specifically, when the local service control device sends the state detection information to the target service control device, the target service control device receives the state detection information sent by the local service control device, and if the state of the target service control device is a normal operation state, the target service control device replies corresponding reply information after a time interval.
In an embodiment, the receiving and sending times of the state detection information may be recorded by an information transceiver module of the local service control device, the recording may be performed by a timing module, and the time interval between the current time and the sending time of the state detection information may be determined by the receiving and sending times of the state detection information recorded by the timing module.
Step 704, when it is determined that the time interval reaches the abnormal time interval and the confirmation message carrying the information identifier of the state detection information is not received, confirming that the state of the service control device is abnormal.
The abnormal time interval refers to a time interval for judging that the target service control device is abnormal. And when the time interval is greater than the time interval, judging that the target service control equipment is abnormal, and when the time interval is less than or equal to the time interval, judging that the target service control equipment is normal. The acknowledgement message is a reply message carrying the information identifier of the state detection information. For example, the acknowledgement message is that the 101 st state detection information is successfully received.
Specifically, after a time interval between the current time and the transmission time of the state detection information is determined, the state of the traffic control device is confirmed by comparing the time interval with the abnormal time interval.
In an embodiment, the local service control device stores a preset abnormal time interval in the local, and if it is determined that the time interval between the current time and the sending time of the state detection information is greater than or equal to the abnormal time interval, the local service control device does not receive the confirmation message carrying the information identifier of the state detection information, and then confirms that the state of the service control device is abnormal.
In this embodiment, by determining the time interval between the current time and the sending time of the state detection information, the purpose of determining that the state of the service control device is abnormal when the determined time interval reaches the abnormal time interval and when the confirmation message carrying the information identifier of the state detection information is not received can be achieved, so that the purpose of accurately determining that the state of the service control device is abnormal is achieved, and the reliability of video conference recovery is improved.
In an embodiment, taking 1 service Control device and 1 backup service Control device of the service Control device in a service Control device group, where the service Control device is an mcu (multipoint Control unit) as an example. The main MCU and the standby MCU are respectively provided with a management center, the management centers are application program modules running on the MCU, and the application program modules can realize heartbeat detection, service data incremental backup and main/standby service switching for maintaining the main/standby relationship. The current video conference is connected to the main MCU side, the standby MCU is connected with the main MCU, and the service data and the service state of the current video conference collected by the main MCU can be backed up in real time.
In one embodiment, the MCU in the MCU equipment group is started, and the main-standby relation of the current MCU is determined through the service weight comparison among the MCUs; the main MCU synchronizes all current service data and service states to the backup MCU; the main MCU synchronizes to the backup MCU in real time every time one service data is executed or one service state is changed; the service data includes conference list information, conference place list information or each conference scene information, and the service state includes each conference state information or each conference place state information. The equipment management center of the standby MCU regularly detects the current main MCU state, if the main MCU is abnormal, the equipment management center informs the standby MCU that the current main MCU is abnormal, and the standby MCU quickly restores the video conference service through the backup service data and the service state; the backup MCU completes service recovery and reports the service recovery to a local terminal equipment management center, and the equipment management center marks the current backup MCU as a main MCU; after the original master MCU completes the failure relief and the restart, the original master MCU management center automatically establishes a new master-slave relationship with the original master MCU, or the original master MCU accesses a new backup MCU, continues to determine the current master-slave relationship, and continues to execute the steps. The main MCU may be understood as an MCU connected to the current video conference, and the standby MCU may be understood as an MCU capable of backing up a service state and service data of the MCU connected to the current video conference.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 8, two MCUs that have determined the primary/standby relationship are taken as an example. The main MCU is a service MCU, the standby MCU is a backup MCU, the service MCU receives a backup request or updates service data and service state, and sends data needing backup to an equipment management center of the backup MCU. Meanwhile, the backup MCU sends a heartbeat packet to the service MCU, and after the service MCU successfully receives the heartbeat packet, the backup MCU sends reply information of successful reception of the heartbeat packet; meanwhile, the service MCU informs the local equipment management center to send backup data to the backup MCU. When the backup MCU receives reply information of successful heartbeat packet receiving sent by the service MCU, the service MCU is confirmed to be normal; however, when the reply message of successful heartbeat packet reception sent by the service MCU is not received within a preset period of time, the backup MCU is notified to start service switching, and the current video conference is switched to the local terminal for connection. So as to ensure the reliability of video conference recovery and the efficiency of video conference recovery.
In an embodiment, when the MCU is initially started, the MCU may send heartbeat packets with a service weight value to each other, so as to determine the relationship between the MCU and the master MCU. For example, assume that MCU1 is configured with a backup MCU2 and a traffic weight value of 50; the MCU2 is configured with a backup MCU1 and a service weight value of 30; the MCU1 is started and sends a heartbeat packet carrying a service weight value of 50 to the configured backup MCU 2; the MCU2 is started and sends a heartbeat packet carrying a service weight value of 30 to the configured backup MCU 1; the MCU1 receives the heartbeat packet carrying the service weight value of 30, compares the service weight value of the current device with 50>30, marks the current MCU as a main MCU, returns confirmation information of determined main-standby relationship, and stops sending heartbeat to the standby MCU 2; the MCU2 receives the heartbeat packet with the service weight value of 50, and marks the current MCU as the standby MCU when the service weight value of the current device is less than 30< 50. If the MCU2 receives the confirmation information that the master/slave relationship is determined from the MCU1, the MCU2 is marked as the slave MCU, and the heartbeat packet is sent to the master MCU 1.
In one embodiment, the backup MCU2 detects an abnormality of the main MCU1, starts service recovery, marks the current MCU2 as the main MCU, and stops sending heartbeat packets to the original main MCU 1; the original main MCU1 is cleared and restarted, and a heartbeat packet with a service weight value of 50 is sent to the configured backup MCU 2; after receiving the heartbeat packet with the service weight value of 50, the MCU2 ignores the weight comparison when the current MCU2 is marked as a master MCU, and returns a confirmation message of the determined master/slave relationship to the MCU 1; the MCU1 receives the confirmation message that the master/slave relationship is determined from the MCU2, marks the current MCU1 as the slave MCU, and keeps sending the heartbeat packet to the master MCU 2.
It should be understood that although the various steps in the flow charts of fig. 2-7 are shown in order as indicated by the arrows, the steps are not necessarily performed in order as indicated by the arrows. The steps are not performed in the exact order shown and described, and may be performed in other orders, unless explicitly stated otherwise. Moreover, at least some of the steps in fig. 2-7 may include multiple steps or multiple stages, which are not necessarily performed at the same time, but may be performed at different times, which are not necessarily performed in sequence, but may be performed in turn or alternately with other steps or at least some of the other steps.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 9, there is provided a video conference resumption apparatus 900 comprising: a target service control device determining module 902, an update information obtaining module 904, a state detection information sending module 906, a current conference service configuration information determining module 908, and a service configuration module 910, wherein: a target service control device determining module 902, configured to determine a current target service control device corresponding to a current video conference; an update information obtaining module 904, configured to obtain, from the target service control device, update information of conference service configuration information corresponding to the current video conference, and add the update information to the configuration information backup set, where the update information is sent by the target service control device in response to a configuration information update event; a status detection information sending module 906, configured to send status detection information to the target service control device according to the detection information cyclic sending policy; a current conference service configuration information determining module 908, configured to determine, based on the configuration information backup set, current conference service configuration information corresponding to the current video conference when it is determined that the state of the target service control device is abnormal based on the state detection information; the service configuration module 910 is configured to switch a service control device of the current video conference from a target service control device to a local service control device, and perform service configuration on the current video conference based on current conference service configuration information.
In an embodiment, the target service control device determining module 902 is configured to determine a service control weight corresponding to each candidate service control device in a candidate service control device set corresponding to a current video conference; the candidate service control device set comprises a plurality of candidate service control devices; and selecting the current target service control equipment corresponding to the current video conference from the candidate service control equipment set based on the service control weight corresponding to the candidate service control equipment.
In an embodiment, the target service control device determining module 902 is configured to receive a first service weight sent by an opposite-end service control device and extract a second service weight stored in advance from a home-end service control device; and when the first service weight is greater than the second service weight, using the opposite-end service control device as a current target service control device corresponding to the current video conference, and using the home-end service control device as a backup service control device corresponding to the current service control device.
In one embodiment, the video conference recovery apparatus includes a primary/secondary relationship confirmation message receiving module, configured to receive a primary/secondary relationship confirmation message sent by the target service control device, where the primary/secondary relationship confirmation message carries a first service weight, and the primary/secondary relationship confirmation message is sent after the target service control device recovers from an abnormal state to a normal state; and the master-slave relationship notification message sending module is used for ignoring the first service weight and sending a master-slave relationship notification message to the target service control device, wherein the master-slave relationship notification message is used for indicating that the local service control device is the current service control device and indicating that the target service control device is a backup service control device corresponding to the local service control device.
In one embodiment, the video conference recovery apparatus is configured to determine a master-slave relationship setting state of the local service control device; and when the master-slave relationship setting state is that the local service control equipment is marked as the current service control equipment, the step of ignoring the first service weight and sending a master-slave relationship notification message to the target service control equipment is carried out.
In an embodiment, the video conference recovery apparatus is configured to, when the active-standby relationship setting state is that the local service control device is not marked as a current service control device, extract a second service weight stored in advance from the local service control device; and determining the main-standby relation between the target service control equipment and the local service control equipment based on the magnitude relation between the first service weight and the second service weight.
In one embodiment, the current conference service configuration information determining module 908 is configured to determine a time interval between the current time and the sending time of the status detection information; and when the time interval is determined to reach the abnormal time interval and the confirmation message carrying the information identifier of the state detection information is not received, confirming that the state of the service control equipment is abnormal.
For specific limitations of the video conference recovery apparatus, reference may be made to the above limitations of the video conference recovery method, which are not described herein again. The modules in the video conference resuming device can be wholly or partially implemented by software, hardware and a combination thereof. The modules can be embedded in a hardware form or independent from a processor in the computer device, and can also be stored in a memory in the computer device in a software form, so that the processor can call and execute operations corresponding to the modules.
In one embodiment, a computer device is provided, which may be a server, and its internal structure diagram may be as shown in fig. 10. The computer device includes a processor, a memory, and a network interface connected by a system bus. Wherein the processor of the computer device is configured to provide computing and control capabilities. The memory of the computer device comprises a nonvolatile storage medium and an internal memory. The non-volatile storage medium stores an operating system, a computer program, and a database. The internal memory provides an environment for the operation of an operating system and computer programs in the non-volatile storage medium. The database of the computer device is used to store videoconference resumption data. The network interface of the computer device is used for communicating with an external terminal through a network connection. The computer program is executed by a processor to implement a video conference resumption method.
Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the architecture shown in fig. 10 is merely a block diagram of some of the structures associated with the disclosed aspects and is not intended to limit the computing devices to which the disclosed aspects apply, as particular computing devices may include more or less components than those shown, or may combine certain components, or have a different arrangement of components.
In one embodiment, a computer device is further provided, which includes a memory and a processor, the memory stores a computer program, and the processor implements the steps of the above method embodiments when executing the computer program.
In an embodiment, a computer-readable storage medium is provided, on which a computer program is stored which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the steps of the above-mentioned method embodiments.
It will be understood by those skilled in the art that all or part of the processes of the methods of the embodiments described above can be implemented by hardware instructions of a computer program, which can be stored in a non-volatile computer-readable storage medium, and when executed, can include the processes of the embodiments of the methods described above. Any reference to memory, storage, database or other medium used in the embodiments provided herein can include at least one of non-volatile and volatile memory. Non-volatile Memory may include Read-Only Memory (ROM), magnetic tape, floppy disk, flash Memory, optical storage, or the like. Volatile Memory can include Random Access Memory (RAM) or external cache Memory. By way of illustration and not limitation, RAM can take many forms, such as Static Random Access Memory (SRAM) or Dynamic Random Access Memory (DRAM), among others.
The technical features of the above embodiments can be arbitrarily combined, and for the sake of brevity, all possible combinations of the technical features in the above embodiments are not described, but should be considered as the scope of the present specification as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features.
The above-mentioned embodiments only express several embodiments of the present application, and the description thereof is more specific and detailed, but not construed as limiting the scope of the invention. It should be noted that, for a person skilled in the art, several variations and modifications can be made without departing from the concept of the present application, which falls within the scope of protection of the present application. Therefore, the protection scope of the present patent shall be subject to the appended claims.

Claims (10)

1. A method for video conference recovery, the method comprising:
determining current target service control equipment corresponding to the current video conference;
acquiring update information of conference service configuration information corresponding to the current video conference from the target service control device, and adding the update information into a configuration information backup set, wherein the update information is sent by the target service control device in response to a configuration information update event;
sending state detection information to the target service control equipment according to a detection information cyclic sending strategy;
when the state of the target service control equipment is confirmed to be abnormal based on the state detection information, determining current conference service configuration information corresponding to the current video conference based on the configuration information backup set;
and switching the service control equipment of the current video conference from the target service control equipment to the local terminal service control equipment, and carrying out service configuration on the current video conference based on the current conference service configuration information.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the determining the current target service control device corresponding to the current video conference comprises:
determining the service control weight corresponding to each candidate service control device in the candidate service control device set corresponding to the current video conference; the candidate service control device set comprises a plurality of candidate service control devices;
and selecting the current target service control equipment corresponding to the current video conference from the candidate service control equipment set based on the service control weight corresponding to the candidate service control equipment.
3. The method according to claim 2, wherein the candidate service control device set comprises an opposite-end service control device and a home-end service control device;
the determining the service control weight corresponding to each candidate service control device in the candidate service control device set corresponding to the current video conference includes:
receiving a first service weight sent by the opposite-end service control device and extracting a second service weight stored in advance from the local-end service control device;
the selecting and obtaining the current service control device corresponding to the current video conference from the candidate service control device set based on the service control weight corresponding to the candidate service control device comprises:
and when the first service weight is greater than the second service weight, using the opposite-end service control device as a current target service control device corresponding to the current video conference, and using the local-end service control device as a backup service control device corresponding to the current service control device.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein after the switching the service control device of the current video conference from the target service control device to a local service control device and performing service configuration on the current video conference based on the current conference service configuration information, the method further comprises:
receiving a primary-secondary relationship confirmation message sent by the target service control device, wherein the primary-secondary relationship confirmation message carries a first service weight, and the primary-secondary relationship confirmation message is sent after the target service control device is recovered from an abnormal state to a normal state;
and ignoring the first service weight and sending a master-slave relationship notification message to the target service control device, where the master-slave relationship notification message is used to indicate that the local service control device is the current service control device and indicate that the target service control device is a backup service control device corresponding to the local service control device.
5. The method of claim 4, further comprising:
determining the main-standby relation setting state of the local terminal service control equipment;
and when the master-slave relationship setting state is that the local service control device is marked as the current service control device, entering a step of ignoring the first service weight and sending a master-slave relationship notification message to the target service control device.
6. The method of claim 5, further comprising:
when the master-slave relationship setting state is that the local terminal service control equipment is not marked as current service control equipment, extracting a pre-stored second service weight from the local terminal service control equipment;
and determining the primary-standby relation between the target service control device and the local service control device based on the magnitude relation between the first service weight and the second service weight.
7. The method of claim 1, wherein the confirming the traffic control device status anomaly based on the status detection information comprises:
determining a time interval between the current time and the sending time of the state detection information;
and when the time interval is determined to reach the abnormal time interval and the confirmation message carrying the information identifier of the state detection information is not received, confirming that the state of the service control equipment is abnormal.
8. A video conference resumption apparatus, comprising:
the target service control equipment determining module is used for determining the current target service control equipment corresponding to the current video conference;
an update information obtaining module, configured to obtain, from the target service control device, update information of conference service configuration information corresponding to the current video conference, and add the update information to a configuration information backup set, where the update information is sent by the target service control device in response to a configuration information update event;
the state detection information sending module is used for sending state detection information to the target service control equipment according to a detection information cyclic sending strategy;
a current conference service configuration information determining module, configured to determine, based on the configuration information backup set, current conference service configuration information corresponding to a current video conference when it is determined that the state of the target service control device is abnormal based on the state detection information;
and the service configuration module is used for switching the service control equipment of the current video conference from the target service control equipment to the local terminal service control equipment and carrying out service configuration on the current video conference based on the current conference service configuration information.
9. A computer device comprising a memory and a processor, the memory storing a computer program, characterized in that the processor, when executing the computer program, implements the steps of the method of any of claims 1 to 7.
10. A computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the steps of the method of any one of claims 1 to 7.
