Fig. 1 is a test networking topology diagram of the present invention.
Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and examples.
As shown in fig. 1, the present invention uses the existing testcenter (software test management tool) to implement the access number and stability test function of the router, specifically, in this embodiment, a testcenter simulator is used to simulate a plurality of L2TP clients to dial into an L2TP server of the router to be tested, and an FTP (File Transfer Protocol) client is established at an L2TP client to access the intranet resource FTP service on the LAN side of the router to be tested. Other communication protocols may also be established to access the client to communicate with the corresponding server.
Specifically, the specific implementation method of the present example is as follows:
1. topological connection: the WAN port of the device to be tested is connected with the port A of the testcenter, and the LAN port is connected with the port B of the testcenter (see the networking topology in FIG. 1).
2. And starting the function of an L2TP server on the router equipment to be tested, and configuring a dialing account for the L2TP client.
3. Establishing a plurality of L2TP client terminals LAC on a Testcenter port A, setting data of the L2TP client terminals according to test requirements, and performing L2TP dial-up connection between the L2TP client terminals and an L2TP server of a router to be tested.
In this example, the existing L2TP LAC simulation function of the testcenter is used to realize the simulation of the L2TP client, and the specific implementation steps are as follows:
(1) adding an LAC simulation node in an STC application simulation function of the testcenter, wherein the protocol encapsulation mode is PPPOL2 TP;
(2) setting an IP address and a gateway address (the gateway address is the IP address of a WAN port) for the simulation node;
(3) the authentication mode (CHAP or PAP) of the L2TP setting needs to be consistent with the setting of the router to be tested;
(4) and setting an account and a password (required to be consistent with an account password configured on the router to be tested) dialed by the L2TP client.
4. And (4) building an FTP server on the Testcenter port B, wherein the address of the server is in the same network segment with the address of the LAN port of the router to be tested.
5. And establishing an FTP client for the L2TP client on the Testcenter port A to access the FTP server on the Testcenter port B, wherein if the access is successful, the dialing of the L2TP client is successful, and the connection number of the L2TP clients of the router to be tested can be known according to the number of the clients which access successfully.
In step 5, the L2TP client is set to access the FTP server on the LAN side of the router to be tested for a long time (e.g. 7 × 24 hours according to the test requirement in this example), so as to test the stability of the access of the L2TP server to multiple clients.
In this embodiment, an application data simulation function of the STC of the testcenter is used as an FTP client at an interface on a client side of L2TP to send a service request data stream of the FTP to a B-port FTP server on a LAN side of the router to be tested, and the specific implementation steps are as follows:
(1) starting a simulator to establish a simulation communication model for an FTP client interface and a server interface, wherein the simulation protocol is selected to be FTP;
(2) selecting an FTP client and an FTP server interface, wherein the client interface is an L2TP client interface, and the server interface is a port connected with the LAN side of the router to be tested;
(3) configuring FTP client configuration information: the Client selects Client data to store Client Profiles, Connected servers and Load Profiles;
(4) configuring an FTP server side: the Server side selects Server data to store Server Profiles, and manages and creates Client Profiles, Server Profiles and Load Profiles through the manager Profiles;
(5) and after the client and the server are configured, the sending access test of the FTP application service data stream can be carried out.
According to the embodiment, the testcenter is adopted to simulate a plurality of L2TP clients to dial in the L2TP server of the router to be tested, only one router is needed to be tested as the L2TP server, and a plurality of routers are not needed to be used as the L2TP clients to perform networking, so that the number of testing devices is greatly reduced, the networking of the simulation devices and the router is simple, and after the networking, all the testing is completed through a simulation machine, so that the testing operation process is greatly simplified, and the testing efficiency is improved.
