Abstract
The present invention provides a motor bracket for a power seat of a vehicle, including: the bracket body spans across the electric seat and is connected with the slide rail of the electric seat, and a motor is fixed on the bracket body; and a connector interface formed on the bracket body for fixing the 20-frequency connector. According to the motor bracket integrated connector interface and the bracket body for the vehicle electric seat provided by the embodiment of the invention, not only can one working procedure be reduced in the assembling process of the electric seat, so that the additional manufacturing cost is reduced, but also the shape of the motor bracket and the position of the connector interface can be optimized subsequently, so that the motor bracket and the connector interface can be positioned at a required position according to the assembling requirement, and the convenience is provided for the assembling of a wiring harness.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of vehicle parts, in particular to a motor bracket for an electric seat of a vehicle and the vehicle comprising the motor bracket.
Background
With the development of technology and the increasing level of the vehicle industry, people have higher and higher requirements on the details of the vehicle, and the seat of the vehicle is one of the requirements. Currently, in order to enable people to adjust the position of the seat according to their body types to ensure that people can sit on the seat in a comfortable posture, more and more vehicles employ power seats which move forward and backward by a motor below the seat.
Current power seats require a motor to be accommodated by a motor bracket 10, as shown in fig. 1. Further, the power supply of the power seat is realized by the 20-frequency connector 20, however, in order to fix the 20-frequency connector 20, an additional component must be added to position the 20-frequency connector 20. In the prior art, an additional fixing bracket 30 is arranged on the motor bracket 10 to fix the 20-frequency connector 20 on the fixing bracket 30. However, this approach not only increases the additional cost and time required to manufacture the fixing bracket 30, but also may limit the position and shape of the motor bracket 10, which may cause inconvenience in assembling the wire harness of the power seat.
Disclosure of Invention
Technical problem to be solved
The first object of the present invention is: the utility model provides a motor support for electric seat of vehicle to solve the problem that needs extra preparation fixed bolster in order to fix 20 frequently connectors among the prior art, thereby causes the cost waste.
The second object of the present invention is: a vehicle comprising a motor bracket for a vehicle power seat is provided to solve the problem that in the prior art, a fixing bracket needs to be additionally manufactured for fixing a 20-frequency connector, so that the cost is wasted.

Optionally, the stent body comprises: a transverse part which crosses over the electric seat and is connected with the slide rail of the electric seat; and additional arms respectively formed at both ends of the lateral portion and extending in a direction perpendicular to the lateral portion toward the front or the rear of the vehicle, the extending portions of the additional arms being connected to the slide rails of the power seat.
Optionally, the lateral portion of the bracket body is formed with a receiving part to receive the motor.
Optionally, the extension of the additional arm is perpendicular to the additional arm and is connected to the slide rail of the power seat by a fixing structure.
Optionally, the connector interface is provided on one of the additional arms.
Optionally, the connector interface is formed as a boss extending upwardly from one of the additional arms.
Optionally, a slot is formed on the boss for engaging with a 20-frequency connector.
Optionally, the bracket body and the connector interface are made of a plastic material.
Another aspect of the present invention also provides a vehicle including the motor bracket described above.

According to an embodiment of the present invention, there is provided a motor bracket 100 for a power seat of a vehicle, the motor bracket 100 including: a bracket body 110 that spans the power seat and is connected to a slide rail of the power seat, and a motor is fixed to the bracket body 110; and a connector interface 120 formed on the stand body 110 for fixing the 20-frequency connector 200 supplying power.
Specifically, the holder body 110 is integrally formed with the connector interface 120, and is made of a plastic material.
Further, the bracket body 110 is formed of a lateral portion 111 and an additional arm 112, wherein the lateral portion 111 straddles the power seat and is connected with a slide rail of the power seat, and a receiving portion for receiving a motor of the power seat is formed on the lateral portion 111.
The additional arms 112 of the motor bracket 100 according to the embodiment of the present invention are formed at both ends of the lateral part 111, respectively, and extend toward the rear of the vehicle perpendicular to the lateral part 111. An additional arm 112 extending perpendicularly to the transverse portion 111 is formed with an extension 113 and is connected with a slide rail of the power seat. Specifically, the extension 113 of the additional arm 112 is perpendicular to the additional arm 112 and is connected to the slide rail of the power seat by a fixing structure. Alternatively, although the additional arm 112 extends rearward of the vehicle perpendicular to the transverse portion 111 in the present embodiment, the additional arm 112 may extend forward of the vehicle according to actual requirements, and the present invention is not limited thereto. Therefore, the motor bracket 100 according to the embodiment of the present invention may further optimize the shape of the bracket body 110 thereof, and may position the assembly position of the bracket body 110 on the power seat as required.
Further, the connector interface 120 is formed on the bracket body 110, and particularly, the connector interface 120 may be formed at one of the two additional arms 112. In addition, the connector interface 120 is formed from one of the additional arms 112 in an upwardly extending boss, which is further formed with a card slot to be connected with the 20-frequency connector 200 for a vehicle in a snap-fit manner. Although the boss extends in the upward direction from the additional arm 112 in the embodiment of the present invention, the boss may alternatively be formed on the additional arm 112 in other directions according to actual requirements, and the connection manner of the connector interface 120 and the connector 200 may also be not limited to the snap-fit manner, and may also be an interference fit manner, which is not limited in this respect. Therefore, the motor bracket 100 according to the embodiment of the present invention can optimize the position of the connector interface 120, facilitating the assembly of the wire harness.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, there is also provided a vehicle including the motor bracket described above.
In summary, the present invention provides a motor bracket for a power seat of a vehicle, including: the bracket body spans across the electric seat and is connected with the slide rail of the electric seat, and a motor is fixed on the bracket body; and a connector interface formed on the bracket body for fixing the 20-frequency connector. 1. A motor bracket for a power seat of a vehicle, comprising:
the bracket body spans the electric seat and is connected with a slide rail of the electric seat, and a motor is fixed on the bracket body; and
and the connector interface is formed on the bracket body and used for fixing the 20-frequency connector.
2. The motor mount in accordance with claim 1,
the bracket body is integrally formed with the connector interface.
3. The motor mount in accordance with claim 2,
the stent body includes:
a lateral portion that spans the power seat and is connected to a slide rail of the power seat; and
and additional arms respectively formed at both ends of the lateral portion and extending in a direction perpendicular to the lateral portion toward the front or the rear of the vehicle, the extending portions of the additional arms being connected to the slide rail of the power seat.
4. The motor mount in accordance with claim 3,
the lateral portion of the bracket body is formed with a receiving part to receive the motor.
5. The motor mount in accordance with claim 3,
the extension part of the additional arm is perpendicular to the additional arm and is connected with the sliding rail of the electric seat through a fixing structure.
6. The motor mount in accordance with claim 5,
the connector interface is disposed on one of the additional arms.
7. The motor mount in accordance with claim 6,
the connector interface is formed as a boss extending upwardly from one of the additional arms.
8. The motor mount in accordance with claim 7,
and a clamping groove is formed on the boss so as to be clamped with the 20-frequency connector.
9. The motor mount in accordance with claim 2,
the bracket body and the connector interface are made of plastic materials.
10. A vehicle, characterized by comprising an electric machine support according to any one of claims 1-9.
