An embedded collapsible lift circuit breaker overhauls device which characterized in that includes: the device comprises a sliding rail arranged on the inner wall of an operation chamber at the bottom of the switch cabinet and a folding support connected with the sliding rail in a sliding manner, wherein a breaker overhauling platform is fixedly arranged at the movable end of the folding support.

The embedded foldable lifting circuit breaker overhauling device according to claim 1, wherein the foldable support comprises a floor support frame and an in-cabinet short support, the first end of the in-cabinet short support and the first end of the floor support frame are movably connected with two ends of the circuit breaker overhauling platform respectively, and the second end of the in-cabinet short support and the middle part of the floor support frame are movably connected through a connecting plate.

The embedded foldable lifting circuit breaker overhauling device according to claim 2, wherein the floor supporting frame is movably connected with the movable connection part of the connecting plate through a first shaft pin, a 360-degree rotating hook plate is arranged on the circuit breaker overhauling platform, and the movable end of the hook plate is used for hooking on the first shaft pin after the foldable support is opened.

The embedded type foldable lifting circuit breaker overhauling device according to claim 2 or 3, wherein the floor support frame comprises a first support rod and a second support rod which are symmetrically arranged, the first support rod and the second support rod are respectively movably connected with the circuit breaker overhauling platform through second shaft pins, the first support rod and the second support rod are close to the bottom position and are fixedly connected through a connecting rod, and the bottoms of the first support rod and the second support rod are respectively provided with a threaded adjusting screw.
5. The embedded foldable lifting circuit breaker overhauling device according to claim 2, wherein a roller is arranged at the joint of the short bracket in the cabinet and the connecting plate, and the roller is clamped in the sliding rail.

The embedded foldable lifting circuit breaker overhauling device according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the circuit breaker overhauling platform consists of a first transverse supporting plate frame, a second transverse supporting plate frame, a first vertical frame and a second vertical frame, and the middle part of the circuit breaker overhauling platform is arranged in a hollow manner.

The embedded foldable lifting circuit breaker overhauling device according to claim 6, wherein a locking hook plate is arranged on the first transverse supporting plate frame, longitudinally penetrates through the first transverse supporting plate frame and the second transverse supporting plate frame, and is rotatably connected with the first transverse supporting plate frame through a mounting shaft.

The embedded foldable lifting circuit breaker overhauling device according to claim 7, wherein the first end of the locking hook plate is a locking hook, the second end of the locking hook plate is provided with an operating handle ball, and the locking hook is used for hooking on a locking square hole reserved in the switch cabinet.

The embedded foldable lifting circuit breaker overhauling device according to claim 8, wherein a tension spring is arranged on the second transverse supporting plate frame, a first end of the tension spring is fixedly connected with the second transverse supporting plate frame, a second end of the tension spring is fixedly connected with the locking hook plate, and the direction of the elastic tension of the tension spring is opposite to the hooking direction of the locking hook plate.
10. A method of using an embedded collapsible lifting circuit breaker service device, characterized in that the embedded collapsible lifting circuit breaker service device of any of claims 1-9 is used, the method comprising:
opening an operation chamber cabinet door of the switch cabinet, and pulling out the folding bracket and the breaker maintenance platform together;
unfolding the folding bracket, and hooking the hook plate on the first shaft pin;
the ground support frame is tightly contacted with the ground by adjusting the band wire adjusting screw;
after the folding support is adjusted, operating a locking hook plate on the breaker overhaul platform to hook a locking square hole reserved in the switch cabinet;
after the folding support and the circuit breaker overhauling platform are adjusted, the circuit breaker begins to be overhauled.
