Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of circuit boards, in particular to a circuit board assembly for a car lamp, which is long in service life.
Background
The mutual electrical connection problem between copper bars, aluminum bars, copper-aluminum cables and connecting terminals is often encountered in enterprises or civil power transmission lines, and in the connection, the problem of copper-aluminum joints can be encountered as long as two different materials of copper and aluminum are arranged at two ends of a connection part.
The reason that copper-aluminum joints are easily damaged is that aluminum has a lower melting point than copper, when the contact is poor, the contact surface cannot be fused by discharge sparks, and aluminum is easily oxidized to generate vicious cycles to accelerate the disconnection of the joints. Therefore, when the copper-aluminum joint is required to be as firm and continuous as the joint made of the same material, vaseline is generally coated on the aluminum bar, so that the corrosion of the aluminum bar is reduced. However, the application of vaseline on the aluminum bars has the following problems:
1. when the aluminum bar is arranged in the connector, the aluminum bar needs to be taken out of the connector and then coated with vaseline, but the aluminum bar is generally fixed in the connector, so that manual coating with a brush is needed, the efficiency is low, and the cost is high;
2. when the copper-aluminum connector is inserted, the elastic sheet is easy to break after being used for many times, the connector needs to be replaced again, and time and labor are wasted.

The inner core 111 is made of aluminum, which is easily oxidized and corroded. The female interface 110 is used to mate with the female interface 200 for electrical connection with other components.
The connector 500 is suitable for electrically connecting the circuit board body 100 with other components.
The connector 500 at least has a female head 510, a clamping piece 530 is arranged on the female head 510, and the clamping piece 530 comprises an installation block 531, a ball 532 rotatably arranged in the installation block 531 and a rotation stopping plate fixedly connected with the ball 532. The mounting block 531 defines a mounting cavity 535 adapted to receive the ball 532, wherein the cross section of the mounting cavity 535 is greater than one-half of the cross section of the ball 532, so that the ball 532 is confined in the mounting cavity 535. Bulb 532 can freely rotate in installation cavity 535, because the section of installation cavity 535 is greater than one-half of bulb 532 section, bulb 532 can not break away from installation cavity 535 at will, but takes out bulb 532 for follow-up convenience, changes fastener 530, and in this embodiment, the cross section of installation cavity 535 is three-fifths of bulb 532 section. The mounting block 531 is adapted to the sliding cavity, the mounting block 531 can just slide into the sliding cavity until the sliding cannot continue, the female connector 510 is inserted in place, and the elastic piece 533 is snapped in the U-shaped clamping block 121.
The rotation stopping plate comprises a horizontal plate 534 and a spring 533 obliquely arranged on the horizontal plate 534, wherein when the spring 533 rotates to contact with the mounting block 531, the spring 533 is clamped in the U-shaped clamping block 121. In order to prevent ball head 532 from rotating in installation cavity 535 at will and therefore cannot be clamped in U-shaped clamping block 121, a rotation stopping plate is adopted, so that ball head 532 cannot rotate when the rotation stopping plate contacts installation block 531, namely, the rotation range of ball head 532 is limited, and at the moment, elastic sheet 533 is clamped in U-shaped clamping block 121. If the female head 510 needs to be taken out, the elastic piece 533 is only required to be lightly pressed, and because the elastic piece 533 is obliquely arranged on the rotation stopping plate, a gap exists between the elastic piece 533 and the mounting block 531, the elastic piece 533 can be pressed, so that the elastic piece 533 is separated from the U-shaped fixture block 121, and the female head 510 is taken out.
In order to prevent the clamping piece 530 from rotating left and right to rotate out of the inner cavity of the U-shaped clamping block 121, the size of the inner cavity of the U-shaped clamping block 121 is smaller than the rotating size of the clamping piece 530. The U-shaped clamping block 121 limits the range of the left-right rotation of the clamping piece 530, and the rotation stopping plate limits the range of the up-down rotation of the clamping piece 530, so that the clamping piece 530 is well limited in the U-shaped clamping block 121.
The female head 510 is also connected with a cooling water pipe 520. Because female 510 and public first 120 electric connection can lead to the junction to generate heat, this department adopts condenser tube 520, has improved the junction radiating effect.

The sub-interface 200 has a connection channel 210. A chip 220 is disposed in the connecting channel 210, and the chip 220 is electrically connected to the conductive portion 300. The chip 220 is made of a material different from aluminum, such as a metal like copper. The chip 220 is disposed in the connection channel 210 so that the chip 220 can be electrically connected to the conductive portion 300. In this embodiment, the sub-interface 200 can be plugged with the main interface 110, so as to realize electrical connection.
The conductive part 300 is used to electrically connect the circuit board body 100 and the sub-interface 200, thereby completing the electrical connection between the sub-interface 200 and the circuit board body 100.
The conductive part 300 comprises a first fixing part 310, a second fixing part 320 and a flexible conductive ring 330 arranged between the first fixing part 310 and the second fixing part 320, wherein a coating cavity 311 is arranged in the first fixing part 310, and one end of the flexible conductive ring 330 extends into the coating cavity 311. The first fixing piece 310 and the second fixing piece 320 are both annular, the coating cavity 311 is an annular cavity, and one end of the coating cavity 311, which is close to the inner ring of the first fixing piece 310, is provided with an oil coating port 312; one end of the coating cavity 311 close to the flexible conductive ring 330 is provided with a squeezing port 313. One end of the flexible conductive ring 330 is provided with a rubber ball 331, wherein the size of the rubber ball 331 is larger than that of the extrusion opening 313. One end of the flexible conductive ring 330, which is far away from the rubber ball 331, is fixed on the second fixing member 320. A clamping groove 321 is formed in the second fixing member 320, and a clamping ring 230 is arranged in the connecting channel 210, wherein the clamping groove 321 is clamped with the clamping ring 230 to limit the axial movement of the conductive part 300.
The flexible conductive ring 330 has elasticity and can be restored under the action of the pressing force. The flexible conductive ring 330 enters the coating cavity 311 from the extrusion opening 313, and the flexible conductive ring 330 cannot be separated from the extrusion opening 313 because one end of the flexible conductive ring 330 is provided with the rubber ball 331, and the size of the rubber ball 331 is larger than that of the extrusion opening 313. The inner core 111 is inserted into the flexible conductive ring 330 from the first fixing member 310, when the rubber ball 331 of the flexible conductive ring 330 presses the coating cavity 311, vaseline in the coating cavity 311 is coated on the inner core 111 from the coating port 312 in contact with the inner core 111, because the inner core 111 continuously moves towards the second fixing member 320, the coating cavity 311 and the first fixing member 310 are both annular, and the coating port 312 is also annular, vaseline can be coated on the peripheral wall of the inner core 111.
In order to make the inner core 111 capable of expanding the flexible conductive ring 330, the flexible conductive ring 330 is formed by surrounding a plurality of arc-shaped flexible wires, and the flexible wires are sunken towards the center of the conductive part 300. The diameter of the inner core 111 is greater than the diameter of the smallest circle formed by the rotation of the flexible wire around the axis of the conductive part 300. The inner core 111 can spread the flexible conductive ring 330 and keep conducting with the flexible conductive ring 330.
The length of the connection channel 210 is matched with the length of the conductive part 300, so that when the flexible conductive ring 330 is expanded, vaseline in the coating cavity 311 can be squeezed, and the second fixing piece 320 can also be squeezed, so that the second fixing piece 320 is clamped with the clamping ring 230 in the connection channel 210. The method comprises the following specific steps: when the sub-connector 200 is plugged into the female connector 110, the inner core 111 is inserted into the flexible conductive ring 330, and since the flexible conductive ring 330 is formed by a plurality of arc-shaped flexible wires, the flexible wires are recessed towards the center of the conductive part 300, so that the inner core 111 can press and expand the flexible conductive ring 330, the rubber ball 331 of the flexible conductive ring 330 presses the vaseline in the coating cavity 311, and the vaseline flows from the oiling port 312 onto the inner core 111 for coating; one end of the flexible conductive ring 330, which is far away from the rubber ball 331, presses the second fixing element 320, so that the clamping groove 321 on the second fixing element 320 is in matched clamping connection with the clamping ring 230 in the connection channel 210, and the axial movement of the conductive part 300 is limited.
In order to secure the flexible conductive ring 330, the fixing portion 400 is further provided in the present embodiment.
The fixing part 400 includes a fixing ring 410 and a step surface 420 provided in the fixing ring 410, the connection passage 210 is provided with a mounting groove 340, the diameter of the mounting groove 340 is greater than that of the connection passage 210, and the mounting groove 340 is adapted to mount the fixing ring 410; the inner ring of the fixing ring 410 is fitted with the inner core 111 to enable the inner core 111 to pass through the fixing ring 410; the end surface of the first fixing member 310 can abut against the step surface 420 to fix the flexible conductive ring 330 in the connecting channel 210. The size of mounting groove 340 is unanimous with the size of solid fixed ring 410, and when sub-interface 200 and female interface 110 joint, solid fixed ring 410's one end supports female interface 110 inner wall, and the other end supports step face 420 to gu fixed ring 410 has also been restricted in mounting groove 340. In the installation process of the flexible conductive ring 330, if an artificial installation mode is adopted, the first fixing part 310 is artificially extruded, the center of the conductive part 300 is sunken due to the flexible line, and the flexible conductive ring 330 has elasticity, so that the first fixing part 310 is artificially extruded, the flexible line can sunken toward the center of the conductive part 300, the force cannot be well transmitted to the second fixing part 320, and the clamping groove 321 and the clamping ring 230 in the connecting channel 210 cannot be clamped. In this embodiment, the inner core 111 is inserted into the flexible conductive ring 330, because the first fixing element 310 is limited in the connecting channel 210 by the fixing ring 410, and the inner core 111 is inserted into the flexible conductive ring 330, the flexible wire cannot recess toward the center of the conductive part 300, and the inner core 111 occupies the space where the flexible wire deforms, so that the force can only be transmitted to the second fixing element 320, and finally, the clamping of the clamping groove 321 and the clamping ring 230 in the connecting channel 210 is realized.
The working principle is as follows: when the connector 500 needs to be electrically connected to the circuit board body 100, the resilient piece 533 is pressed, the female terminal 510 is inserted into the fixing cavity 122 from the through hole 124, and the mounting block 531 of the female terminal 510 slides in the sliding cavity until the sliding cannot be continued. At this time, the elastic piece 533 is released, and the elastic piece 533 is bounced up and clamped in the U-shaped clamping block 121.
When the female head 510 needs to be taken out, the elastic piece 533 only needs to be pressed lightly, and since the elastic piece 533 is obliquely arranged on the rotation stop plate, a gap exists between the elastic piece 533 and the mounting block 531, the elastic piece 533 can be pressed, so that the elastic piece 533 is separated from the U-shaped fixture block 121, and the female head 510 is taken out.
When the sub-interface 200 needs to be plugged into the main interface 110 of the circuit board body 100 to complete the electrical connection between the sub-interface 200 and the main interface 110, the flexible conductive ring 330 is first placed into the connection channel 210, and then the fixing ring 410 is mounted into the mounting groove 340, and the sub-interface 200 is inserted into the main interface 110.
When the sub-interface 200 is plugged into the female interface 110, the inner core 111 is inserted into the flexible conductive ring 330, and since the flexible conductive ring 330 is formed by surrounding a plurality of arc-shaped flexible wires, as shown in fig. 8(b), the flexible wires are recessed toward the center of the conductive part 300, the inner core 111 presses and expands the flexible conductive ring 330, and the flexible conductive ring 330 also plays a role in buffering, and the flexible conductive ring 330 extends to two sides, i.e., the direction of F in the figure. The flexible conductive ring 330 is provided with one end with a rubber ball 331, the coating cavity 311 is extruded, vaseline in the coating cavity 311 is extruded to the oiling port 312 and flows out of the oiling port 312, the inner core 111 continuously extrudes and props up the flexible conductive ring 330 as the inner core 111 continuously moves towards the direction of the second fixing piece 320, the flexible conductive ring 330 continuously extends towards the two ends, and the vaseline is continuously extruded out, so that the vaseline is coated on the inner core 111 to finish the coating of the vaseline, and the functions of corrosion prevention and oxidation prevention are achieved. One end of the flexible conductive ring 330, which is far away from the rubber ball 331, continuously presses the second fixing element 320, because the second fixing element 320 is in the connecting channel 210, the second fixing element 320 can only move along the axial direction of the connecting channel 210, the second fixing element 320 is provided with a clamping groove 321, and the connecting channel 210 is internally provided with a clamping ring 230, so that during the moving process of the second fixing element 320, the clamping ring 230 can be clamped with the clamping groove 321, and the axial movement of the conductive part 300 is completed.
The above description is only for the purpose of illustrating the preferred embodiments of the present invention and is not to be construed as limiting the invention, and any modifications, equivalents, improvements and the like that fall within the spirit and principle of the present invention are intended to be included therein.
