Abstract

10. The apparatus of claim 9, wherein the dispensing apparatus is configured to:
selecting a new product category;
configuring basic information of the new product;
maintaining the relationship of the new product;
configuring qualification certification materials to be provided by a client applying for the new product;
configuring rules for the new product;
submitting all the configured information so that an auditing system audits all the configured information;
and when the audit pass notice is received, releasing the new product so that the new product enters a product factory.
