For the electronic commerce platforms such as Tianmao, Shuangduo, Jingdong and the like, who can provide reliable and credible commodities is more easily favored by consumers. However, since these e-commerce platforms do not have the capability of quality inspection of the goods themselves, and cannot confirm the authenticity and credibility of the quality inspection results provided by the merchants, how to better recommend goods with reliable quality and credibility to consumers is a problem to be solved.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of this, the present disclosure provides a quality inspection method and apparatus, which can better recommend a quality-reliable and credible commodity to a consumer.

The embodiment of the disclosure establishes a quality inspection alliance among merchants, e-commerce platforms and quality inspection institutions around the quality inspection platform, so that the e-commerce platforms can show quality inspection results issued by third-party quality inspection institutions to consumers when selling commodities. Detailed Description
With the increasing interest of consumers on the quality of commodities, the demand for reliable and credible commodities is also increasing. For the electronic commerce platforms such as Tianmao, Shuangduo, Jingdong and the like, who can provide reliable and credible commodities is more easily favored by consumers.
At present, the E-commerce platform mainly expresses that the quality of commodities is guaranteed to consumers in a commodity tracing mode. Specifically, the consumer needs to purchase the product and then scan the two-dimensional code on the product package to view the traceability information of the product. However, the commodity tracing method is more after-sale behavior, the sales volume and the transaction amount of the e-commerce platform cannot be improved, and the mind of the consumer is hardly influenced. Therefore, in order to better influence the mind of the consumer and improve the sales volume and the transaction amount of the e-commerce platform, some e-commerce platforms put the attention to quality control certification before sale.
For example, some e-commerce platforms recommend goods to consumers with quality control labels (also referred to as quality control labels, such as green and environmental labels). However, the quality inspection results of these commodities are generally provided by the merchants of the e-commerce platform, so that the authenticity and credibility of the quality inspection results cannot be confirmed. For example, some cases show that some untrusted third party quality testing agencies encourage merchants to submit underwritten samples and issue quality testing results based on the underwritten samples. Once a consumer finds that a quality problem occurs to a commodity with a quality inspection label, disputes are easily caused, and therefore the loss of the consumer of the e-commerce platform is caused. In addition, since the goods with quality inspection labels are recommended to consumers by the e-commerce platform, the e-commerce platform cannot grasp the authenticity and reliability of the quality inspection result on one hand, and on the other hand, when the quality problem occurs, the e-commerce platform needs to bear the responsibility brought by the fact that the quality inspection result is not reliable. The above problems have resulted in a desire by e-commerce platforms to find a better pre-sale quality inspection solution.
In order to solve the above problems, the embodiments of the present disclosure construct a quality inspection platform between a consumer, a merchant, an e-commerce platform, and a third-party quality inspection organization, so that the consumer, the merchant, and the e-commerce platform can form a quality inspection alliance (or quality inspection system) around the quality inspection platform. The quality inspection alliance can enable merchants to utilize an authoritative third party quality inspection institution to perform quality inspection on goods. The quality inspection alliance can also enable a credible third-party quality inspection organization to conveniently obtain orders related to quality inspection, and enable consumers to select commodities which are 'leaned on the spectrum' and 'subjected to quality inspection' on an e-commerce platform.
In addition, the quality inspection platform is constructed based on the block chain technology, so that the block chain safe credibility and distributed (or called decentralized) architecture can be utilized to ensure the real credibility of the quality inspection result. The quality testing platform based on the block chain technology can effectively establish trust among all participants in the quality testing alliance, and trust cost is reduced.
The quality control federation provided by embodiments of the present disclosure is illustrated in greater detail below with reference to FIG. 1.
As shown in fig. 1, the quality control federation 100 includes a quality control platform 110, an e-commerce platform 120, a merchant 130, and one or more third-party quality control organizations 140.
Quality control platform 110 may refer to an application or server that provides quality control services. The quality testing platform 110 may provide quality testing services for a plurality of merchandise tags to the e-commerce platform 120 and/or the merchant 130 residing on the e-commerce platform. The quality testing platform 110 may be built by a third-party technical service provider, and therefore, in some embodiments, the quality testing platform may also be referred to as a third-party quality testing platform.
The quality inspection platform 110 is a blockchain based platform. The quality inspection platform 110 may be responsible for managing the blockchain. For example, quality inspection platform 110 may manage admission and add/drop of nodes in a blockchain through a blockchain management back office.
Quality testing platform 110 may dock with merchant platform 120. For example, after the quality inspection result of the commodity of a certain merchant on the e-commerce platform 120 is uploaded to the blockchain, the quality inspection platform 110 may send a notification message to the e-commerce platform 120 to notify the e-commerce platform 120 to obtain the quality inspection result from the blockchain, so that the e-commerce platform 120 can show the quality inspection result of the commodity to the consumer when selling the commodity, so as to influence the mind of the consumer.

For example, the merchant 130 may carry a Stock Keeping Unit (SKU) code in the quality inspection request to request the quality inspection platform 110 to quality inspect the item corresponding to the SKU code. As an example, before issuing the goods, the merchant 130 may send a quality inspection request to the quality inspection platform 110, and upload the goods information to the quality inspection platform 110 according to the requirements of the quality inspection platform 110. Conventional commodity quality inspection services have focused on detecting the chemical composition of a commodity, but consumers sometimes are concerned with chemical compositions that are not commodities. Or in other words, consumers have different quality appeal for different products. For example, parents of children sometimes do not care about the chemical composition of the toy, but about whether the toy has a taste. Therefore, some consumers are concerned about information which cannot be obtained from the traditional quality inspection report, and the purchasing desire of the consumers is reduced to a certain extent.
To address the above issues, in some embodiments, the quality inspection platform 110 may provide the merchant 130 with quality inspection services for the item tags, i.e., detect whether the items satisfy the characteristics expressed by a certain item tag. For example, the quality control platform 110 may provide a "baby organic" merchandise tag quality control service, and if a baby product sold by a certain baby product seller passes the quality control of the quality control platform, the merchant 130 may display the "baby organic" merchandise tag to the consumer when the baby product is sold by the e-commerce platform 120. As another example, the quality control platform 110 may provide a merchandise tag quality control service for "tasteless furniture", and if a furniture sold by a seller of a furniture passes the quality control of the quality control platform, the merchant 130 may display a tag for "tasteless furniture" to the consumer when the furniture is sold by the e-commerce platform 120. The disclosed embodiments refer to this service provided by the quality testing platform 110 as "new standard quality testing".
To support new mark quality inspection services, quality inspection platform 110 may manage the definition and/or classification of merchandise labels. For example, the quality testing platform 110 may request the e-commerce platform 120 to upload search keywords (or called search hot words) that meet the mind of the consumer to the blockchain, and then the quality testing platform 110 may request the third-party quality testing entity 140 to select search keywords that can be quantified by the quality testing index from the search keywords provided by the e-commerce platform 120 in combination with industry experience, so as to convert the search keywords into a plurality of product tags. After the quality inspection platform 110 determines a plurality of merchandise tags available for the merchant 130 to select, the merchandise tags can be linked up for the merchant platform 120 to display to the merchant 130 and the consumer. If the merchant 130 wants to attach a target product label to its own product when the e-commerce platform 120 sells, a quality inspection request can be sent to the quality inspection platform 110 before the product is issued, and the quality inspection platform 110 is requested to provide a new label quality inspection service for the target product label. Once the quality inspection of the product is passed, the quality inspection platform 110 may notify the e-commerce platform 120 to obtain the target product label selected by the merchant 130 on the blockchain, and the e-commerce platform 120 may expose the target product label at a suitable position (e.g., below the product) on the list page of the product when selling the product, so as to pass the target product label through to the consumer, thereby affecting the mind of the consumer. When the consumer browses the commodity, the consumer can see a striking commodity label expressing that the commodity has certain characteristics (such as organic or tasteless furniture) under the commodity, thereby increasing the purchase desire of the consumer.
Further, in some embodiments, the quality testing platform 110 may also provide authentication services for quality testing reports and/or quality testing certificates to the merchant 130. For example, a merchant 130 has previously performed a quality check on a batch of goods at a third party quality inspection facility and received a quality check report and/or a quality check certificate. To participate in the quality testing federation 100, the merchant 130 can request that the quality testing platform 110 authenticate the authenticity and reliability of the quality testing report and/or quality testing certificate. In this case, the merchant 130 may upload the quality control reports and/or quality control certificates that have been obtained to the quality control platform 110 as required by the quality control platform 110. The e-commerce platform 120 may be any type of e-commerce platform that wishes to join the quality testing federation 100. The e-commerce platform 120 may act as a blockchain node on the blockchain, interfacing directly with the blockchain. For example, the e-commerce platform 120 may obtain data directly from the blockchain, or may link up local data directly. As one example, the e-commerce platform may first present the merchandise label of the merchandise to the consumer on a detail page of the merchandise; when viewing operation (such as clicking operation on the commodity label) of a consumer for the commodity label is received, the e-commerce platform can jump from the detail page of the commodity to the commodity label certificate page of the commodity, and displays other information except the commodity label in the quality inspection result, such as information of a quality inspection report, a quality inspection process, a quality inspection validity period, a merchant identifier, commodity information, a quality inspection certificate and the like, on the commodity label certificate page. Further, in some embodiments, the e-commerce platform may also present blockchain identification information to the consumer. The block chain identification information may include timestamp information of quality inspection result chain, block height of a block where the quality inspection result is located after chain, and the like, so as to increase reliability of the quality inspection result.
The embodiment of the disclosure establishes a quality inspection alliance among merchants, e-commerce platforms and quality inspection institutions around the quality inspection platform, so that the e-commerce platforms can show quality inspection results issued by third-party quality inspection institutions to consumers when selling commodities. In addition, the storage and circulation of the quality inspection related data are realized based on the block chain technology, so that the reliability of the quality inspection commodities recommended to the consumer by the e-commerce platform is improved, and the mind of the consumer can be better influenced.
In some embodiments, the quality testing platform may send the quality testing results to the merchant for the merchant to save and/or check the quality testing results. If the merchant considers that the quality inspection result is not accurate, the quality inspection result can be fed back to the quality inspection platform or complain to the quality inspection platform, so that the quality inspection platform can judge.
In order to support a new standard quality inspection service, the quality inspection platform needs to determine a plurality of commodity labels capable of being inspected or a plurality of commodity labels capable of being quantified by the quality inspection indexes. As a possible implementation manner, the quality inspection platform may directly use a traditional commodity label (such as green, environmental-friendly, formaldehyde-free, etc.) as the commodity label. However, in order to make the determination of the product tag more suitable for the mind of the consumer, the embodiment of the present disclosure provides a method for determining the product tag based on the search keyword. This embodiment is described in more detail below in conjunction with fig. 3. It should be noted that, in fig. 3, step S202, step S204, and step 206 are added before step S210 in fig. 2, where steps S202, step S204, and step 206 are described in detail for the newly added steps, and the rest steps may refer to the description in fig. 2.
As shown in fig. 3, in step S202, the e-commerce platform uploads the search keyword that meets the mind of the consumer to the blockchain. The e-commerce platform typically records search keywords for the consumer. If the occurrence frequency of a certain search keyword is more (search hot words), the search keyword is proved to accord with the mind of the public consumers, and if the search keyword can be quantified according to a certain quality inspection index, the mind of the consumers can be greatly influenced, and the purchase desire of the consumers is stimulated. Therefore, converting the search keyword of the consumer into the item tag is a good choice. The search keywords of the consumers are many, and the e-commerce platform can only link a part of the search keywords. For example, the e-commerce platform may link the search keywords with the top 10 search times for the quality testing platform to refer to.
In step S204, the quality inspection platform converts the search keyword meeting the mind of the consumer into a plurality of product tags. For example, the quality control platform may select a search keyword from the search keywords that can be quantified by a certain quality control index. If the selected search keyword is simple and clear in terms and strong in publicity, the search keyword can be directly converted into a commodity label (namely, the search keyword is directly determined as the commodity label); if the selected terms of the search keyword need to be adjusted (if some terms do not accord with the advertising law or the propaganda strength is not strong), some adjustments can be made to the search keyword, and the adjusted terms are used as commodity labels. For example, if the search keyword "organic articles of baby", the search keyword may be quantified by the quality inspection index, but the search keyword is somewhat long directly as a commodity label, and may be converted into "organic baby", and then "organic baby" is used as a commodity label.
There are various ways for the quality control platform to select keywords that can be quantified using the quality control indicators from the search keywords. For example, the quality control platform may determine which search keywords may be used as merchandise tags by consulting with experts. For another example, the quality inspection platform may select keywords that can be quantified by the quality inspection indexes from the search keywords by using the authority of the third-party quality inspection institutions participating in the quality inspection alliance in the aspect of quality inspection. As one example, the quality inspection mechanism may initiate a voting task to the plurality of third-party quality inspection mechanisms using a voting mechanism of the block chain to instruct the plurality of third-party quality inspection mechanisms to select keywords quantifiable using the quality inspection indexes from the search keywords, and then select keywords quantifiable using the quality inspection indexes from the search keywords according to a voting result.
In step S206, the quality inspection platform uploads the plurality of merchandise tags to the block chain, so that the merchant selects a target merchandise tag from the plurality of merchandise tags. For example, after obtaining a plurality of merchandise tags, the quality inspection platform may chain the plurality of merchandise tags. The e-commerce platform can obtain the plurality of commodity labels from the blockchain, and display the plurality of commodity labels to the consumer on the e-commerce platform (such as a homepage of the e-commerce platform), so that the consumer can screen the commodities of the self-mental apparatus according to the commodity labels. In addition, the merchant can see the plurality of commodity labels through the homepage of the e-commerce platform, so that the quality inspection platform can know which commodity labels can support the quality inspection, and before releasing a new product, the merchant can select the commodity label which is expected to be displayed to the consumer from the plurality of commodity labels supported by the quality inspection platform for quality inspection.
The embodiment of the disclosure converts the search keywords which accord with the consumers into the commodity labels which can be quality-checked, so that the commodity labels more accord with the mind of the consumers, thereby stimulating the buying desire of the consumers and increasing the turnover of the e-commerce platform.
Method embodiments of the present disclosure are described in detail above in conjunction with fig. 1-3, and apparatus embodiments of the present disclosure are described in detail below in conjunction with fig. 4 and 6. It is to be understood that the description of the method embodiments corresponds to the description of the apparatus embodiments, and therefore reference may be made to the preceding method embodiments for parts not described in detail.
Fig. 4 is a schematic structural diagram of a quality inspection apparatus according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. The apparatus 400 of fig. 4 may be the quality control platform 110 mentioned in fig. 1 or a server where the quality control platform 110 is located. The apparatus 400 may include a first receiving module 410, a first transmitting module 420, and a second transmitting module 430. These modules are described in detail below.
The first receiving module 410 is configured to receive a quality inspection request issued by a merchant of the e-commerce platform for a commodity.
The first sending module 420 is configured to send a quality inspection task to a third-party quality inspection institution in response to the quality inspection request to instruct the third-party quality inspection institution to issue a quality inspection result for the commodity.
The second sending module 430 is configured to send a notification message to the e-commerce platform after the quality inspection result is uploaded to the blockchain, the e-commerce platform is notified to obtain the quality inspection result from the blockchain, so that the e-commerce platform presents the quality inspection result to the consumer when selling the goods.
The embodiment of the disclosure establishes a quality inspection alliance among merchants, e-commerce platforms and quality inspection institutions around the quality inspection platform, so that the e-commerce platforms can show quality inspection results issued by third-party quality inspection institutions to consumers when selling commodities. In addition, the storage and circulation of the quality inspection related data are realized based on the block chain technology, so that the reliability of the quality inspection commodities recommended to the consumer by the e-commerce platform is improved, and the mind of the consumer can be better influenced.
Optionally, the quality inspection platform provides quality inspection services for a plurality of commodity labels, the quality inspection request includes a target commodity label selected by the merchant from the plurality of commodity labels, and the quality inspection request is used for requesting the quality inspection platform to perform quality inspection on whether the commodity has characteristics defined by the target commodity label.
Optionally, the apparatus 400 may further comprise: the system comprises a first acquisition module, a second acquisition module and a third acquisition module, wherein the first acquisition module is configured to acquire search keywords which are uploaded by a merchant platform and accord with the mind of a consumer before receiving a quality inspection request sent by the merchant of the merchant platform for a commodity; a conversion module configured to convert the search keyword into a plurality of item tags; the first uploading module is configured to upload the plurality of commodity labels to the blockchain, so that a merchant can select a target commodity label from the plurality of commodity labels.
Optionally, the conversion module is further configured to initiate a voting task to a plurality of third-party quality inspection mechanisms to instruct the plurality of third-party quality inspection mechanisms to select a keyword which can be quantified by a quality inspection index from the search keywords; the keywords which can be quantified by the quality inspection indexes are converted into a plurality of commodity labels.
Optionally, the quality control request is used to request the quality control platform to authenticate the authenticity of the quality control report and/or the quality control certificate of the commodity.
Optionally, the apparatus 400 may further comprise: and the third sending module is configured to send the quality inspection report and/or the authentication result of the quality inspection certificate to the merchant.
Optionally, the apparatus 400 may further comprise: the second receiving module is configured to receive a quality inspection result sent by a third-party quality inspection mechanism before sending the notification message to the e-commerce platform; and the second uploading module is configured to upload the quality inspection result to the blockchain.
Optionally, the quality inspection result comprises one or more of the following information of the commodity: quality inspection report, quality inspection process, quality inspection validity period, merchant identification, commodity information, quality inspection certificate, authentication result of the quality inspection certificate, authentication report of the quality inspection certificate and commodity label subjected to quality inspection.
Fig. 5 is a schematic structural diagram of a quality inspection apparatus according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. The apparatus 500 of fig. 5 may be the e-commerce platform 110 mentioned in fig. 1 or a server where the e-commerce platform 110 is located. The apparatus 500 may include a first receiving module 510 and a first displaying module 520. These modules are described in detail below.
The first receiving module 510 is configured to receive a notification message from a quality inspection platform. The notification message is used for notifying the E-commerce platform to acquire a quality inspection result issued by the third-party quality inspection mechanism for the merchant commodity from the block chain.
The first presentation module 520 is configured to present the quality inspection results to the consumer during the sale of the merchandise.
The embodiment of the disclosure establishes a quality inspection alliance among merchants, e-commerce platforms and quality inspection institutions around the quality inspection platform, so that the e-commerce platforms can show quality inspection results issued by third-party quality inspection institutions to consumers when selling commodities. In addition, the storage and circulation of the quality inspection related data are realized based on the block chain technology, so that the reliability of the quality inspection commodities recommended to the consumer by the e-commerce platform is improved, and the mind of the consumer can be better influenced.
Optionally, the quality inspection platform provides quality inspection services for a plurality of merchandise tags, the quality inspection result includes a target merchandise tag selected by the merchant from the plurality of merchandise tags, and the quality inspection result is used for indicating that the merchandise has the characteristics defined by the target merchandise tag.
Optionally, the first display module 520 may be further configured to display the target item label on a detail page of the item; receiving a viewing operation of a consumer for a target commodity label; and in response to the viewing operation, jumping from the detail page of the commodity to the commodity label certificate page of the commodity to display other information except the target commodity label in the quality inspection result.
Optionally, the quality inspection result includes one or more of the following information of the commodity: quality inspection report, quality inspection process, quality inspection validity period, merchant identification, commodity information, quality inspection certificate, authentication result of the quality inspection certificate, authentication report of the quality inspection certificate and commodity label subjected to quality inspection.
Optionally, the apparatus 500 may further comprise: an upload module configured to upload search keywords that meet the mind of the consumer to the blockchain before receiving the notification message from the quality inspection platform, so that the quality inspection platform converts the search keywords into a plurality of goods labels; an acquisition module configured to acquire a plurality of merchandise tags from a blockchain; a second display module configured to display a plurality of merchandise tags to a consumer at an e-commerce platform.
Fig. 6 is a schematic structural diagram of a quality inspection apparatus according to still another embodiment of the present disclosure. The apparatus 600 shown in fig. 6 may be any network node capable of performing a quality inspection method. The apparatus 600 may be, for example, a computing device having computing functionality. The apparatus 600 may be, for example, a mobile terminal or a server. The apparatus 600 may include a memory 610 and a processor 620. Memory 610 may be used to store executable code. The processor 620 is operable to execute the executable code stored in the memory 610 to implement the steps of the various methods described previously. In some embodiments, the apparatus 600 may further include a network interface 630, and data exchange between the processor 620 and an external device may be implemented through the network interface 630.
In the above embodiments, all or part of the implementation may be realized by software, hardware, firmware or any other combination. When implemented in software, may be implemented in whole or in part in the form of a computer program product. The computer program product includes one or more computer instructions. The procedures or functions described in accordance with the embodiments of the disclosure are, in whole or in part, generated when the computer program instructions are loaded and executed on a computer. The computer may be a general purpose computer, a special purpose computer, a network of computers, or other programmable device. The computer instructions may be stored on a computer readable storage medium or transmitted from one computer readable storage medium to another, for example, from one website, computer, server, or data center to another website, computer, server, or data center via wire (e.g., coaxial cable, fiber optic, Digital Subscriber Line (DSL)) or wireless (e.g., infrared, wireless, microwave, etc.). The computer-readable storage medium can be any available medium that can be accessed by a computer or a data storage device, such as a server, a data center, etc., that incorporates one or more of the available media. The usable medium may be a magnetic medium (e.g., floppy Disk, hard Disk, magnetic tape), an optical medium (e.g., Digital Video Disk (DVD)), or a semiconductor medium (e.g., Solid State Disk (SSD)), among others.
Those of ordinary skill in the art will appreciate that the various illustrative elements and algorithm steps described in connection with the embodiments disclosed herein may be implemented as electronic hardware or combinations of computer software and electronic hardware. Whether such functionality is implemented as hardware or software depends upon the particular application and design constraints imposed on the implementation. Skilled artisans may implement the described functionality in varying ways for each particular application, but such implementation decisions should not be interpreted as causing a departure from the scope of the present disclosure.
In the several embodiments provided in the present disclosure, it should be understood that the disclosed system, apparatus, and method may be implemented in other ways. For example, the above-described apparatus embodiments are merely illustrative, and for example, the division of the units is only one logical division, and other divisions may be realized in practice, for example, a plurality of units or components may be combined or integrated into another system, or some features may be omitted, or not executed. In addition, the shown or discussed mutual coupling or direct coupling or communication connection may be an indirect coupling or communication connection through some interfaces, devices or units, and may be in an electrical, mechanical or other form.

Claims (14)

1. A method of quality testing, the method being applied to a quality testing platform, the method comprising:
receiving a quality inspection request sent by a merchant of the e-commerce platform for the commodity;
responding to the quality inspection request, and sending a quality inspection task to a third-party quality inspection mechanism to instruct the third-party quality inspection mechanism to give a quality inspection result for the commodity;
and after the quality inspection result is uploaded to the block chain, sending a notification message to the e-commerce platform to notify the e-commerce platform to acquire the quality inspection result from the block chain, so that the e-commerce platform can display the quality inspection result to a consumer when selling the commodity.
2. The method as claimed in claim 1, wherein the quality inspection platform provides quality inspection services for a plurality of merchandise tags, the quality inspection request includes a target merchandise tag selected by the merchant from the plurality of merchandise tags, and the quality inspection request requests the quality inspection platform to perform quality inspection on whether the merchandise has a characteristic defined by the target merchandise tag.
3. The method of claim 2, prior to the receiving a quality inspection request for a good issued by a merchant of an e-commerce platform, the method further comprising:
acquiring search keywords which are uploaded by the e-commerce platform and accord with the mind of the consumer from the block chain;
converting the search keyword into the plurality of item tags;
uploading the plurality of merchandise tags into the blockchain for the merchant to select the target merchandise tag from the plurality of merchandise tags.
4. The method of claim 3, the converting the search keyword into the plurality of item tags, comprising:
initiating voting tasks to a plurality of third-party quality inspection mechanisms to instruct the plurality of third-party quality inspection mechanisms to select keywords which can be quantized by using quality inspection indexes from the search keywords;
and converting the keywords which can be quantified by using the quality inspection indexes into the plurality of commodity labels.
5. The method as claimed in claim 1, wherein the quality control request is used to request the quality control platform to authenticate the authenticity of the quality control report and/or the quality control certificate of the commodity.
6. The method of claim 5, further comprising:
and sending the quality inspection report and/or the authentication result of the quality inspection certificate to the merchant.
7. The method of claim 1, prior to sending the notification message to the e-commerce platform, the method further comprising:
receiving the quality inspection result sent by the third-party quality inspection mechanism;
and uploading the quality inspection result to the block chain.
8. The method of claim 1, wherein the quality inspection results comprise one or more of the following information for the commodity: quality inspection report, quality inspection process, quality inspection validity period, merchant identification, commodity information, quality inspection certificate, authentication result of the quality inspection certificate, authentication report of the quality inspection certificate and commodity label subjected to quality inspection.
9. A quality inspection method applied to an e-commerce platform, the method comprising:
receiving a notification message from a quality inspection platform, wherein the notification message is used for notifying the e-commerce platform to acquire a quality inspection result issued by a third-party quality inspection mechanism for the merchant from the block chain;
and displaying the quality inspection result to the consumer in the process of selling the commodity.
10. The method of claim 9, wherein the quality inspection platform provides quality inspection services for a plurality of merchandise tags, wherein the quality inspection results comprise a target merchandise tag selected by the merchant from the plurality of merchandise tags, and wherein the quality inspection results are used to indicate that the merchandise has a characteristic defined by the target merchandise tag.
11. The method of claim 10, wherein displaying the quality inspection results to a consumer during the sale of the merchandise comprises:
displaying the target commodity label on a detail page of the commodity;
receiving a viewing operation of the consumer for the target commodity label;
and in response to the viewing operation, jumping from the detail page of the commodity to a commodity label certificate page of the commodity to display other information except the target commodity label in the quality inspection result.
12. The method of claim 11, wherein the quality inspection results comprise one or more of the following information for the commodity: quality inspection report, quality inspection process, quality inspection validity period, merchant identification, commodity information, quality inspection certificate, authentication result of the quality inspection certificate, authentication report of the quality inspection certificate and commodity label subjected to quality inspection.
13. The method of claim 9, prior to said receiving a notification message from a quality inspection platform, the method further comprising:
uploading search keywords meeting the mind of a consumer to the block chain so that the quality inspection platform can convert the search keywords into the plurality of commodity labels;
obtaining the plurality of merchandise tags from the blockchain;
displaying the plurality of merchandise tags to a consumer at the e-commerce platform.
14. A quality testing device, the device comprising: a memory having executable code stored therein and a processor configured to execute the executable code to implement the method of any one of claims 1 to 13.
