acquiring the address of the target law enforcement terminal in real time;
in a preset network map, taking the address of the target law enforcement terminal when receiving a law enforcement instruction as a starting point, and taking the target address as an ending point to construct a task standard path; the target address is changed in real time according to the collaboration request, and the task standard path is updated;
the method comprises the steps that the address of the target law enforcement terminal when receiving a law enforcement instruction is taken as a starting point, and the current address of the target law enforcement terminal is taken as an ending point to construct a real-time moving path of the target law enforcement terminal;
comparing the real-time moving path with a task standard path, if the coincidence rate of the real-time moving path and the task standard path is smaller than a preset reference value, determining that a law enforcement officer corresponding to the target law enforcement terminal is in an abnormal law enforcement state, including:
acquiring the distance between the target law enforcement terminal and the target address;
when the distance is gradually close to 0 in a preset time period, comparing the real-time moving path with a task standard path, and if the coincidence rate of the real-time moving path and the task standard path is smaller than a preset reference value, judging that law enforcement personnel corresponding to the target law enforcement terminal are in an abnormal law enforcement state;
when the distance is gradually larger than 0 in a preset time period, judging whether the target law enforcement terminal reaches a target address, and if so, judging that law enforcement personnel corresponding to the target law enforcement terminal are in a law enforcement ending state; otherwise, judging that the law enforcement officer is in an abnormal law enforcement state;
before the comparing the real-time moving path with the task standard path, the method further comprises:
when a collaboration request sent by a target law enforcement terminal is received, sending a collaboration instruction to other corresponding target law enforcement terminals according to a preset allocation principle and the collaboration request, wherein the collaboration instruction comprises a collaboration address;
the law enforcement instruction comprises an instruction execution state, and the sending of the cooperation instruction to the other corresponding target law enforcement terminals according to the preset allocation principle and the cooperation request comprises the following steps:
acquiring execution states of all law enforcement instructions in a preset range, wherein the execution states comprise execution neutralization and execution completion;
the collaboration instruction is sent to a target law enforcement terminal with an execution state of execution completion;
the cooperation instruction comprises the number of people to be assisted, and before the cooperation instruction is sent to the target law enforcement terminal with the execution state of ending execution, the method further comprises the steps of:
acquiring the number of target law enforcement terminals with execution states ending in a preset range;
judging whether the number of the target law enforcement terminals with the execution state being the end of execution is equal to the number of the people to be assisted, if so, sending the collaboration instruction to the target law enforcement terminals with the execution state being the end of execution;
otherwise, judging whether the execution state is that the number of the target law enforcement terminals after the execution is smaller than the number of the rescue people, if so, sending the collaboration instruction to other corresponding target law enforcement terminals according to a preset tuning principle; and if the cooperative instruction is larger than the preset priority, sending the cooperative instruction to a corresponding target law enforcement terminal according to a preset priority principle.

The 5G-based personnel task execution status monitoring method according to claim 1, wherein the collaboration instruction further includes a collaboration urgency level, the law enforcement instruction further includes a law enforcement urgency level, and the sending the collaboration instruction to the corresponding target law enforcement terminal according to a preset tuning principle includes:
acquiring the cooperative emergency degree grade of the cooperative instruction and the law enforcement emergency degree grade of all law enforcement instructions within a preset range;
and comparing the cooperative emergency degree level with the law enforcement emergency degree level, if the cooperative emergency degree level is larger than the law enforcement emergency degree level, sending the cooperative instruction to a corresponding target law enforcement terminal, and updating a task standard path of the target law enforcement terminal.

and sending the collaboration instruction to a corresponding target law enforcement terminal according to the distance and the number of the people to be assisted.
4. A 5G-based personnel task execution status monitoring system, the system comprising:
the system comprises a law enforcement instruction sending module (203) for selecting a target law enforcement terminal and sending a law enforcement instruction for a law enforcement task to the target law enforcement terminal when a new law enforcement task is established, wherein the law enforcement instruction comprises a target address;
