Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, features and advantages of the present invention comprehensible, embodiments accompanied with figures are described in detail below. Several embodiments of the invention are presented in the drawings. This invention may, however, be embodied in many different forms and should not be construed as limited to the embodiments set forth herein. Rather, these embodiments are provided so that this disclosure will be thorough and complete.
Referring to fig. 1, a vehicle remote diagnosis method provided in a first embodiment of the present invention is applied to a vehicle remote diagnosis system, where the vehicle remote diagnosis system includes a vehicle to be diagnosed, a diagnosis device, a connection device, and a cloud, and the vehicle remote diagnosis method includes the following steps:
and step S10, the connection equipment inquires whether a wired connection relation is established with the vehicle to be diagnosed, and if not, an inquiry request is sent to the cloud.
In step S20, the cloud receives the query request and feeds back the VIN code verification instruction to the connection device.
And step S30, the connecting equipment sends the VIN code of the vehicle to be detected to the cloud.
In the first embodiment of the invention, whether the vehicle to be diagnosed and the diagnostic equipment establish the interconnection relationship in a wired mode is judged, and under the condition that the vehicle to be diagnosed and the diagnostic equipment do not establish the interconnection relationship in a wired mode, the vehicle to be diagnosed is not diagnosed by the diagnostic equipment, and at the moment, the connection relationship is established by the connecting equipment. The connection device is a mobile terminal with a diagnosis instrument application APP, and specifically, the connection device can be a mobile phone, a tablet and other intelligent devices.
Specifically, when the connecting device sends the query request to the cloud, the cloud feeds back the VIN code verification instruction to match the current vehicle to be diagnosed.
And step S40, the cloud calls the vehicle data of the vehicle to be diagnosed according to the VIN code information, and opens the primary diagnosis authority of the vehicle to be diagnosed to the connecting equipment.
The vehicle data includes a vehicle type, a vehicle series, a vehicle configuration, and a part name.
After the connecting device receives the VIN code verification instruction, the VIN code of the vehicle to be diagnosed is input and fed back to the cloud, and the cloud determines the vehicle data of the vehicle to be diagnosed according to the received VIN code. The remote interaction purpose is achieved by the mode that the VIN code is transmitted by the connecting equipment to determine the identity information of the vehicle to be diagnosed.
And step S50, when the connection device sends the advanced diagnosis permission request to the cloud, the cloud inquires the positioning information of the vehicle to be diagnosed according to the vehicle data and compares the positioning information with the positioning information of the connection device.
In the embodiment of the invention, the positioning information of the vehicle to be diagnosed is acquired by the GPS positioning module, the cloud end acquires the positioning information from the positioning acquisition instruction of the vehicle to be diagnosed, and simultaneously acquires the positioning information of the connecting equipment interconnected with the cloud end. And determining whether the user currently operating the connecting equipment is in the vicinity of the vehicle to be diagnosed by comparing the positioning information.
It can be understood that, in the vehicle remote diagnosis method provided by the invention, because some advanced diagnosis functions of the vehicle have certain potential safety hazards during detection, when the advanced diagnosis permission request is sent by the connecting device, the advanced diagnosis permission is given only when the connecting device of the diagnostician is determined to be near the vehicle to be diagnosed in a positioning matching mode, so that the risk of safety accidents caused by the fact that some diagnoses have potential safety hazards and professional diagnosticians are absent in the remote diagnosis process is avoided.
And step S60, if the positioning information of the vehicle to be diagnosed and the positioning information of the connecting device are in the same region range, the cloud feeds back the authority key to the vehicle to be detected.
And step S70, the vehicle to be diagnosed calls the diagnosis data and feeds the diagnosis data back to the connecting equipment.
It will be appreciated that after the authorization key is obtained, the connected device has the authority to present diagnostic tasks to diagnose the condition of the vehicle.
The vehicle remote diagnosis method provided by the invention has the advantages that under the condition that no diagnostic instrument is connected with the vehicle, the interconnection relation among the cloud end, the vehicle with the diagnosis and the connecting equipment is established by remotely accessing the cloud end through the connecting equipment, and then the remote data transmission is carried out, the sending of the diagnosis command and the receiving of the diagnosis result are completed, the time cost and the labor cost of the diagnosis personnel are greatly reduced, and in addition, because some advanced diagnosis functions of the vehicle have certain potential safety hazards during detection, when the advanced diagnosis authority request is sent by the connecting equipment, the connecting equipment of the diagnosing personnel is determined to give the authority of advanced diagnosis when the connecting equipment is near the vehicle to be diagnosed in a positioning matching mode, so that the condition that in the process of remote diagnosis, the risk of safety accidents due to the safety hazard of some diagnoses and the absence of professional diagnosticians.
Referring to fig. 2, a flowchart illustrating a vehicle to be diagnosed retrieving diagnostic data and feeding back the data to a connection device according to an embodiment of the present invention includes the following specific steps:
and step S61, when the vehicle to be diagnosed obtains the authority key, the vehicle to be diagnosed loads the diagnosis script file and the verification script file from the cloud.
Step S62, verifying whether the verification script file is legal and complete.
And step S63, if yes, diagnosing the vehicle to be diagnosed through the diagnosis script file, and forming a diagnosis result to be fed back to the cloud.
Specifically, the diagnosis instrument applies an UDS message group or a Lua diagnosis script of an APP (application program) needing to diagnose the ECU, and calls a cloud API (application program interface) to send a diagnosis request; the cloud receives the diagnosis task and transmits the command packet to the corresponding vehicle to be diagnosed; and starting a diagnosis task after the SDK component of the vehicle to be diagnosed receives the diagnosis command.
And step S64, the cloud end feeds back the diagnosis result to the connecting equipment.
After the vehicle to be diagnosed is diagnosed, the UDS messages are issued to the bus one by one, and the received responses are sent back; the cloud and the diagnostic instrument apply APP to transmit a diagnostic result every second; and calling ODX-d to analyze and display data after the diagnosis instrument application APP receives the response.
Referring to fig. 3, a flowchart of generating a diagnostic script according to a first embodiment of the present invention includes the following steps:
step S611, the cloud performs module division and function division on the diagnosis command, and integrates a diagnosis command menu through the connection device.
It can be understood that, on the connection device (i.e. the diagnostic device APP), the modules and functions of the diagnostic command need to be divided, so as to form a diagnostic command menu on the diagnostic device APP of the connection device, so as to issue the multifunctional and multi-module diagnostic command.
And step S612, the cloud correspondingly generates a corresponding diagnosis task according to the selected diagnosis command.
And when the multi-diagnosis command is received, analyzing the diagnosis command so as to form a corresponding diagnosis task.
Step S613, the cloud generates a diagnostic script file according to the diagnostic task.
Because the data reading mode of the vehicle to be diagnosed needs to be analyzed, the diagnosis task at the cloud end cannot be directly read by the vehicle to be diagnosed, and therefore the ODX-d format conversion needs to be carried out on the diagnosis task to form a diagnosis script file, so that the vehicle to be diagnosed can directly read the diagnosis task.
Referring to fig. 4, a flowchart of the cloud end feeding back the diagnosis result to the connection device according to the first embodiment of the present invention includes the following steps:
step S631, when the connection device selects a plurality of diagnosis commands, the cloud correspondingly generates a plurality of diagnosis tasks according to the plurality of diagnosis commands and sends the plurality of diagnosis tasks to the vehicle to be detected.
In the embodiment of the invention, because different module systems are often required to be diagnosed in the vehicle diagnosis process, the issued diagnosis command often covers a plurality of commands, and therefore a plurality of diagnosis commands can correspondingly generate a plurality of diagnosis cultural relics to be sent to the vehicle to be detected.
And step S632, after the vehicle to be detected receives a plurality of diagnosis tasks, the called diagnosis data are synchronously transmitted to the bus of the vehicle to be detected through a plurality of ECUs respectively.
According to the method, when a plurality of diagnosis tasks are received (a general diagnosis command comprises a plurality of diagnosis tasks), in order to avoid the condition that data of a vehicle to be diagnosed is jammed due to the fact that the plurality of diagnosis tasks are issued, the method synchronously sends the data to the bus of the vehicle to be diagnosed through a plurality of ECUs, and particularly supports the simultaneous sending of the plurality of ECUs for accelerating the diagnosis speed; the diagnostic instrument applies the APP package and sends the APP package to the communication layer; the communication layer sends a command to the bus (if the message is long, the communication layer is responsible for unpacking and sending the flow control packet); the communication layer uploads the received response (if the message is long, the communication layer is responsible for packaging) to the cloud; and the cloud terminal calls the ODX-d to analyze the response command and returns display data to a diagnosis instrument application APP interface of the connecting equipment. Thereby improving the efficiency of the diagnosis.
