Abstract
本发明公开了一种片上集成手机光谱仪及手机,其包括:探测系统,包括手机镜头和集成有拜耳滤镜的焦平面探测器;光谱滤光片阵列,集成于拜耳滤镜的边缘,光谱滤光片阵列包括多个不同光谱透过率的滤光通道,每个滤光通道对应一个或多个探测器像素;手机镜头用于采集被测物的反射光线,焦平面探测器用于采集反射光线的强度信号,并获得不同滤光通道对应的不同强度信号后,由数据处理系统进行光谱重构,得到被测物的光谱数据。本发明将光谱滤光片阵列集成在焦平面探测器上构成光谱仪,无复杂庞大的分光元件和系统,结构紧凑,光谱滤光片阵列仅需集成在拜尔滤镜的边缘,无额外附件,具有集成度高、响应速度快、光谱分辨率佳等优点。

技术领域
本发明涉及光谱仪技术领域,特别涉及一种片上集成手机光谱仪及手机。
背景技术
光谱仪通过获取物体表面反射光线或发射光线,可测得其光谱信息,从而得知被测物所含物质重量和成分,常用于环境污染、食品卫生、真伪辨别、光源检测、矿物勘探等领域。传统的光谱仪体积庞大,价格昂贵,常在实验室、生产车间等特定场景使用,携带十分不便,这严重限制了光谱仪在日常生活中的推广应用。随着生活水平的不断提高,人们对食品安全、药品优劣、果蔬新鲜度等问题越来越重视。随着移动互联网时代的到来,以智能手机为代表的移动设备已发展成智能数据终端,与手机相结合的各种设备和功能不断推出。如何在智能手机上配备具有对食品、物品的真实性、优劣性进行检测的微型光谱仪,成为研发人员需要解决的问题。
目前,国内外研究人员已经开始对用于智能手机的光谱仪模块进行研发,如CN111458028A,CN104062007A,CN206235769U,CN211955212U,CN213091491U,US10983002B2,US2009227287A1等。但现有手机光谱仪的方案大多需在手机镜头前外接微型光谱仪设备,或在手机内部添加额外附件。外接设备的方法仍需用户额外携带光谱仪设备,尽管微型光谱仪设备体积小、重量轻,但该方法还是不够便携,仍难做到随时随地的检测。手机内部添加额外附件的办法在便携性上得到了很大提升,但会增加手机功耗和成本,且影响美观。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种集成度高、响应速度快、光谱分辨率佳的片上集成手机光谱仪。
为了解决上述问题,本发明提供了一种片上集成手机光谱仪,其包括:
探测系统,包括手机镜头和集成有拜耳滤镜的焦平面探测器;
光谱滤光片阵列,集成于所述拜耳滤镜的边缘,所述光谱滤光片阵列包括多个不同光谱透过率的滤光通道,每个滤光通道对应一个或多个探测器像素;
所述手机镜头用于采集被测物的反射光线,所述焦平面探测器用于采集所述反射光线的强度信号,并获得不同滤光通道对应的不同强度信号后,由数据处理系统进行光谱重构,得到被测物的光谱数据。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述光谱重构包括以下步骤:
S1、测量光谱滤光片透过率,第n个滤光通道的透过率为Tn,Tn为透过率关于波长的函数,在被测波段内波长等间隔采样,共m个采样点,将所有Tn组成矩阵T,T是规模为n×m的二维矩阵:
S2、将手机镜头靠近被测物,通过焦平面探测器采集被测物反射光线的强度信号;此时,第n个滤光通道对应的探测器像素响应值为In,将所有In组成矩阵I,I为一维矩阵:
S3、被测物光谱的矩阵S通过下式计算得到:
S=T-1·I
S是长度为m的一维矩阵,表示被测物在不同波长的反射率。

本发明片上集成手机光谱仪将光谱滤光片阵列集成在焦平面探测器上构成光谱仪,无复杂庞大的分光元件和系统,结构十分紧凑。光谱滤光片阵列仅需集成在焦平面探测器原有拜尔滤镜的边缘,无额外附件,且对手机原有的拍照功能无影响。具有集成度高、响应速度快、光谱分辨率佳等优点。

探测系统2,包括手机镜头21和集成有拜耳滤镜231的焦平面探测器23;
光谱滤光片阵232,集成于所述拜耳滤镜231的边缘,所述光谱滤光片阵列232包括多个不同光谱透过率的滤光通道,每个滤光通道对应一个或多个探测器像素;如对应1×1、2×2、3×3、或10×10个像素等。
所述手机镜头21用于采集被测物的反射光线22,所述焦平面探测器23用于采集所述反射光线22的强度信号,并获得不同滤光通道对应的不同强度信号后,由数据处理系统进行光谱重构,得到被测物的光谱数据。
可选的,本发明还包括用于在测量时照亮被测物的照明系统。进一步的,所述照明系统为手机闪光灯3。
可选的,所述数据处理系统为手机处理器。

在其中一实施例中,光谱滤光片阵列的透过率曲线如图3所示,阵列中共有50个滤光通道,即n=50。该光谱仪设计波长范围为0.4μm~0.8μm,每个滤光通道的透过率都不同,在波段范围内,透过率函数的波长采样点数为50,即m=50。光谱滤光片阵列组成的透过率矩阵为:

本发明中,光谱测量与手机镜头拍照相互独立,光谱测量时仅用到光谱滤光片阵列对应像素的数据;拍照时仅用到拜尔滤镜对应像素的数据。
本发明优选实施例还公开了一种手机,其集成有上述任一实施例所述的片上集成手机光谱仪。
本发明将光谱滤光片阵列集成在焦平面探测器上构成光谱仪,无复杂庞大的分光元件和系统,结构十分紧凑。光谱滤光片阵列仅需集成在焦平面探测器原有拜尔滤镜的边缘,无额外附件,且对手机原有的拍照功能无影响。
本发明利用手机原有的闪光灯作为照明系统,手机镜头作为集光系统,手机本身作为数据处理系统,与手机兼容性好,成本十分低廉。可随时随地进行光谱测试,特别适用于日常生活,有很大的应用前景。

所述手机镜头用于采集被测物的反射光线,所述焦平面探测器用于采集所述反射光线的强度信号,并获得不同滤光通道对应的不同强度信号后,由数据处理系统进行光谱重构,得到被测物的光谱数据。
