Abstract
本发明涉及链轮结构的技术领域,特别是涉及一种简易涨紧结构链轮;包括链轮本体,链轮本体的外侧等角度均匀设置有轮齿;还包括涨紧内套和紧固螺钉,链轮本体的中部设置有安装孔,安装孔的内径由一端向另一端逐渐变小,涨紧内套的中部设置有与转轴配合的圆孔,涨紧内套与链轮本体通过紧固螺钉固定连接,并在涨紧内套的一端设置有涨紧套管,涨紧套管的外表面为与安装孔配合的锥面结构;可以保证链轮与转轴的同轴度,有效避免传动过程中出现跳动的情况,保证传动效果和链轮的使用寿命,而且降低制造成本,便于安装,提高实用性。

技术领域
本发明涉及链轮结构的技术领域,特别是涉及一种简易涨紧结构链轮。
背景技术
众所周知,链轮是一种带嵌齿式扣链齿的轮子,用以与节链环或缆索上节距准确的块体相啮合。链轮被广泛应用于化工、纺织机械、自动扶梯,木材加工,立体停车库,农业机械,食品加工、仪表仪器、石油等行业的机械传动等;现有的链轮普遍采用键槽的方式固定在转轴上,链轮与转轴之间存在间隙,在传动的过程中链轮与转轴的同轴度较差,容易在传动的过程中出现跳动的情况,影响传动效果,影响链轮的使用寿命,而且制造成本较高,安装复杂,导致实用性较低。
发明内容
(一)解决的技术问题
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供一种简易涨紧结构链轮,可以保证链轮与转轴的同轴度,有效避免传动过程中出现跳动的情况,保证传动效果和链轮的使用寿命,而且降低制造成本,便于安装,提高实用性。
(二)技术方案
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种简易涨紧结构链轮,包括链轮本体,链轮本体的外侧等角度均匀设置有轮齿;还包括涨紧内套和紧固螺钉,所述链轮本体的中部设置有安装孔,所述安装孔的内径由一端向另一端逐渐变小,所述涨紧内套的中部设置有与转轴配合的圆孔,涨紧内套与链轮本体通过所述紧固螺钉固定连接,并在涨紧内套的一端设置有涨紧套管,所述涨紧套管的外表面为与安装孔配合的锥面结构。
优选的,所述涨紧内套和涨紧套管一体成型,涨紧内套和涨紧套管上设置有连通的收缩开口。
优选的,所述链轮本体的一端设置有多组螺纹槽,所述涨紧套管上设置有多组穿孔,所述紧固螺钉设置有多组,多组紧固螺钉的端部分别穿过多组穿孔并分别插入并螺装至多组螺纹槽内。
优选的,所述多组穿孔均采用槽型孔,所述槽型孔位于涨紧内套的半径上。
优选的,所述涨紧内套上设置有若干松套螺纹孔。
(三)有益效果
与现有技术相比,本发明提供了一种简易涨紧结构链轮,具备以下有益效果:
1、该简易涨紧结构链轮,安装时将链轮本体和涨紧内套均套设在转轴上,然后将涨紧内套的涨紧套管插入链轮本体和转轴之间的间隙,按顺序旋紧紧固螺钉,在紧固螺钉的作用下使得涨紧套管不断插入链轮本体的安装孔,由于链轮本体的安装孔和涨紧套管的外表面具有配合的锥度,使得涨紧套管轴向运动的同时,产生一定的径向力将涨紧套管压缩,涨紧套管和链轮本体之间通过摩擦力完成锁紧,可以保证链轮与转轴的同轴度,有效避免传动过程中出现跳动的情况,保证传动效果和链轮的使用寿命;
2、该简易涨紧结构链轮,仅包括链轮本体、涨紧内套和紧固螺钉,降低制造成本,通过顺序旋松旋紧紧固螺钉即可完成拆装,便于安装,提高实用性。

请参阅图1-4,本发明的一种简易涨紧结构链轮,包括链轮本体1,链轮本体1的外侧等角度均匀设置有轮齿2;还包括涨紧内套3和紧固螺钉4,所述链轮本体1的中部设置有安装孔5,所述安装孔5的内径由一端向另一端逐渐变小,所述涨紧内套3的中部设置有与转轴配合的圆孔,涨紧内套3与链轮本体1通过所述紧固螺钉4固定连接,并在涨紧内套3的一端设置有涨紧套管6,所述涨紧套管6的外表面为与安装孔5配合的锥面结构7,锥面结构7和安装孔5的锥度,可以根据材质进行选择,以达到自锁摩擦系数为最基本原则,所述涨紧内套3和涨紧套管6一体成型,涨紧内套3和涨紧套管6上设置有连通的收缩开口8,涨紧内套3在不受力的状态下自动涨大一定范围,方便套设在转轴上,通过收缩开口8保证涨紧内套3和涨紧套管6可以进行变径收缩,完成链轮本体1与转轴同轴固定。
所述链轮本体1的一端设置有多组螺纹槽9,所述涨紧套管6上设置有多组穿孔10,所述紧固螺钉4设置有多组,多组紧固螺钉4的端部分别穿过多组穿孔10并分别插入并螺装至多组螺纹槽9内,所述多组穿孔10均采用槽型孔,所述槽型孔位于涨紧内套3的半径上,紧固螺钉4穿过穿孔10并螺装插入螺纹槽9内,使得链轮本体1与涨紧内套3紧固,穿孔10采用槽型孔,还可以采用比紧固螺钉直径稍大的圆孔,保证涨紧内套3可以进行变径。
所述涨紧内套3上设置有若干松套螺纹孔11,松套螺纹孔11等角度均匀设置,拆卸涨紧内套3时,将紧固螺钉4旋松后,将松套螺钉螺装穿过松套螺纹孔11,使得松套螺钉的端部与链轮本体1之间产生推力,从而将涨紧内套3拆卸。
安装时,将链轮本体1和涨紧内套3均套设在转轴上,然后将涨紧内套3的涨紧套管6插入链轮本体1和转轴之间的间隙,按顺序旋紧紧固螺钉4,在紧固螺钉4的作用下使得涨紧套管6不断插入链轮本体1的安装孔5,由于链轮本体1的安装孔5和涨紧套管6的外表面具有配合的锥度,使得涨紧套管6轴向运动的同时,产生一定的径向力将涨紧套管6压缩,涨紧套管6和链轮本体1之间通过摩擦力完成锁紧,可以保证链轮与转轴的同轴度,有效避免传动过程中出现跳动的情况,保证传动效果和链轮的使用寿命;拆卸涨紧内套3时,将紧固螺钉4旋松后,将松套螺钉螺装穿过松套螺纹孔11,使得松套螺钉的端部与链轮本体1之间产生推力,从而将涨紧内套3拆卸。
本案的涨紧结构不仅适用于链轮的安装,同样适用于齿轮与轴之间的安装、皮带轮与轴之间的安装。

1.一种简易涨紧结构链轮,包括链轮本体(1),链轮本体(1)的外侧等角度均匀设置有轮齿(2);其特征在于,还包括涨紧内套(3)和紧固螺钉(4),所述链轮本体(1)的中部设置有安装孔(5),所述安装孔(5)的内径由一端向另一端逐渐变小,所述涨紧内套(3)的中部设置有与转轴配合的圆孔,涨紧内套(3)与链轮本体(1)通过所述紧固螺钉(4)固定连接,并在涨紧内套(3)的一端设置有涨紧套管(6),所述涨紧套管(6)的外表面为与安装孔(5)配合的锥面结构(7)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种简易涨紧结构链轮,其特征在于,所述涨紧内套(3)和涨紧套管(6)一体成型,涨紧内套(3)和涨紧套管(6)上设置有连通的收缩开口(8)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种简易涨紧结构链轮,其特征在于,所述链轮本体(1)的一端设置有多组螺纹槽(9),所述涨紧套管(6)上设置有多组穿孔(10),所述紧固螺钉(4)设置有多组,多组紧固螺钉(4)的端部分别穿过多组穿孔(10)并分别插入并螺装至多组螺纹槽(9)内。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种简易涨紧结构链轮,其特征在于,所述多组穿孔(10)均采用槽型孔,所述槽型孔位于涨紧内套(3)的半径上。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种简易涨紧结构链轮,其特征在于,所述涨紧内套(3)上设置有若干松套螺纹孔(11)。
