According to the small-diameter cutter head with the novel cutter mounting mode, when a hob is mounted, a wedge block and a transition block are pre-mounted in a cutter base, the hob is placed in a mounting position of the cutter base, and meanwhile an end cover of the hob is matched with the transition block to support the lower surface of the end cover of the hob; a pressing block is installed, is matched with an end cover of the hob and fixes the hob through a contact surface so as to bear vibration and lateral force when the hob breaks rock; and the locking standard part penetrates through the pressing block, the transition block, the wedge block and the cutter holder in sequence and is locked, and finally the hob is firmly fixed on the cutter holder. This minor diameter blade disc with novel cutter mounting means through the locking mode that changes the hobbing cutter, and the structure is more compact, can effectively reduce the size of blade holder, and the atress is better, can improve the life of blade holder greatly. Background
At present, in the design of a cutter head of a full-face rock tunnel boring machine, the arrangement of hobs is limited by the rock strength and the cutter property, and the distance between adjacent path hobs (cutter distance) cannot be too large.
Generally, a medium-diameter cutter head and a large-diameter cutter head have large sizes, a manual operation space is arranged at the rear part of the cutter head, a back mounting mode is usually adopted for installing a hob, a wedge block is adopted for locking the hob, and a small-diameter cutter head does not have enough operation space and usually needs a tool changing mode at the front part of the cutter head.
When the diameter of the cutterhead becomes smaller, the more difficult the arrangement of the cutters is, the smaller-diameter cutterhead is often realized by reducing the size of the hob or reducing the size of the tool apron, but the reduction of the hob model can cause the corresponding tunneling efficiency to be low.
Therefore, how to maintain the tunneling efficiency of the small-diameter cutter head is a technical problem to be solved urgently by the technical personnel in the field.

The invention aims to provide a small-diameter cutter head with a novel cutter mounting mode and a tunnel boring machine.
In order to solve the technical problem, the invention provides a small-diameter cutter head with a novel cutter mounting mode, which comprises a hob, a cutter holder and a clamping device;

The tool apron 2 is provided with an installation position for accommodating the hob 1, the tool apron 2 is used for being connected with a cutterhead panel M, specifically, the tool apron 2 can be welded to the cutterhead panel M, of course, other connection modes can be adopted, such as detachable connection, or welding connection and the like after detachable connection, adaptability selection can be performed according to actual requirements, and any connection mode is within the protection range of the scheme.
And two clamping devices are respectively arranged on two sides of the hob 1 and are used for clamping the end cover of the hob 1.
The clamping device comprises a wedge block 3, a transition block 4, a pressing block 5 and a locking standard part 6. The wedge block 3 is used for connecting the tool apron 2 and the transition block 4; the transition block 4 is used for providing upward supporting force for the end cover of the hob 1; the pressing block 5 is used for providing downward pressing force for the end cover of the hob 1; through holes for inserting the locking standard parts are formed in the relative positions of the pressing block 5, the transition block 4, the wedge block 3 and the tool holder 2. The stress transmission mode of each part of the small-diameter cutter head is as follows: the radial force of the hob 1 is transmitted to the transition block 4 through the contact surface B, then transmitted to the wedge block 3 through the contact surface C, then transmitted to the tool apron 2 through the contact surfaces D and E, and then transmitted to the cutterhead panel M. The hob 1 is fixed by the pressing block 5 through the contact surface A so as to bear the vibration and the lateral force when the hob breaks rock. The stress angle of the hob 1 and the transition block 4 and the angle of the wedge block 3 are obtained through strict stress calculation, and the stress of each part can be effectively reduced. Through the locking mode that changes the hobbing cutter, the structure of minor diameter blade disc is more compact, can effectively reduce the size of blade holder 2, and the atress is better, can improve the life of blade holder greatly. Meanwhile, the number and specification size of cutters of the small-diameter cutter head are ensured, and the tunneling efficiency of the small-diameter cutter head is kept.
In this embodiment, the end cap of the hob 1 is provided with straight faces and/or inclined faces for respectively cooperating with the transition block 4 and the pressing block 5. As shown in fig. 2, the contact surfaces of the transition block 4 and the end cap of the hob 1 are both inclined surfaces, i.e. the surfaces are non-horizontal and non-vertical. The contact surfaces of the end covers of the pressing block 5 and the hob 1 are straight surfaces, the pressing block 5 is a rectangular block, and the contact surface of the end cover of the hob 1 comprises a horizontal surface and a vertical surface. The hob 1 is fixed through the contact surface A by the pressing block 5, and force is applied in the horizontal direction and the vertical direction so as to bear vibration and lateral force when the hob breaks rock.
Similarly, the contact surface of the wedge 3 and the transition block 4 is an inclined surface, and the contact surface of the wedge 3 and the tool holder 2 is a bending surface, so that the force balance of the wedge 3 in the horizontal direction before the locking standard part 6 is inserted and locked is realized. The bending surfaces include both horizontal and vertical surfaces. The transition block 4 transmits the force of the hob 1 to the wedge block 3 and then to the tool apron 2 through the wedge block 3.
The tool apron 2 and the cutter head panel M are detachably connected or welded. The tool apron 2 and the transition block 4 can be made of common carbon steel materials, so that the welding performance with a cutter head panel can be improved, and the stability is improved. In addition, the wedge block 3 and the transition block 4 can be of split structures, so that later maintenance is facilitated, and of course, the wedge block can also be of an integrally formed structure.
Specifically, the locking standard component 6 is a locking bolt, an internal thread is arranged in the through hole of the tool apron 2, and the end part of the locking bolt can be directly screwed on the tool apron 2.
Further, a plurality of hobs 1 are arranged on the tool apron 2, and the installation positions are arranged on the tool apron 2 at intervals. In order to reduce the space requirement and to reduce the size of the hob base as much as possible, the clamping device between two adjacent hob bases 2 can be designed as a clamping device which can be used to simultaneously clamp two hob bases 2.
