In the transmission mechanism of the oil pumping unit, torque transmission between a walking beam and a cross beam is completed by a cross beam bearing seat assembly, and meanwhile, in the operation process of the oil pumping unit, the rotation of the angle between a connecting rod cross beam and the walking beam is also realized by the cross beam bearing seat. The beam bearing seat assembly bears all output torque and is one of several key stress parts of the pumping unit, the beam bearing seat is connected with a beam through bolts, a shaft is thermally installed in a bearing and fixed in the bearing seat, two ends of the shaft are installed in support holes in an interference mode, a half-moon-shaped baffle plate is used for positioning a support, and the support is connected with a beam through bolts. In the four-bar mechanism, the beam bearing seat assembly has more problems, the force borne by the beam bearing seat is uneven in the operation process of the pumping unit, so that the force borne by the bearing seat connecting bolt is changed in the operation process, the bolt is subjected to changed shearing force, and the probability of bolt fracture is accelerated due to slight displacement of the bearing seat; rotating the shaft to wear the support hole, shearing the baffle fixing bolt, grinding the baffle to be thin and positioning to be invalid and the like. Once these problems occur, the hinge can be separated, and then the oil well and the oil pumping unit can be crashed, and a serious safety accident can occur. The prior art does not have a proper solution, only screws or replaces the bolt after the connecting bolt of the bearing seat is loosened or broken, does not solve the problem fundamentally, and still has great possibility of accidents.
