As shown in fig. 10 to 12, 14 and 15, the limiting clip member 6 includes an elastic clip body 6-1 cooperatively connected with the inside of the wall plate mounting groove 1-1 (the "one" region of the T-shaped wall plate mounting groove 1-1), and a limiting body 6-2 cooperatively connected with the notch portion of the wall plate mounting groove 1-1 (the "1" region of the T-shaped wall plate mounting groove 1-1), wherein an axial end portion of the limiting body 6-2 protrudes from an axial end of the elastic clip body 6-1, and an axial end portion of the limiting body 6-2 is configured to be limitedly connected with the limiting head one 5-1. The connecting side of the first limiting head 5-1 and the support body 5-3 is symmetrically provided with a limiting connecting surface in limiting connection with the axial end part.
The elastic clamping body 6-1 comprises a first clamping plate, a second clamping plate and a spring arranged between the first clamping plate and the second clamping plate. When the first clamping plate and the second clamping plate are pressed oppositely, the first clamping plate and the second clamping plate can move oppositely to be in a pressed state; when the pressing force is released, the first clamping plate and the second clamping plate move reversely to restore the natural state. The thickness of the elastic clamping body 6-1 (namely the length from the first clamping plate to the second clamping plate) in a natural state is larger than the depth of the inner part of the wall plate mounting groove 1-1. The user can make the elastic clamping body 6-1 in a pressed state and make the thickness of the elastic clamping body 6-1 in the pressed state smaller than the depth of the inner part of the wallboard mounting groove 1-1 by pressing the first clamping plate and the second clamping plate, so that the user can put the elastic clamping body 6-1 into the inner part of the wallboard mounting groove 1-1 from the axial end of the wallboard mounting groove 1-1. The width of the elastic clamping body 6-1 needs to be larger than the width of the notch part of the wallboard mounting groove 1-1 (can be equal to the width of the inside of the wallboard mounting groove 1-1), so that the elastic clamping body 6-1 is prevented from falling from the notch part of the wallboard mounting groove 1-1.
The limiting body 6-2 comprises a limiting plate and a connecting portion for connecting a first limiting plate surface with a first clamping plate surface, the width of the limiting plate can be equal to the width of a groove portion of the wallboard mounting groove 1-1, and the length of the limiting plate is greater than that of the elastic clamping body 6-1, so that the axial two ends of the limiting plate protrude out of the axial two ends of the elastic clamping body 6-1, and therefore the limiting plate can be in abutting connection with one side (the side connected with the support body 5-3) of the limiting head I5-1.
The specific use method of the supporting seat is as follows, S1 firstly presses the first clamping plate and the second clamping plate of the elastic clamping body 6-1 of the first limiting clamping piece 6, then the elastic clamping body 6-1 in a pressed state is put into the groove of the wallboard mounting groove 1-1 from the axial end of the wallboard mounting groove 1-1, after the hands are loosened, the elastic clamping body 6-1 enables the first clamping plate and the second clamping plate to be tightly butted and connected with the groove of the wallboard mounting groove 1-1 under the action of a spring, and at the moment, the limiting body 6-2 is just positioned in the notch of the wallboard mounting groove 1-1. As shown in fig. 16 and 17, a threaded connection column 5-4 is arranged on the connection side of the support body 5-3 and the second limiting head 5-2, and a threaded butt joint sleeve 5-5 which is in fit connection with the threaded connection column 5-4 is arranged on the connection side of the second limiting head 5-2 and the support body 5-3.
Due to reasons of production size, production errors and the like, the distance between the partition installation groove 2-1 and the wallboard installation groove 1-1 of each partition 2 may not be equal, so that the limiting connecting piece 5 with fixed axial length (in the direction from the first limiting head 5-1 to the second limiting head 5-2) cannot effectively connect the partition installation groove 2-1 with the wallboard installation groove 1-1. Therefore, the limiting connecting piece 5 is improved, so that the limiting connecting piece 5 can be subjected to fine adjustment on the axial length. The threaded connecting column 5-4 can axially move towards the inside of the threaded butting sleeve 5-5 when positively rotating in the threaded butting sleeve 5-5, and can axially move towards the outside of the threaded butting sleeve 5-5 when negatively rotating in the threaded butting sleeve 5-5, so that the whole axial length of the limiting connecting piece 5 can be adjusted. When the cross section of the second limiting head 5-2 is square, the second limiting head needs to rotate by 90 degrees for fine adjustment every time, but the supporting effect is better; the cross section of the second limiting head 5-2 can also be circular, and the rotation fine adjustment is more convenient.
The thread butting sleeve 5-5 is sequentially provided with a smooth surface cavity part and a thread cavity part from the inside to the outside of the sleeve along the axial direction, the diameter of the smooth surface cavity part is larger than that of the thread cavity part, the thread connecting column 5-4 is in matched connection with the thread cavity part, and the free end of the thread connecting column 5-4 is provided with a limiting ring body, the diameter of the limiting ring body is larger than that of the thread connecting column 5-4, and the limiting ring body is in matched connection with the smooth surface cavity part. No matter how to rotate, the limiting ring body is limited in the smooth cavity, and the structure can prevent the threaded connecting column 5-4 from being separated from the threaded butting sleeve 5-5, so that the first limiting head 5-1 and the second limiting head 5-2 can be prevented from being separated, and the structural stability of the limiting connecting piece 5 is good.
As shown in fig. 18-26, the wall panel base 4 includes a base housing 4-1, an internal adjustment mount 4-2 and a fixed connector 4-3.
The base shell 4-1 comprises an annular shell 4-1-1 with a plurality of pairs of axial limiting grooves 4-1-2 arranged on the inner peripheral wall and an edge connector 4-1-3 with a connecting hole 4-1-4. The edge connector 4-1-3 can be connected to the wall through the connecting hole 4-1-4 and the fastening screw, thereby fixing the base housing 4-1 to the wall.
The internal adjusting seat 4-2 comprises an annular sleeve body 4-2-1, a pair of limiting protrusions 4-2-2 arranged on the outer wall of the annular sleeve body 4-2-1 and connected with the axial limiting grooves 4-1-2 in a matching manner, and a plurality of pairs of limiting plates 4-2-3 arranged on the inner wall of the annular sleeve body 4-2-1 at intervals along the axial direction. The limiting bulge 4-2-2 of the internal adjusting seat 4-2 is axially inserted into a pair of axial limiting grooves 4-1-2 of the base shell 4-1 to realize the clamping connection of the internal adjusting seat 4-2 and the base shell 4-1.
The fixed connecting piece 4-3 comprises a first fixed block 4-3-1 in matched connection with the limiting plate 4-2-3, a connecting rod 4-3-2 with an axial first end connected with the first fixed block 4-3-1 and matched connection with the wallboard mounting hole 1-2, and a second fixed block 4-3-3 in detachable connection with an axial second end of the connecting rod 4-3-2.
The shape of the first fixed block 4-3-1 is matched with the open shape between each pair of limit plates 4-2-3, namely the pair of limit plates 4-2-3 and the first fixed block 4-3-1 can be just assembled into the inner circle of the annular sleeve body 4-2-1. An interval space allowing the first fixing block 4-3-1 to be clamped is arranged between the two adjacent pairs of limiting plates 4-2-3, the axial length of the interval space can be slightly larger than the thickness of the first fixing block 4-3-1, and the interval space is used for limiting and mounting the first fixing block 4-3-1. The first fixed block 4-3-1 is butted with different spacing spaces, so that the connecting rod 4-3-2 protrudes out of the annular sleeve body 4-2-1 for different lengths, and the butting with the wall boards 1 with different thicknesses can be realized.
When the wall plate 1 is installed, the base shell 4-1 and the internal adjusting seat 4-2 are installed firstly, then the first fixing block 4-3-1 with the connecting rod 4-3-2 is correspondingly connected with the spacing space at the proper position, then the wall plate installing hole 1-2 of the wall plate 1 is inserted by aligning the connecting rod 4-3-2, and finally the second fixing block 4-3-3 is connected and fixed with the axial second end of the connecting rod 4-3-2 to complete the limit connection of the wall plate 1 on the wall.
The axial second end of the connecting rod 4-3-2 is provided with a threaded connecting hole 4-3-4, and the second fixing block 4-3-3 is provided with a threaded connector 4-3-5 which is in matched connection with the threaded connecting hole 4-3-4. On one hand, the second fixing block 4-3-3 is connected with the connecting rod 4-3-2 in a threaded connection mode, so that the dismounting operation is very simple and convenient; on the other hand, the structure can adapt to the installation of wallboards 1 with different thicknesses, and when the wallboard 1 is thicker, the thread connecting section of the thread connecting hole 4-3-4 which is overlapped with the thread connector 4-3-5 can be shorter; when the wall plate 1 is thin, the thread connecting section of the thread connecting hole 4-3-4 which is overlapped with the thread connector 4-3-5 can be longer.
The axial lengths of any two pairs of the axial limiting grooves 4-1-2 are different. The invention can be provided with three pairs of axial limiting grooves 4-1-2, namely a No. 1 axial limiting groove 4-1-2 pair, a No. 2 axial limiting groove 4-1-2 pair and a No. 3 axial limiting groove 4-1-2 pair. The axial length of the No. 1 axial limiting groove 4-1-2 pair is greater than that of the No. 2 axial limiting groove 4-1-2 pair, and the axial length of the No. 2 axial limiting groove 4-1-2 pair is greater than that of the No. 3 axial limiting groove 4-1-2 pair. When the limiting bulge 4-2-2 of the internal adjusting seat 4-2 is assembled and connected with the No. 2 axial limiting groove 4-1-2, the axial free end surface of the annular shell 4-1-1 is flush with the axial free end surface of the annular sleeve 4-2-1; when the limiting bulge 4-2-2 of the internal adjusting seat 4-2 is assembled and connected with the No. 1 axial limiting groove 4-1-2, the axial free end surface of the annular shell 4-1-1 is higher than the axial free end surface of the annular sleeve 4-2-1; when the limiting bulge 4-2-2 of the internal adjusting seat 4-2 is in assembly connection with the No. 3 axial limiting groove 4-1-2, the axial free end surface of the annular shell 4-1-1 is lower than the axial free end surface of the annular sleeve 4-2-1. The limiting bulge 4-2-2 is assembled and connected with the axial limiting groove 4-1-2 with different axial lengths, so that the connecting rod 4-3-2 can protrude out of the annular shell 4-1-1 or the annular sleeve body 4-2-1 with different axial lengths, and can be assembled and connected with the wall boards 1 with different thicknesses.
The wallboard base 4 can be adaptively assembled and connected with wallboards 1 with different thicknesses from the three aspects of selection of the axial length of the axial limiting groove 4-1-2, selection of the space position between two adjacent pairs of limiting plates 4-2-3 and length setting of the thread overlapping section of the thread connecting hole 4-3-4 and the thread connector 4-3-5, and has extremely wide applicability. Wherein, the axial length of the axial limiting groove 4-1-2 is selected to be the largest in the adjusting range of the adaptive adjustment of the thickness of the wallboard 1; the space positions between two adjacent pairs of limiting plates 4-2-3 are selected to be moderate in adjusting range for adaptively adjusting the thickness of the wallboard 1; the length of the thread overlapping section of the thread connecting hole 4-3-4 and the thread connector 4-3-5 is set to be the minimum adjusting range for the thickness adaptability adjustment of the wallboard 1. In actual installation, the user can adjust three aspects in proper order according to wallboard 1's actual thickness to can install wallboard 1 fast effectively.
