The gypsum ash collecting box is arranged in a closed manner, and a material distributor is arranged in the gypsum ash collecting box and can prevent gypsum ash from reversely entering the pneumatic conveying pipeline 32.
The pneumatic conveying device 3 is arranged to convey gypsum ash to the processing device 4 and comprises a fan 31 and a pneumatic conveying pipeline 32. The wind power output end of the fan 31 is connected with the gypsum ash collecting box 22, the input end 321 of the pneumatic conveying pipeline 32 is connected with the gypsum ash collecting box 21, and the output end 322 is connected with the input end of the processing device 4. The separating device 2 separates gypsum ash, which is collected in the gypsum ash collection box 21, and paper dust, which is collected in the paper dust collection box 22. The fan of the pneumatic transmission system generates wind power to transmit the gypsum ash to the processing device 4 through the pneumatic transmission pipeline 32 for processing, and finally the gypsum board coagulant is obtained. The gypsum board coagulant generation device of the embodiment collects the trimming waste of the gypsum board as the production raw material of the gypsum board coagulant by arranging the dust collector 1 on the gypsum board trimming production line, thereby saving the cost.
