Detailed Description
For a better understanding of the nature of the invention, its description is further set forth below in connection with the specific embodiments and the drawings.
The invention is suitable for the shipping and loading and unloading of the yacht, and the structure of the specific embodiment is shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2, and comprises a lifting driving assembly 1, a transmission assembly 2, a supporting assembly 3 and a U-shaped frame 4; the lifting driving assembly 1 and the transmission assembly 2 are fixed on a U-shaped frame 4, and the supporting assembly 3 and the U-shaped frame 4 are rotatably connected through a rotating shaft 6; a group of transmission assemblies 2 and a group of supporting assemblies 3 are respectively arranged on two arms of the U-shaped frame 4; wheels are arranged at the bottom of the U-shaped frame 4. Two ends of the U-shaped frame 4 are respectively provided with a directional wheel 7, and the arc-shaped end is provided with a universal wheel 5.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the lifting drive assembly 1 includes a manual hydraulic press 11, a swing link support 12 and a swing link 14 provided on the U-shaped frame 4; the manual hydraulic press 11 consists of a small piston 111 and a large piston 112; one end of the swing pull rod 14 is provided with an extrusion module 13, and the extrusion module 13 is used for extruding the small piston 111; the swing pull rod bracket 12 is rotatably connected with one end of the swing pull rod 14, which is provided with the extrusion module 13; a guide rail bracket 15 is arranged on the large piston 112, and a first guide rail 16 is arranged on the guide rail bracket 15; the swing link support 12 is connected to a guide rail support 15. When the hydraulic lifting device is used, the swing pull rod 14 is repeatedly pulled, so that oil at the lower part of the small piston 111 is pressed into the lower part of the large piston 112 through an internal oil circuit under the action of the extrusion module 13, and at the moment, due to the lever principle and the pascal principle, the large piston 112 generates hundreds of times of force, so that the first rack 21 is driven to move upwards along the first guide rail 16.
As shown in fig. 5, the transmission assembly 2 comprises a first rack 21 connected to the center of the large piston 112, a transmission shaft 23 and a second guide rail 26 fixed to the U-shaped frame 4; the first rack 21 can slide freely along the first guide rail 16; a first gear 22 and a second gear 24 are fixed on the transmission shaft 23, and the first gear 22 is meshed with the first rack 21; the second gears 24 are positioned at two ends of the transmission shaft 23; a second rack 25 capable of sliding freely is arranged on the second guide rail 26, and the second gear 24 is meshed with the second rack 25; the transmission shaft 23 is fixed on the U-shaped frame 4 through a transmission bracket 27. When the first rack 21 moves along the first guide rail 16, the first rack 21 drives the first gear 22 to rotate, so that the linear motion of the large piston 112 is converted into the rotary motion of the transmission shaft 23. When the transmission shaft 23 is driven, the second gear 24 rotates and drives the second rack 25 to slide on the second guide rail 26, so that the connecting rod 31 is pulled and a great pulling force is generated.
As shown in fig. 6, the jacking assembly comprises a connecting rod 31 hinged with the second rack 25, a rotating lever 32 and a yacht bracket 33; the rotating lever 32 is a labor-consuming lever, a power arm is rotatably connected with the connecting rod 31, a resistance arm is rotatably connected with the yacht bracket 33, and a fulcrum is connected with the U-shaped frame 4 through a rotating shaft 6. The rotating lever 32 is provided in two, one is installed in the middle of the link 31, and the other is installed at the end of the link 31. When the transmission assembly 2 pulls the connecting rod 31, the two rotating levers 32 rotate at the same time, and the yacht bracket 33 is lifted by high height under the condition of short-distance pulling because the rotating levers 32 are labor-consuming levers, so that the yacht 8 is lifted; when the yacht 8 is lifted to a proper position, the yacht can stay at a fixed position by locking the manual hydraulic press 11; when the yacht needs to be put down, the yacht bracket 33 can slowly descend under the action of gravity only by releasing the pressure of the manual hydraulic device 11.
Because the bottom of most yachts all is oval structure, when bottom intermediate position and ground contact, be close to marginal portion and demonstrate the arc structure to have certain space with ground, consequently design into the arc structure with yacht bracket 33 side, thereby guarantee the better laminating of bracket and yacht bottom marginal portion, and keep two yacht brackets 33 to be in the symmetric state, play better parcel effect with this to the yacht.
As shown in fig. 7 to 9, the frame body of the present invention is U-shaped, and the side of the yacht bracket 33 is arc-shaped, so as to form a symmetrical structure with a hollow center, which makes the yacht bracket 33 very small in distance from the ground when the yacht is parked on the flat ground, so that the yacht bracket 33 can be inserted from the front end of the yacht, and the trailer is pushed to be inserted into the bottom end of the yacht 8, and then the swing pull rod 14 is repeatedly pulled to drive the first rack 21 to move upward along the first guide rail 16, so that the rotation shaft 23 rotates and drives the second rack 25 to slide on the second guide rail 26, thereby pulling the connecting rod 31. The pulling force of the pulling link 31 causes the rotation lever 32 to lift the yacht bracket 33, thereby lifting the yacht 8; when the yacht 8 needs to be put down, the pressure of the manual hydraulic device 11 is released, and the yacht bracket 33 slowly descends under the action of gravity. When the yacht brackets 33 are at the lowest position, the trailer is pushed out from the front end.
It should be noted that while the invention has been described in terms of the above-mentioned embodiments, there are many other embodiments of the invention. It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that various changes and modifications may be made without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention, and it is intended that all such changes and modifications be covered by the appended claims and their equivalents.
