Abstract
A preparation method of a moisture-proof box comprises arranging a moisture-proof layer in or on the inner side of a base layer of a box wall; the dampproof course is including the waterproof ventilated membrane, heat preservation and the vapour barrier membrane that overlap in proper order, and the inner chamber side of nearly dampproofing box is located to the vapour barrier membrane. The waterproof air-isolating film has good waterproof performance, and can prevent water vapor in the outside air from entering the box cavity and protect the heat-insulating layer. The steam-isolating film slows down the speed of the water vapor in the box cavity discharging to the heat-insulating layer, and effectively prevents the formation of condensation, so that the waterproof steam-permeable film effectively discharges the water vapor of the heat-insulating layer rapidly. The one-way air inlet valve and the one-way air outlet valve are used for keeping the circulation of inside and outside air in an environment with pressure difference inside and outside or pressure difference caused by temperature change, and the waterproof breathable film is used for isolating water vapor in the circulating air to keep certain air pressure or temperature in the box body, so that the storage environment of an object to be stored is widened, such as vacuum and constant temperature. The novel multifunctional electric heating cooker is simple in structure, convenient to use, low in preparation cost, and high in practicability and wide in applicability.

Technical Field
The invention relates to a moisture-proof box, in particular to a preparation method of the moisture-proof box.
Background
In daily life and industrial production, a lot of daily necessities, raw materials and precision equipment need to be stored for use when not used. When the articles are stored, the articles need to be isolated from the outside to a certain extent so as to avoid the quality, the using effect or the precision of instruments from being affected by moisture caused by the contact with the outside air.
The moisture-proof case is an appliance for preventing stored goods from being damaged by moisture, thereby preventing the stored goods in the moisture-proof case from being affected by moisture by contact with the outside air. Most of the existing moisture-proof boxes are of single-layer plastic or metal structures, and then a cushion layer and a drying agent are added into the boxes to achieve the moisture-proof effect.

The waterproof breathable film comprises a PE high-molecular breathable film.
The insulating layer is made of at least one of glass wool, rock wool and melt-blown cloth.
Furthermore, the thickness of the glass wool or rock wool is 1-3mm, and the melt-blown cloth is 1-2 layers.
The box wall is provided with a one-way air inlet valve and a one-way air outlet valve;
the air inlet at the outer side of the one-way air inlet valve is covered with a waterproof breathable film;
the air outlet at the inner side of the one-way air outlet valve is covered with a waterproof breathable film.
In the above method for manufacturing the moisture-proof box, the moisture-proof box comprises an upper cover and a lower box; and a self-sealing strip is arranged at the joint of the upper cover and the lower box in a closed state.
Furthermore, one side of the upper cover is connected with one side of the lower box, and the upper cover and the lower box are turned over and gathered together; the self-sealing strip comprises a clamping chain or concave-convex bones, a chain belt of the clamping chain or the concave-convex bones and the convex bones are respectively arranged around the upper cover and the other three sides of the lower box, and one side of the end part which is connected with the lower box in a sticking way is arranged.
Furthermore, the upper cover and the lower box are in a split shape; the self-sealing strip comprises concave-convex bones, and the concave bones and the convex bones of the concave-convex bones are respectively annularly wound outside the walls of the upper cover and the lower box.
The invention has the advantages that:

The steam-isolating film slows down the speed of the water vapor in the box cavity discharging to the heat-insulating layer, and effectively prevents the formation of condensation, so that the waterproof steam-permeable film effectively discharges the water vapor of the heat-insulating layer rapidly. And then the one-way air inlet valve and the one-way air outlet valve keep a certain circulation of the air inside and outside under the environment with pressure difference inside and outside or pressure difference caused by temperature change, and the waterproof breathable film isolates the water vapor in the circulating air, so that a certain air pressure or temperature is kept in the box body, and the storage environment of the object to be preserved is widened, such as vacuum and constant temperature.
The invention can simplify the structure and reduce the weight of the box by selecting the frame-shaped base layer, the cavity plate-shaped base layer can reduce the weight and simultaneously ensure that the inner cavity and the outer surface have certain hard states, the plate-shaped base layer can reduce the production process, and the moisture-proof layer can be arranged in the cavity and simultaneously has the effect of a buffer layer. Through selecting glass cotton, rock wool to reduce cost when can ensure the heat preservation effect as the heat preservation, the melt-blown cloth then can effectively prevent outer fungus internal stain as the heat preservation for dampproofing storage that the box can be used to fungi-proofing article. The novel multifunctional electric heating cooker is simple in structure, convenient to use, low in preparation cost, and high in practicability and wide in applicability.

A method for preparing a moisture-proof box, the box wall of a moisture-proof layer consists of a base layer 1, a waterproof and breathable film 2, a heat-insulating layer 3 and a vapor-barrier film 4.
Example 1
As shown in figure 1, the base layer is plate-shaped, and the waterproof breathable film, the heat-insulating layer and the steam-isolating film are sequentially coated on the inner side surface of the base layer to form a box wall, and then the box wall is used for manufacturing the moisture-proof box.

As shown in fig. 2, the base layer is in the shape of a hollow plate or a frame, the waterproof breathable film and the vapor-barrier film are respectively coated on the two sides of the heat-insulating layer and then are arranged in the base layer to form a box wall, the vapor-barrier film is arranged on the inner cavity side of the moisture-proof box, and the moisture-proof box is made of the box wall.

The moisture-proof box made of the box wall based on the structure of embodiment 1 or 2 is provided with a one-way air inlet valve 5 and a one-way air outlet valve 6 on either side surface or the top surface of the box body, and the air inlet on the outer side of the one-way air inlet valve is covered with a waterproof breathable film, and the air outlet on the inner side of the one-way air outlet valve is covered with a waterproof breathable film.

And a self-sealing strip is arranged at the joint of the upper cover and the lower box in a closed state.
As shown in fig. 5, if one side of the upper cover is connected with one side of the lower box, the upper cover and the lower box are turned over and gathered together; the self-sealing strip can be a clip chain or a concave-convex bone. Wherein the chain belt of the clip chain or the concave bone and the convex bone of the concave-convex bone are respectively arranged around other three sides of the upper cover and the lower box, and the end part is arranged along one side connected with the upper cover and the lower box; when the chain head of the clip chain slides from one end to the other end along the chain belt, the self-sealing strip is opened and closed.
As shown in fig. 4, if the upper cover and the lower box are separated; the self-sealing strip 9 comprises concave-convex bones, and the concave bones 7 and the convex bones 8 of the concave-convex bones are respectively annularly wound outside the walls of the upper cover and the lower box.

2. The method of making a moisture resistant enclosure as in claim 1 wherein the substrate comprises paper, wood, or plastic.
3. The method of making a moisture resistant enclosure as defined in claim 1 wherein said substrate is in the form of a frame, a panel or a cavity panel.
4. The method of claim 1 wherein said moisture resistant enclosure comprises a PE breathable polymeric film.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein the insulation layer comprises at least one of glass wool, rock wool, and meltblown.
6. The method of claim 5, wherein the glass wool or rock wool is 1-3mm thick and the meltblown fabric is 1-2 layers.
7. A method of making a moisture resistant enclosure as claimed in claim 1, wherein said enclosure wall is provided with a one-way inlet valve and a one-way outlet valve;
the air inlet at the outer side of the one-way air inlet valve is covered with a waterproof breathable film;
the air outlet at the inner side of the one-way air outlet valve is covered with a waterproof breathable film.
8. A method of making a moisture resistant enclosure as claimed in claim 1, wherein the moisture resistant enclosure comprises an upper cover and a lower enclosure;
and a self-sealing strip is arranged at the joint of the upper cover and the lower box in a closed state.
9. The method for preparing a moisture-proof box as claimed in claim 8, wherein one side of the upper cover and one side of the lower box are connected and turned over and gathered together;
the self-sealing strip comprises a clamping chain or concave-convex bones, a chain belt of the clamping chain or the concave-convex bones and the convex bones are respectively arranged around the upper cover and the other three sides of the lower box, and one side of the end part which is connected with the lower box in a sticking way is arranged.
10. The method of making a moisture resistant enclosure as defined in claim 8 wherein said upper cover and lower enclosure are formed as separate bodies;
