wherein, the inlet end and the outlet end are respectively provided with an adjusting piece 15, and the polishing grinding tool 11 is connected with the adjusting piece 15; each adjusting member 15 can drive the polishing grinding tool 11 to move along a first direction and a second direction respectively, the first direction is parallel to the height direction of the cutting seam, and the second direction is parallel to the width direction of the cutting seam.
