In the invention, a heat insulation cavity 24 is fixedly connected to one side of a bolt 4, the heat insulation cavity 24 reduces heat transfer between the outside of the device and the storage cavity 15 and the container cleaning cavity 16, a sliding door 25 is slidably connected to one side of the heat insulation cavity 24, the storage cavity 15 and the container cleaning cavity 16 can be sealed by closing the sliding door 25 to prevent cold air from overflowing, the storage temperature of a sample is reduced, liquid splashing during cleaning is prevented to cause pollution, a rack 26 is slidably connected to the upper end surface of the sliding door 25, the sliding of the rack 26 drives the sliding door 25 to slide, a gear 27 is rotatably connected to the upper end surface of the rack 26, the rack 26 is caused to slide by the rotation of the gear 27, a motor 28 is fixedly connected to one side of the gear 27, and the motor 28 provides power for the rotation of the gear 27.
According to the invention, the limiting strip 29 is fixedly connected to one side of the sliding door 25, the limiting strip 29 prevents the sliding door 25 from deviating during sliding, the sealing performance of the sliding door 25 is improved, the sliding groove 30 is fixedly connected to the lower end face of the sliding door 25, the sliding groove 30 provides a path for sliding of the sliding door 25, the partition plate 31 is fixedly connected to one side of the limiting strip 29, the storage cavity 15 and the container cleaning cavity 16 are separated by the partition plate 31, the partition plate 31 is composed of two aluminum plates clamping one asbestos plate and has heat insulation and rust prevention effects, the water outlet 32 is fixedly connected to one end of the partition plate 31, the water outlet 32 is an outlet of used cold air and hot water, and an electromagnetic valve is arranged in the water outlet 32 in the container cleaning cavity 16.

When a sample is stored, the sample is placed on the aluminum tube rack 17, then the motor 28 is started through the controller 41 to rotate the gear 27, the rotation of the gear 27 drives the rack 26 to slide, the sliding door 25 is closed, then the push door 5 is closed by using the handle 6, then the air cooler 9 is started through the controller 41, air enters the air cooler 9 from the air inlet 7, the air cooler 9 cools the air, the cooled air enters the storage cavity 15 through the first connecting tube 10 to store the sample, when the container is cleaned, the motor 28 is started through the controller 41 to open the sliding door 25, then the container is placed on the aluminum tube rack 17, then the motor 28 is started through the controller 41 to close the sliding door 25, the storage cavity 15 and the container cleaning cavity 16 can be sealed after the sliding door 25 is closed, cold air overflow is prevented, the storage temperature of the sample is reduced, and hot water in cleaning is prevented from splashing, the pollution is caused, meanwhile, the waste of cleaning liquid is reduced, the heating pump 11 is started through the controller 41, the heating pump 11 heats and pressurizes the water flowing in from the connecting pipe opening 8, the hot water is atomized at the atomizing head 13 through the second connecting pipe 12, the contact area with the container is increased, the dead angle of the container can be cleaned, the cleaning effect of the container is improved, after the surface of the container is cleaned, when the liquid level in the container cleaning cavity 16 is high enough, the air pump 21 is started through the controller 41, the gas in the air cylinder 20 is pumped out, the inner telescopic pipe 19 slides downwards in the air cylinder 20, the inner telescopic pipe 19 drives the aluminum pipe frame 17 to descend, the container is completely immersed in the hot water, then the ultrasonic generating device 39 is started through the controller 41, the ultrasonic wave emitted by the ultrasonic generating device 39 can clean the adhesion objects on the container, after the cleaning is finished, the electromagnetic valve is started through the controller 41, the waste water in the container cleaning cavity 16 flows into the waste water pipe 33, the one-way valve 34 can prevent the waste water from flowing back, the cleaned container is ensured not to be polluted, the used waste water flows into the waste water pipe 33 through the water outlet 32 on the partition plate 31, the partition plate 31 consists of an aluminum plate and an asbestos plate and can prevent rusting, the storage cavity 15 is separated from the container cleaning cavity 16, the heat transfer is reduced, the temperature rise of the hot water in the storage cavity 15 during container cleaning is avoided, the storage of a sample is facilitated, the waste water in the waste water pipe 33 enters the sterilization chamber 36, the heating piece 37 is started through the controller 41 to heat the waste water, so that bacteria in the waste water are killed, the waste water enters the filter box 38, the filter box 38 can filter residues in the waste water and can be drawn out from the sterilization chamber 36, the filter residues can be conveniently poured, the sterilization effect of the waste water caused by accumulation of the filter residues is prevented from reaching the standard, the wastewater is prevented from being discharged to pollute the environment, the filtered wastewater is discharged through the water outlet, after the container is cleaned, the heating pump 11 is turned off through the controller 41, the air cylinder 22 and the ultraviolet sterilizing lamp are started, the container is air-dried, all bacteria in the container cleaning cavity 16 are guaranteed to be killed, and the container is stored.
