The invention discloses a device and a method for processing a flue gas component absorption tube, wherein the device comprises a sliding table module, an electrode bracket, a copper bar electrode, a flue gas component absorption tube, a pipe fitting bracket, an electrolyte storage tank, a peristaltic pump, a funnel, a PLC (programmable logic controller) and an adjustable direct current power supply; the bottom outlet of the funnel is inserted into the flue gas component absorption tube, one end of the electrode support is horizontally fixed on a sliding block in the sliding table module, the upper end of the copper rod electrode is fixed on the other end of the electrode support, and the lower end of the copper rod electrode penetrates through the funnel and is inserted into the flue gas component absorption tube; the cathode of the adjustable direct current power supply is connected with the upper end of the copper bar electrode, the anode of the adjustable direct current power supply is connected with the outer wall of the flue gas component absorption tube, the inlet of the peristaltic pump is communicated with the electrolyte storage tank, the outlet of the peristaltic pump is communicated with the inlet of the side face of the funnel, and the device and the method can achieve treatment of the inner wall of the flue gas component absorption tube.

Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of environmental protection, and relates to a device and a method for treating a flue gas component absorption tube.
Background
The flue gas on-line monitoring system (CEMS) refers to a device which continuously monitors the concentration and the total emission amount of gaseous pollutants and particulate matters emitted by an air pollution source and transmits information to a main department in real time, and is widely applied to monitoring the pollutants emitted by the industries such as coal-fired power plants, steel smelting and the like in recent years.
The flue gas component absorption tube is one of the key parts of the sampling part of one type of flue gas online monitoring system. When the online flue gas monitoring system samples flue gas, the inner surface of the flue gas component absorption tube forms a continuous water film under the condition of continuous external water supplement, when the flue gas passes through the inside of the flue gas component absorption tube, water-soluble components such as sulfur dioxide and ammonia contained in the flue gas are dissolved into the water film, and the concentration of pollutants in the flue gas can be obtained by analyzing the discharged water solution by a subsequent instrument.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art and provides a device and a method for treating a flue gas component absorption pipe, which can treat the inner wall of the flue gas component absorption pipe.

The electrode bracket is made of wood strips or epoxy resin materials.
The slip table module includes an upper fixed plate, a lower fixed plate, a fixed rod, a sliding block, a screw rod and a stepping motor, wherein the fixed rod is fixed between the upper fixed plate and the lower fixed plate, an output shaft of the stepping motor is connected with one end of the screw rod, the other end of the screw rod penetrates through the upper fixed plate and then is movably connected with the lower fixed plate, and the sliding block is in threaded connection with the screw rod.

The smoke component absorption tube is vertically fixed on the pipe fitting bracket.

A method for treating a flue gas component absorption tube comprises the following steps:

Referring to fig. 1, the processing apparatus of the flue gas component absorption tube of the present invention includes a sliding table module 1, an electrode holder 2, a copper rod electrode 3, a flue gas component absorption tube 4, a pipe holder 5, an electrolyte storage tank 6, a peristaltic pump 7, a funnel 8, a touch screen 9, a PLC controller 10, a first intermediate relay 111, a second intermediate relay 112, a stepping motor driver 12, and an adjustable dc power supply 13;
the smoke component absorption pipe 4 is vertically fixed on the pipe fitting bracket 5, and the bottom outlet of the funnel 8 is inserted into the smoke component absorption pipe 4;
the sliding table module 1 is arranged on a working surface, the electrode support 2 is made of wood bars or epoxy resin materials, a sliding block is arranged on the sliding table module 1, one end of the electrode support 2 is horizontally fixed on the sliding block in the sliding table module 1, the upper end of the copper rod electrode 3 is fixed on the other end of the electrode support 2, the lower end of the copper rod electrode 3 penetrates through the funnel 8 and is inserted into the smoke component absorption tube 4, and the axis of the copper rod electrode 3 is coincided with the axis of the smoke component absorption tube 4;
slip table module 1 includes an upper fixed plate, a lower fixed plate, dead lever, screw rod and step motor, and wherein, the dead lever is fixed in between an upper fixed plate and the lower fixed plate, and step motor's output shaft is connected with the one end of screw rod, the other end of screw rod pass behind the upper fixed plate and with swing joint between the lower fixed plate, slider and screw rod threaded connection.
The negative pole of adjustable DC power supply 13 is connected with the upper end of bar copper electrode 3, and adjustable DC power supply 13's positive pole is connected with the outer wall of flue gas component absorption tube 4, and the entry of peristaltic pump 7 is linked together with electrolyte storage tank 6, and the export of peristaltic pump 7 is linked together with the entry of funnel 8 side, and the parcel has insulating material layer on the outer wall of bar copper electrode 3 upside.
When the device works, the electrolyte in the electrolyte storage tank 6 is pumped into the funnel 8 through the peristaltic pump 7, then falls into the smoke component absorption tube 4 to participate in electrochemical reaction, and finally returns to the electrolyte storage tank 6.
The PLC 10 is connected with the touch screen 9, the PLC 10 is connected with the adjustable direct current power supply 13 through a first intermediate relay 111, the PLC 10 is connected with the peristaltic pump 7 through a second intermediate relay 112, and the power supply of the adjustable direct current power supply 13 and the power supply of the peristaltic pump 7 are controlled to be switched on and off through the first intermediate relay 111 and the second intermediate relay 112;
the PLC 10 is connected with the stepping motor through a stepping motor driver 12 to control the lifting of the copper bar electrode 3.
The touch screen 9 is connected with the PLC controller 10 through ethernet or RS 485.
The treatment method of the flue gas component absorption tube comprises the following steps:
when the device is powered on and started, the stepping motor drives the copper rod electrode 3 to move to an upper origin, the bare leakage part at the lower side of the copper rod electrode 3 is positioned above the funnel 8, and a user sets the movement speed, the movement distance and the reciprocating movement times of the copper rod electrode 3 through the touch screen 9;
the PLC controller 10 starts the peristaltic pump 7, electrolyte in the electrolyte storage tank 6 enters the funnel 8 under the driving of the peristaltic pump 7, and then drops into the smoke component absorption tube 4, and then returns to the electrolyte storage tank 6, after the circulation of the electrolyte is stable, the PLC controller 10 starts the adjustable direct current power supply 13, and simultaneously, the copper rod electrode 3 is driven by the stepping motor to start to perform vertical reciprocating motion according to the set motion speed, the motion distance and the reciprocating motion times, wherein when the lower side exposed part of the copper rod electrode 3 enters the smoke component absorption tube 4 filled with the electrolyte, an electrochemical reaction occurs, so that substances attached to the inner wall of the smoke component absorption tube 4 are cleaned, and the absorption effect of the smoke component absorption tube 4 is ensured.
After cleaning, the peristaltic pump 7 and the adjustable direct current power supply 13 are turned off, the copper bar electrode 3 is returned to the upper origin, the electrolyte completely enters the electrolyte storage tank 6, and a small amount of water is used for washing the inner wall of the flue gas component absorption pipe 4.
In addition, the PLC controller 10 acquires the operating states of the stepping motor driver 12, the adjustable dc power supply 13, and the peristaltic pump 7, and controls the touch screen 9 to display alarm information to inform a user of checking and processing when a fault signal occurs.
Claims (10)
1. A processing device of a flue gas component absorption tube is characterized by comprising a sliding table module (1), an electrode bracket (2), a copper bar electrode (3), a flue gas component absorption tube (4), a pipe bracket (5), an electrolyte storage tank (6), a peristaltic pump (7), a funnel (8), a PLC (programmable logic controller) controller (10) and an adjustable direct current power supply (13);
the bottom outlet of the funnel (8) is inserted into the flue gas component absorption tube (4), one end of the electrode support (2) is horizontally fixed on a sliding block in the sliding table module (1), the upper end of the copper rod electrode (3) is fixed on the other end of the electrode support (2), and the lower end of the copper rod electrode (3) penetrates through the funnel (8) and is inserted into the flue gas component absorption tube (4);
the cathode of an adjustable direct current power supply (13) is connected with the upper end of the copper bar electrode (3), the anode of the adjustable direct current power supply (13) is connected with the outer wall of the flue gas component absorption tube (4), the inlet of a peristaltic pump (7) is communicated with an electrolyte storage tank (6), and the outlet of the peristaltic pump (7) is communicated with the inlet on the side surface of the funnel (8);
PLC controller (10) is connected with adjustable DC power supply (13), and PLC controller (10) is connected with peristaltic pump (7), and PLC controller (10) is connected with the step motor in slip table module (1) through step motor driver (12).

The flue gas component absorption tube treatment device according to claim 1, wherein the sliding table module (1) comprises an upper fixing plate, a lower fixing plate, a fixing rod, a sliding block, a screw rod and a stepping motor, wherein the fixing rod is fixed between the upper fixing plate and the lower fixing plate, an output shaft of the stepping motor is connected with one end of the screw rod, the other end of the screw rod penetrates through the upper fixing plate and then is movably connected with the lower fixing plate, and the sliding block is in threaded connection with the screw rod.
4. The flue gas component absorption tube treatment device according to claim 1, wherein the outer wall of the upper side of the copper rod electrode (3) is wrapped with an insulating material layer.
5. The flue gas component absorption tube processing device according to claim 1, wherein a touch screen (9) is connected to the PLC controller (10).
6. The flue gas constituent absorption tube processing device according to claim 5, wherein the touch screen (9) is connected with the PLC controller (10) through Ethernet or RS 485.

The flue gas constituent absorption tube treatment device according to claim 1, wherein the PLC controller (10) is connected to the adjustable dc power supply (13) through a first intermediate relay (111), and the PLC controller (10) is connected to the peristaltic pump (7) through a second intermediate relay (112).
8. The flue gas component absorption tube treatment apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the flue gas component absorption tube (4) is vertically fixed to the pipe support (5).
9. The flue gas component absorption tube processing device according to claim 1, wherein the axis of the copper rod electrode (3) coincides with the axis of the flue gas component absorption tube (4).
