Claims (10)

1. The green construction method for collecting, filter-pressing and treating sludge and wastewater in the car washing tank in the whole process is characterized by comprising the following steps of:
s01: the method comprises the following steps that (1) car washing is carried out in a car washing pool, the car washing pool is arranged at an entrance and an exit of a construction site, construction site vehicles leave the construction site after being washed in the car washing pool uniformly, the car washing adopts a mode of a wheel washing machine and manual washing, and a special drainage ditch is arranged to connect the car washing pool with a three-stage sedimentation tank, so that sludge wastewater flows into the sedimentation tank uniformly;
s02: pretreating a third-level sedimentation tank, excavating the third-level sedimentation tank, wherein the capacity of the third-level sedimentation tank needs to meet the requirement of the water discharge amount of car washing, after sewage flows into the third-level sedimentation tank, fine particles in the sewage are precipitated to the bottom of the sedimentation tank under the action of gravity, a single-layer bidirectional reinforcing mesh with a certain distance is laid above the third-level sedimentation tank, and guardrails are arranged on the periphery of the tank wall to prevent personnel from falling;
s03: the diaphragm pump pumps and pumps waste sewage, the diaphragm pump is installed near squeezing the terrace, one end couples to tertiary sedimentation tank, one end couples to inlet pipe of the pressure filter of the box-type (2), when the diaphragm pump works, the crank link mechanism is under the drive of the electric motor, drive the piston to do the reciprocating motion, the movement of the piston is transmitted to the diaphragm through the working fluid in the fluid cylinder, make the diaphragm swell to and fro, as the diaphragm moves to one side of the drive mechanism, the pump cylinder is worked and is the negative pressure and sucks the liquid, as the diaphragm moves to another side, discharge the liquid, thus realize the transport of the waste sewage;
s04: the sewage is squeezed and filtered, the sludge and the wastewater pumped by the diaphragm pump enter a box type filter press (2) for filtration treatment, when the filtration is started, the filter pulp enters each filter chamber for solid-liquid separation by virtue of the pressure generated by the feeding pump, and the filtrate is continuously discharged from the liquid outlet valve through the drainage plate, is available clean water and is stored in a clean water tank for on-site recycling; squeezing the filter residue to obtain mud cake;
s05: the clean water is recycled, the water in the clean water tank is injected into the spraying vehicle through a pipeline and is used for spraying dust on site, or the clean water is pressurized by the booster pump and then is used for washing the vehicle again.

The green construction method for collecting, filter-pressing and treating sludge and wastewater in the car washing tank in the whole process according to claim 1, is characterized in that: and a floater fishing device (3) is arranged in the third-level sedimentation tank in the step S02, and the floater fishing device (3) is fixedly arranged at the upper end of the third-level sedimentation tank and used for fishing out the sundries floating on the water in the tank.
