Abstract
The invention relates to the technical field of medical prostheses, and provides a semi-enclosed customized finger joint prosthesis. The method comprises the following steps: the phalanx proximal prosthesis, the ball head and the phalanx distal prosthesis are sequentially connected; wherein the phalanx proximal prosthesis is provided with a phalanx distal prosthesis handle; the proximal phalanx prosthesis is formed by 3D printing according to the phalanx size design of a patient, and the structural sizes of the ball head and the distal phalanx prosthesis are determined according to the printing structural size of the proximal phalanx prosthesis; screwing a ball head into the proximal phalanx prosthesis, and inserting the proximal phalanx prosthesis handle into a bone cavity at the proximal phalanx; inserting the distal phalange prosthesis handle into a bone cavity at the distal phalange, and finishing the fixation of the distal phalange prosthesis handle in the bone cavity by matching with bone cement; and finally, inserting the ball head into the phalanx distal prosthesis. The invention has the beneficial effects that: the ball head is plugged into the ball socket of the distal phalanx prosthesis, and the ball head extends into the ball socket of the distal phalanx prosthesis to form semi-surrounding fit, so that joint dislocation can be effectively prevented in use.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of medical prostheses, in particular to a semi-enclosed customized finger joint prosthesis.
Background
Chinese patent CN 105496612B discloses a finger joint prosthesis, comprising: the knuckle comprises a ball socket head and a knuckle handle part which are connected, and two sides of one end of the knuckle handle part, which is close to the ball socket head, are provided with raised first longitudinal ribs; the metacarpophalangeal joint comprises a ball head and a metacarpophalangeal joint handle part which are connected, wherein two sides of one end, close to the ball head, of the metacarpophalangeal joint handle part are provided with second longitudinal ribs which are raised, and the second longitudinal ribs and the first longitudinal ribs can be embedded into a patient body to prevent the metacarpophalangeal joint and the finger joint from rotating in the patient body. The finger joint prosthesis provided by the invention enhances the surface roughness, is beneficial to bone growth so as to prolong the service life of the prosthesis, is stable to implant and convenient to operate, has the handle shape beneficial to blood supply of finger joints, and is provided with the longitudinal ribs which are beneficial to rotation resistance so as to facilitate implantation.
However, the finger joint prosthesis in the prior patent has the following defects: (1) the ball socket head and the finger joint handle part which are mutually matched are easy to cause joint dislocation in use; (2) the later repair of the finger joint prosthesis is difficult; (3) the stem of the finger joint prosthesis is too smooth to facilitate the fixation of the bone cavity.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a semi-enclosed customized finger joint prosthesis, which aims to solve the technical problems in the prior art.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the technical scheme that: a semi-enclosed customized finger joint prosthesis comprising: the phalanx proximal prosthesis, the ball head and the phalanx distal prosthesis are sequentially connected; wherein the distal phalangeal prosthesis is provided with a distal phalangeal prosthesis stem; the proximal phalanx prosthesis is formed by 3D printing according to the phalanx size design of a patient, and the structural sizes of the ball head and the distal phalanx prosthesis are determined according to the printing structural size of the proximal phalanx prosthesis; screwing a ball head into the proximal phalanx prosthesis body, and inserting a proximal phalanx prosthesis handle into a bone cavity at the proximal phalanx end; then inserting the distal end prosthesis handle of the phalanx into a bone cavity at the distal end of the phalanx, and finishing the fixation of the distal end prosthesis handle in the bone cavity by matching with bone cement; and finally, inserting the ball head into the phalanx distal prosthesis.
In an optional embodiment, a strip-shaped through hole is formed in the side wall of the ball socket of the distal phalangeal prosthesis, and a limiting gap is formed in the strip-shaped through hole.
In an alternative embodiment, the distal phalangeal prosthesis is provided with a distal phalangeal prosthesis socket, and the ball head is tucked into the distal phalangeal prosthesis socket.
In an alternative embodiment, the ball extends into the ball socket of the phalangeal distal prosthesis to form a semi-enclosed fit.
In an alternative embodiment, the outer surface of the distal phalangeal prosthesis is uniformly provided with a plurality of grooves.
In an optional embodiment, the distal phalangeal prosthesis is machined from ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene; the ball head is processed by cobalt-chromium-molybdenum alloy; the phalanx proximal prosthesis handle is formed by 3D printing of titanium alloy.
In an alternative embodiment, the surface of the phalangeal proximal prosthesis handle is in the shape of irregular hollowed-out holes.
In an alternative embodiment, the top of the proximal phalanx prosthesis is provided with a threaded proximal phalanx prosthesis hole, and the lower part of the ball head is provided with a thread, and the ball head is screwed into the threaded proximal phalanx prosthesis hole through the thread.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
(1) the ball head in the semi-enclosed customized finger joint prosthesis is plugged into the ball socket of the distal end prosthesis of the phalanx, the ball head extends into the ball socket of the distal end prosthesis of the phalanx to form semi-enclosed fit (the ball socket covers half of the whole volume of the ball head during the fit), and the joint dislocation can be effectively prevented in use.
(2) The ball head of the semi-enclosed customized finger joint prosthesis is in threaded connection and matching with the proximal end prosthesis of the phalanx, so that early installation and later revision are facilitated. In addition, the distal phalanx prosthesis is provided with a limiting notch, which accords with the optimal moving angle of the human body.
(3) The outer surface of the distal phalanx prosthesis of the semi-enclosed customized phalanx joint prosthesis is uniformly provided with a plurality of grooves, so that bone adhesives can be fused, and the distal phalanx prosthesis can be firmer in a phalanx cavity.

The ball head 2 is processed by cobalt-chromium-molybdenum alloy; the proximal phalanx prosthesis handle 11 is formed by 3D printing of titanium alloy, and the surface of the proximal phalanx prosthesis handle 11 is in an irregular hollowed hole shape, so that the friction force in a phalanx cavity can be increased, and the growth of bone tissues is facilitated.
The working process of the semi-enclosed customized finger joint prosthesis is as follows: the proximal phalanx prosthesis 1 is formed by 3D printing according to the phalanx size design of a patient, and the structural sizes of the ball head 2 and the distal phalanx prosthesis 3 are determined according to the printing structural size of the proximal phalanx prosthesis 1; screwing the thread of the ball head 2 into the proximal phalanx prosthesis threaded hole 12 of the proximal phalanx prosthesis 1, and inserting the proximal phalanx prosthesis handle 11 into a bone cavity at the proximal phalanx; then the distal phalanx prosthesis handle 31 is inserted into the bone cavity at the distal phalanx, and the fixation of the distal phalanx prosthesis handle in the bone cavity is completed by matching with bone cement; finally, the ball head 2 is plugged into the phalangeal distal prosthesis ball socket 32 of the phalangeal distal prosthesis 3 to form a semi-surrounding type fit, so that joint dislocation can be effectively prevented.
