一种数据传输方法和设备。本申请实施例提供一种数据传输方法,包括:第一通信设备接收第二通信设备发送的第一信息;其中,第一信息包含X个比特,X为正整数;X个比特对应的比特状态中至少有一个比特状态能够用于指示第二通信设备发送的控制信息用于单个传输块的调度;X个比特对应的比特状态中至少有一个比特状态能够用于指示控制信息用于第一调度;第一通信设备根据第一信息的比特状态确定控制信息调度的传输块的个数,以及根据控制信息确定控制信息调度的传输块的大小;第一通信设备根据确定的传输块的个数及传输块的大小,接收第二通信设备发送的数据,或者,第一通信设备根据确定的传输块的个数及传输块的大小,向第二通信设备发送数据。
