According to the intelligent sound box and the control method thereof provided by the invention, a user can be positioned and identified through the microphone array, and then the directivity of the speaker array is adjusted in a matching manner through various modes such as rotating the speaker array, adjusting the adjusting baffle, adjusting the inclination angle of the speakers, adjusting the distance between the speakers and the like, so that the sound box can achieve better directivity and reduce the influence on other directions.
The smart speaker and the control method thereof according to the present invention are described above by way of example with reference to the accompanying drawings. However, it should be understood by those skilled in the art that various modifications can be made to the smart sound box and the control method thereof without departing from the scope of the present invention. Accordingly, the scope of the invention should be determined from the content of the appended claims.

Claims (9)

1. An intelligent sound box is characterized by comprising a base, a shell, a loudspeaker array, a microphone array and a processing unit, wherein the shell is movably connected with the base; wherein the content of the first and second substances,
adjusting components which are regularly distributed are arranged among the loudspeaker arrays;
the microphone array is used for collecting voice signals in the environment and transmitting the voice signals to the processing unit;
the processing unit is used for processing the voice signals, controlling the shell to drive the loudspeaker array to rotate to a sound source position based on the signal processing result, and correspondingly adjusting the direction of the adjusting component according to the number of the sound sources;
the adjusting assemblies are arranged in at least two groups around the loudspeaker array, and each group of adjusting assemblies comprises at least two adjusting baffles which are arranged in parallel; wherein the content of the first and second substances,
the movement directions of the adjusting baffles in the two adjacent groups of adjusting assemblies are opposite, the adjusting baffles are symmetrically distributed about the center line of the two adjacent groups of adjusting assemblies, and the adjusting baffles in the two adjacent groups of adjusting assemblies are adjusted simultaneously through a driving structure; the loudspeaker array is used for forming an outward opening or inward convergence shape through the adjusting component and sending sound source signals to the sound source.
2. The smart sound box of claim 1,
a rotating shaft and a gear fixed on the rotating shaft are arranged in the base;
the inner surface of the shell is provided with a first driving wheel meshed with the gear, and the gear drives the shell to rotate through the first driving wheel.
3. The smart sound box of claim 2, further comprising a motor connected to the shaft; wherein the content of the first and second substances,
the motor is connected with the processing unit, and the rotation direction and the rotation angle of the motor are controlled through the processing unit.
4. The intelligent sound box according to claim 1, wherein all the adjustment baffles in the same set of adjustment assemblies are movably fixed to the housing by the same driving structure; wherein, the first and the second end of the pipe are connected with each other,
the driving structure comprises a fixed plate, a moving plate and a second driving wheel, the moving plate is arranged in the shell and is parallel to the fixed plate, and the second driving wheel drives the moving plate to move;
a first fixed point and a second fixed point are arranged on the adjusting baffle, one end of the adjusting baffle is positioned in the shell, the other end of the adjusting baffle penetrates out of the shell through the fixed plate, the first fixed point is rotatably connected with the movable plate through a first rotating shaft, and the second fixed point is rotatably connected with the fixed plate through a second rotating shaft;
the second driving wheel is used for driving the moving plate to move, and the angle of the adjusting baffle is adjusted through the first rotating shaft and the second rotating shaft.
5. The smart sound box of claim 4,
linear gear teeth meshed with the second driving wheel are arranged on the moving plate;
the movable plate comprises a fixed part, a driving part and a connecting part for connecting the fixed part and the driving part, and the fixed part and the driving part are arranged in parallel;
the processing unit is also used for controlling a driving motor to drive the second driving wheel to move, and the linear gear teeth are driven to move through the second driving wheel.
6. The smart sound box of claim 4,
the fixed plate is fixed on the inner side wall of the shell through a connecting piece.

the loudspeakers in each row of the loudspeaker array are connected in series through the same adjusting shaft, and an angle adjusting gear is arranged at the end part of the adjusting shaft;
the angle adjusting gear is used for driving the loudspeakers in the corresponding row to rotate through the adjusting shaft.
8. The smart sound box of claim 7,
a limiting groove matched with the loudspeaker in the loudspeaker array is formed in the fixing plate, and the loudspeaker is limited in the limiting groove;
the end part of the adjusting shaft is provided with a spacing adjusting gear which is used for driving the loudspeakers to move in the limiting grooves so as to adjust the horizontal spacing between the loudspeakers.
9. A smart speaker control method for controlling a smart speaker according to any one of claims 1 to 8, the method comprising:
acquiring voice signals in an environment through a microphone array, and judging whether the voice signals contain preset awakening words or not;
when the voice signal contains the awakening words, determining the position and the number of sound sources based on the voice signal;
adjusting the angle of the loudspeaker array based on the position of the sound source, and adjusting the angle of the corresponding adjusting component based on the number of the sound sources;
and sending sound source signals to the sound source through the loudspeaker array.
