(1) preparing materials including an air-electric interface connector, a tail accessory, a lead, an air pipe, a protective layer material, a mark and a mark sleeve;
(2) identifying each electrical contact within the pneumatic interface connector and correspondingly identifying the identification sleeve corresponding to the electrical contact 1402;
(3) cutting the conducting wire and the air pipe to a certain length to meet the length requirement of the cable assembly;
(4) sleeving two identical identification sleeves corresponding to the electric contact pieces on corresponding wires, respectively moving the two identification sleeves to two ends of the wires, and wiring and bundling the two identification sleeves into a wire bundle according to the appearance of the cable assembly;
(5) each wire in the wire bundle is crimped with the corresponding electric contact according to the respective corresponding identification of the wire bundle and the corresponding electric contact, so that the connection between the wire and the electric contact is completed;
(6) adding a protective layer material outside the wire bundle as an isolation layer;
(7) the conductor bundle is assembled with the air interface connector through the electric contact piece, the tail accessory is sleeved on the conductor bundle, and the tail of the air interface connector is connected with the tail accessory;

(9) carrying out integral detection on the cable assembly, and determining that the performance is qualified;
(10) performing anti-loosening treatment on the binding position of the cable assembly and treating the mark; and (6) detecting and accepting.

The gas electric connector comprises a connector shell 1401, a gas needle 1403 and a plurality of electric contacts 1402 are inserted on the connector shell 1401, the electric contacts 1402 are connected with corresponding conducting wires to realize circuit transmission, and the gas needle 1403 is connected with the gas pipe 16 to realize gas transmission. The outer side of the wire bundle 7 is wrapped with an isolation layer, and the air pipe 16 is laid outside the isolation layer of the wire bundle 7 in a spiral winding mode. When the cable assembly is repeatedly bent, the air pipe 16 is spiral and can stretch, and the air pipe 16 is not stressed, so that the damage, air leakage, product performance reduction and personal safety hidden danger caused by bending of the air pipe with high-pressure air flowing inside are avoided, the cable has better flexibility, and the bending requirement of the cable assembly is met; when the cable assembly is pulled, the air pipe 16 can be stretched back and forth due to the spiral shape, and the air pipe 16 is not stressed, so that the use requirement of the cable assembly under tension is met; the isolation layer guarantees that circuit, gas circuit physical structure are independent, the function is independent, guarantees that electric can not influence each other: such as electrical leakage from the circuit, ignition of the gas, or causing an explosion of the gas, etc. The air tube 16 is a metal spiral tube or a rubber tube.

(7) assembling: the harness 7 is fitted with the gas interface connector by means of the electrical contacts 1402, and the tail accessory corresponding to the gas interface connector is fitted with the gas interface connector by means of a screw thread;
(8) assembling: the air pipe 16 is assembled with the air-electric interface connector through an air needle 1403 on the air-electric interface connector, and the air pipe 16 is spirally wound outside the isolation layer of the lead bundle 7 and fixed; the air needle is reliably connected with the air pipe 16 through welding or other methods; protective layers are integrally added between the wire bundle 7 and the air pipe 16 and on the outermost layer of the cable assembly, the lengths of the protective layers and the lengths of the insulating layers are correspondingly equal, so that the two ends of the wire bundle 7 and the two ends of the air pipe 16 are not wrapped by the protective layers, and the wire and the air pipe 16 are conveniently installed on the air electric connector;
(9) and (3) detection: carrying out integral detection on the cable assembly, and determining that the performance is qualified;
(10) assembling: performing anti-loosening treatment on the binding position of the cable assembly and treating the mark; and (6) detecting and accepting.
