Abstract
A cable assembly with a gas-electricity transmission function comprises a cable and a gas-electricity connector at the end part of the cable, wherein a conductor bundle formed by bundling conductors is arranged in the cable, an isolation layer is wrapped on the outer side of the conductor bundle, a gas pipe is spirally wound on the outer side of the isolation layer, and protective layers are wrapped on the outer sides of the conductor bundle and the gas pipe; the two ends of the cable are connected with an air interface connector, and an electric contact connected with a conducting wire and an air needle connected with an air pipe are inserted into the air interface connector. Compared with the prior art, the invention has the advantages that: 1. the cable assembly realizes the same link transmission of gas and electric power, and can transmit gas and meet the requirement of electric signal transmission by adopting the same gas-electric interface. 2. The cable assembly is high in integration level, small in occupied space, light in weight, less in gas-electric interfaces and more reliable in connection. 3. The cable assembly meets the use requirements of bending and tensile strength of the cable assembly in use, and does not need special maintenance and operation in use.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of cables, and particularly relates to a cable assembly with a gas-electricity transmission function and an assembly process.
Background
In the initiating explosive device or other devices needing long-term storage, external equipment and the equipment need to realize gas transmission, electric signal transmission and the like. The initiating explosive device generally has strict requirements on the weight and the volume of the equipment. Generally, gas transmission has a special gas path transmission link, and electrical transmission has a special electrical signal transmission link. The gas-electric hybrid transmission cable assembly is used as a carrier for simultaneously transmitting gas and electric signals, and realizes that one link integrally transmits gas and electric power. Wherein the gas transmission pipeline in the cable assembly is a very critical design point.
The cable assembly generally consists of a connector (plug or receptacle), tail fittings, wires, shields, etc., and is configured as shown in fig. 1. The general gas path transmission component consists of a gas inlet interface, a gas pipe, a connecting one-way valve and the like. At present, general gas circuit transmission all adopts solitary gas circuit pipeline to transmit, and circuit transmission adopts solitary cable subassembly to transmit, and both mutual independence, its shortcoming integrate the degree lowly, need use special gas circuit transmission interface, special electrical interface, occupy great space, and is bulky, has increased weight.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to meet the requirements of miniaturization and light weight of gas-electricity hybrid transmission, the invention provides the cable assembly with the gas-electricity transmission function and the assembly process, so that gas-electricity hybrid integrated transmission is realized, and the cable assembly adopts the same gas-electricity interface, so that gas can be transmitted and electric signal transmission can be met.

According to the cable assembly with the gas-electricity transmission function, which is provided by the invention, the cable assembly comprises a cable and a gas-electricity connector at the end part of the cable, a conductor bundle formed by bundling conductors is arranged in the cable, an isolation layer is wrapped outside the conductor bundle, a gas pipe is spirally wound outside the isolation layer, and protective layers are wrapped outside the conductor bundle and the gas pipe; the two ends of the cable are connected with an air interface connector, and an electric contact connected with a conducting wire and an air needle connected with an air pipe are inserted into the air interface connector.
Furthermore, the parts of the wire bundle and the air pipe extending out of the cable protective layer are connected with corresponding electric contacts and air needles in the air electrical connector, the tail part of the air electrical connector is connected with a tail accessory through threads, and the tail accessory is sleeved and wrapped on the wire bundle and the air pipe.
Further, the air pipe is a rubber pipe or a metal spiral pipe.
An assembly process of a cable assembly with an air-electric transmission function comprises the following steps:
(1) preparing materials including an air-electric interface connector, a tail accessory, a lead, an air pipe, a protective layer material, a mark and a mark sleeve;
(2) identifying each electrical contact within the pneumatic interface connector and correspondingly identifying the identification sleeve corresponding to the electrical contact 1402;
(3) cutting the conducting wire and the air pipe to a certain length to meet the length requirement of the cable assembly;
(4) sleeving two identical identification sleeves corresponding to the electric contact pieces on corresponding wires, respectively moving the two identification sleeves to two ends of the wires, and wiring and bundling the two identification sleeves into a wire bundle according to the appearance of the cable assembly;
(5) each wire in the wire bundle is crimped with the corresponding electric contact according to the respective corresponding identification of the wire bundle and the corresponding electric contact, so that the connection between the wire and the electric contact is completed;
(6) adding a protective layer material outside the wire bundle as an isolation layer;
(7) the conductor bundle is assembled with the air interface connector through the electric contact piece, the tail accessory is sleeved on the conductor bundle, and the tail of the air interface connector is connected with the tail accessory;
(8) assembling the air pipe with the air interface connector through an air needle on the air interface connector, and spirally winding the air pipe on an isolation layer outside the wire bundle and fixing the air pipe; protective layers are integrally added between the wire bundle and the air pipe and on the outermost layer of the cable assembly;
(9) carrying out integral detection on the cable assembly, and determining that the performance is qualified;
(10) performing anti-loosening treatment on the binding position of the cable assembly and treating the mark; and (6) detecting and accepting.
Further, the air needle is connected with the air pipe through welding.
Further, the tail attachment is threadably assembled with the pneumatic interface connector.
Further, when the insulation layer and the protective layer are wound, the wire harness and the two end parts of the air pipe are not wound, so that the wire harness and the air pipe are conveniently installed on the air interface connector.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the advantages that:
1. the cable assembly realizes the same link transmission of gas and electric power, and can transmit gas and meet the requirement of electric signal transmission by adopting the same gas-electric interface.
2. The cable assembly is high in integration level, small in occupied space, light in weight, less in gas-electric interfaces and more reliable in connection.
3. The cable assembly meets the use requirements of bending and tensile strength of the cable assembly in use, and does not need special maintenance and operation in use.

Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be obtained by a person skilled in the art without making any creative effort based on the embodiments in the present invention, belong to the protection scope of the present invention.
Fig. 2 to 3 show an embodiment of a cable assembly with an air-electric transmission function according to the present invention, the cable assembly includes a cable, an air-electric connector at an end of the cable, the air-electric connector includes a plug connector 14 and a receptacle connector, and as shown in fig. 3, the air-electric connector is a portion of the cable and the plug connector 14 at the end of the cable. The cable comprises internal conducting wires, the conducting wires are bundled into a conducting wire bundle 7, an air pipe 16 is wound and fixed outside the conducting wire bundle 7, and the outer sides of the conducting wire bundle 7 and the air pipe 16 are wrapped with protective layers 15. The conductor bundles 7 and the air pipes 16 at the two end parts of the cable are exposed, the exposed conductor bundles 7 and the air pipes 16 are connected with corresponding air electrical interface connectors, the tail parts of the air electrical interface connectors are connected with tail accessories through threads, and the tail accessories are sleeved on the exposed conductor bundles 7 and the air pipes 16.
The gas electric connector comprises a connector shell 1401, a gas needle 1403 and a plurality of electric contacts 1402 are inserted on the connector shell 1401, the electric contacts 1402 are connected with corresponding conducting wires to realize circuit transmission, and the gas needle 1403 is connected with the gas pipe 16 to realize gas transmission. The outer side of the wire bundle 7 is wrapped with an isolation layer, and the air pipe 16 is laid outside the isolation layer of the wire bundle 7 in a spiral winding mode. When the cable assembly is repeatedly bent, the air pipe 16 is spiral and can stretch, and the air pipe 16 is not stressed, so that the damage, air leakage, product performance reduction and personal safety hidden danger caused by bending of the air pipe with high-pressure air flowing inside are avoided, the cable has better flexibility, and the bending requirement of the cable assembly is met; when the cable assembly is pulled, the air pipe 16 can be stretched back and forth due to the spiral shape, and the air pipe 16 is not stressed, so that the use requirement of the cable assembly under tension is met; the isolation layer guarantees that circuit, gas circuit physical structure are independent, the function is independent, guarantees that electric can not influence each other: such as electrical leakage from the circuit, ignition of the gas, or causing an explosion of the gas, etc. The air tube 16 is a metal spiral tube or a rubber tube.
The implementation method of the cable component assembly process comprises the following steps:
(1) preparing materials including an air-electric interface connector, a tail accessory, a lead, an air pipe 16, a protective layer material, a mark and a mark sleeve;
(2) marking: identifying each electrical contact 1402 within the pneumatic interface connector and correspondingly identifying the identification sleeve corresponding to the contact 1402;
(3) and (3) offline: cutting the lead and the air pipe 16 to a certain length to meet the length requirement of the cable assembly;
(4) wiring: sleeving two identical identification sleeves corresponding to the electric contact 1402 on corresponding wires, respectively moving the two identification sleeves to two ends of the wires, and wiring and bundling the two identification sleeves into a wire bundle 7 according to the appearance of the cable assembly;
(5) and (3) crimping: each wire in the wire bundle 7 is crimped with the corresponding contact 1402 according to their respective identifications, so as to complete the connection between the wire and the electrical contact 1402;
(6) assembling: a winding protective layer material is added outside the wire bundle 7 to serve as an isolation layer, and when the isolation layer is wound, a part of the isolation layer is left at two ends of the wire bundle 7 without being wound, so that the wires can be conveniently installed on the air electrical connector;
(7) assembling: the harness 7 is fitted with the gas interface connector by means of the electrical contacts 1402, and the tail accessory corresponding to the gas interface connector is fitted with the gas interface connector by means of a screw thread;
(8) assembling: the air pipe 16 is assembled with the air-electric interface connector through an air needle 1403 on the air-electric interface connector, and the air pipe 16 is spirally wound outside the isolation layer of the lead bundle 7 and fixed; the air needle is reliably connected with the air pipe 16 through welding or other methods; protective layers are integrally added between the wire bundle 7 and the air pipe 16 and on the outermost layer of the cable assembly, the lengths of the protective layers and the lengths of the insulating layers are correspondingly equal, so that the two ends of the wire bundle 7 and the two ends of the air pipe 16 are not wrapped by the protective layers, and the wire and the air pipe 16 are conveniently installed on the air electric connector;
(9) and (3) detection: carrying out integral detection on the cable assembly, and determining that the performance is qualified;
(10) assembling: performing anti-loosening treatment on the binding position of the cable assembly and treating the mark; and (6) detecting and accepting.
Although embodiments of the present invention have been shown and described, it will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that various changes, modifications, substitutions and alterations can be made in these embodiments without departing from the principles and spirit of the invention, the scope of which is defined in the appended claims and their equivalents.
Claims (4)
1. The assembly process of the cable assembly with the gas-electricity transmission function is characterized in that: the method comprises the following steps:
(1) preparing materials including an air-electric interface connector, a tail accessory, a lead, an air pipe (16), a protective layer material, a mark and a mark sleeve;
(2) identifying each electrical contact (1402) within the pneumatic interface connector and correspondingly identifying an identification sleeve corresponding to the electrical contact (1402);
(3) cutting the conducting wire and the air pipe (16) to a certain length to meet the length requirement of the cable assembly;
(4) sleeving two identical identification sleeves corresponding to the electric contacts (1402) on corresponding wires, respectively moving the two identification sleeves to two ends of the wires, and wiring and bundling the two identification sleeves into a wire bundle (7) according to the appearance of the cable assembly;
(5) each wire in the wire bundle (7) is crimped with the corresponding electric contact (1402) according to the respective corresponding identification of the wire and the electric contact (1402), so that the connection between the wire and the electric contact (1402) is completed;
(6) adding a protective layer material outside the wire bundle (7) as an isolation layer;
(7) the conductor bundle (7) is assembled with the gas-electric interface connector through the electric contact piece (1402), the tail accessory is sleeved on the conductor bundle (7), and the tail part of the gas-electric interface connector is connected with the tail accessory;
(8) the air pipe (16) is assembled with the air-electric interface connector through an air needle (1403) on the air-electric interface connector, and the air pipe (16) is spirally wound on the isolation layer outside the lead bundle (7) and is fixed; protective layers are integrally added between the wire bundle (7) and the air pipe (16) and on the outermost layer of the cable assembly;
(9) carrying out integral detection on the cable assembly, and determining that the performance is qualified;
(10) performing anti-loosening treatment on the binding position of the cable assembly and treating the mark; and (6) detecting and accepting.
2. The process for assembling an electrical cable assembly with an electrical and gas transmission function according to claim 1, wherein: the gas needle (1403) is connected with the gas pipe (16) through welding.
3. The process for assembling an electrical cable assembly with an electrical and gas transmission function according to claim 1, wherein: the tail fitting is threadably assembled with the air interface connector.
4. The process for assembling an electrical cable assembly with an electrical and gas transmission function according to claim 1, wherein: when the isolating layer and the protective layer are wound, the two ends of the wire bundle (7) and the air pipe (16) are not wound, so that the wire bundle (7) and the air pipe (16) are installed on the air electric connector.
